  You may need to script disabled in your Internet Explorer.

  To activate the script:

  Click on the 'Tools' menu in your Internet Explorer toolbar and select 'Internet Options'.

  Click on the security"" tab.

  Enable the following:

  Active scripting
  Allow paste via script operations

  According to critics of the app in the BlackBerry World, this seems to be a lot of people is a problem.   I've been using Yahoo Messenger and it works very well.  Today I tried to send a photo to a Messenger contact who I was in a conversation with and I got an error saying that it did not have any contact.  When I looked at the status of the person, I was chatting with, it says offline, which I know was not the case.  This is not a chat text effect.  It only becomes a problem trying to send media.  Messenger has the status of the person as being "offline" then when the phone trying to send a picture, he doesn't see one online.

  If someone has noticed this?  Is there a solution?

  I send photos throughout the day at work and they are sent by IM would be so much better than e-mail.  I can receive pictures via the Instant Messenger, just cannot send until I can get the phone to see the recipient as being 'online' or 'available. '

  What you see is just the icon of the shortcut to install. It is placed through a directory of services driven by your carrier. If you delete the corresponding service book, the icon will disappear and reappear when the service book is pushed again...

  So, the best advice is to hide. Menu > hide.  They take up very little storage space, don't worry about this.
