  You have the great Adobe Cloud Plugin bug. It's a pain, but it is treatable.

  Best approach if you're in a pinch is to download ZXPInstaller, install it and run it. It should open in a window with a field of drop in the middle.

  This should provide you with a .zxp file. You can drag the file .zxp to ZXPInstaller and it will be installed.

• Problems with my sound doesn't play not even though the settings say that the audio does not work properly

  recently I went on vacation... sound computer works very well before I left. Came back, and now the sound does not work.  I checked all the settings and it says everything is working. I've done some research and there was only one window to come when I rebooted that says a file with the extension dll is not found.  So I restored by computer back to before I left on vacation, but still no sound.  No pop up with the dll is not found though.  I went in the "maintenance" section and found it seems to be a few questions audio below is the scheme which is the filler. • New portable Windows 8 does not recognize the printer, even if the printer says that it is connected.

  My old laptop fried, so I bought a new laptop which had Windows 8.  My printer is a Photosmart 5510 series B111A #CQ176A and at first my printer was not compatible, so I downloaded the software from the HP that make compatible site.  It worked, but then I was printing my grades I dreamily turned off my laptop.  The printer stopped at halfway, so I turned on my computer laptop back but the printer does not continue.  I cancelled the event and tried to reprint it, but then my printer not responding.  All my reprints AND the original print stuck in the queue and my microsoft word (2013) says the printer is offline, but the printer itself said it was online and connected.  I tried the HP Scan doctor or what it's called and it said nothing was wrong and it printed a test page. However, when I tried to copy my notes he would not answer.

  Finally, I uninstalled the software and reinstalled.  He said that my printer connected successfully, but microsoft word does even not list my printer even if my printer says that it is connected.

  Nobody knows how to help me?  I'm not very technical so please, if you could provide easy to follow instructions, I would be grateful, thank you.

  Error code 24 characters for short drive Self Test (DST) would indicate that hard is defective and must be replaced.  It is also compatible with startup problems you describe.

  If your laptop is still under warranty, contact HP and arrange for the disk replaced - you can check the status of your warranty here.

• DeskJet D2360: Deskjet 2360 - prints wrong colors, even if the test page seems well

  In 10 (64-bit) Windows, Deskjet D2360 prints the well test page, but the colors aren't any application (documents, photos...). Cyan looks like dark blue. Green also appears dark blue. I just updated the drivers from the HP website, but the behavior remains the same.

  The problem appeared after Windows 10 updates (January 2016 and later versions).

  Print and Scan Doctor couldn't fix it. Help!

  (Suggestion: If your printer prints the test page, why not propose an image file with what the test is supposed to look like.) This is useful especially to confirm colors. If I have a print test and see a few squares of color, how could I know if they are the correct colors?)

• HP Officejet 4620: Printer is in"error" and will not print, even though the computer says that it is "connected".

  My printer recently started telling me it was in a State of 'error' and could not print my documents.  Sometimes I could turn off the printer market and all that was trying to print would then print, if documents or Quicken checks.  Now I can't print from the computer at all, or it will print checks from Quicken even if I turn the printer power off and power on.  The HP Web site indicates that it is connected.  It is the second computer from HP Officejet 4620 of the original that I bought.  The first has a problem that has been covered by the warranty, and this one doesn't seem to be much better.

• VCentre installation - unable to connect to the DSN SQL name even if the test works OK

  I'm having a problem install vCentre on a virtual Win2k3R3 machine.  I have vSphere4.0u1 and I have a MS SQL2005 database.  I created a database called vcenter.  I have a user created to access, and it all works very well.

  I created the (System DSN) ODBC connection to the database and then tested this and it connects OK to the database.  When I run the vCentre installation, just after I enter the license key, he asked what database, I have to use and provides a drop-down list of available DSN names.  The database, I created the ODBC connection to is not in this list, and if I put in, it comes back with an error message saying that it cannot connect to it.

  Every other time, I installed this it works fine once I created the ODBC connection.  There is no firewall between the server vCentre and SQL server, which is not a problem, and cela has really puzzled me.  Someone at - it any idea where I might look to see what is the reason for this?

  Looks like you're on a Windows computer that is not 64-bit capable. You have the latest version of 32-bit, but the model was likely brought in a new version of 64-bit.

  Say that it supports. I did a lot of googling and found plenty of tutorials on how to get it to support it, but only get it to use a 32-bit db connector and a few other things, but nothing annoys me after initial installation.

  Generally, you will get this message if you have installed roles such as "DC" on the server.
