  We will try to download different video using different downloader (other than RealPlayer) and see if the problem still persists.

• Download helper no longer works for YouTube. Reinstalled Firefox and DH with no changed.

  You Tube seems to be the only site affected. However, I was able to download Wednesday without problem. DH works normally, I select a download option, it starts and ends quickly with a result of 0 MB. I tried to change the download location, name or the extension of the file and still the same thing.
