  I think that you are looking for a way to quickly find photos that were placed in a published collection that must now be published (because they have been recently added or modified). As you have discovered, the method in this other thread finds photos that have not been placed in any published collection, something different entirely.

  It's not a way to do exactly what you want.  However, it is easy to get all of your published changes.  Just select all the collections that have been published for that service and click on publish.  Only the photos recently added or changed will be pushed.  To select all collections published in a service, click on the first and shift-click on the last.

  Right-click on one of the images icons Microsoft and select "Go to library folder." Check if you have imported inadvertently a system folder or documents. Check the folder in the library 'Files' pane and if it's a subfolder to navigate to the top-level folder. Make sure that it does not contain any image files you want inside LR by checking the names of all the subfolders. If in doubt always select menu library > "Show pictures in subfolders", then in grid mode through the images. Once confirmed you can 'remove' unwanted images from LR by doing a right click on the top-level folder and selecting 'delete '. The files will be deleted from LR, but not your hard drive.

• What makes "modify the Collection published"?

  If I right click on a published collection there is a command 'modify the Collection published.  In the dialog box that appears, it seems the only thing I can do is to rename, but there are already a name change from the context menu.  Hit to CHANGE them in the dialog box seems to do nothing.  What Miss me about the use of this command.  It doesn't seem to be any info on it in a google search.

  

  It depends entirely on the plugin which lies behind that published service, Bob. The usual thing would be to encode the plugin so that the menu option opens a dialog box with the settings associated with this service.

  For example, imagine that the plugin's download shoots to a printing service. Edit can produce a dialog box which gets the info from the service (for example, standard prices) and allows you to add your profit margin or the uprising. When you close the dialog box that the information is stored in the catalog and sent to the service.

  So Edit can do all sorts of things and it is not surprising that Google may not provide any obvious answer.

• How to view the shared collection Web page photo info?

  I have been using shared collection function to work with customers for a few months and he's fine, but recently I found on the web page of shared link, the info of each image could not be displayed, but the info is there because I can see it if I opened the collection of web management page under my own account.

  As everyone can see the image, but when you click on the little blue icon on the right shot to activate the info, there is nothing in there.

  LR Mobile makes only the available photo info to the user. I hope that Adobe will change that in the future updates and make it a selectable as preference allowing downloads.

  The only work around is to export a batch in the print module, or the module slideshow with filenames on the images. Then import those in the catalog and use in a collection of syncd.

• Lightroom 4 collections of deleted - photo remain fooled

  Hi chaps - I was messing around with the web module and have created several "collections" to test several ideas, LR has created duplicates for all distinct collections, I'm now at the stage where I decided what to do if you want to remove all duplicates in "All photos", but I thought that if I deleted 'collection' Associates duplicates would disappear, but they are still there I would prefer not to have to go through them all manually... advice please?

  It seems that you told Lightroom (perhaps accidentally) to make virtual copies when adding to the collections. If you plan on this again in the future, simply turn this option, and then when you remove it from the collection, you will not have the "duplicates".

• Filter or Smart Collection by time Photo taken

  I had a good look for an answer to this, but not found anything. Unless I'm missing something obvious I think that there is no solution (yet).

  Is Lightroom 3.4, there a way to filter or set parameters for a smart collection, based on the time that a photo was taken?

  For example, if I want to see all my pictures taken between, say, 18:00 and 19:00.

  It would be for large groups of pictures, so sorting by capture time, and then selecting manually would be inappropriate. I am looking for an automated solution.

• My Pro Mac 2010 office don't publish my photos 30 000 iCloud

  I have a Mid 2010 Mac Pro computer office which has about 30 000 pictures on it.  It's a 2 x 2.4 GHz Quad - Core Xeon with 16 GB of Ram.

  It runs SUPER slow and when I tried the first time, he ceased to work by saying something on it now have enough memory.  If it happens again I'll post exactly what he says.

  Basically, I have 1 TB of storage iCloud, it is relatively easy to place.  I haven't used my Mac Pro for a couple of years and put updated to El Captain so I don't really like to be a problem either.

  It says it's loading but that happens so slowly that it will take me a week (if it is not once again it is plant).

  My idea is that I want to sell my Mac Pro, but to get all the photos on it and in iCLoud.

  Any suggestions?

  If you do not need to share your photos you could turn off these features so that you only download albums not shared.

• Picture opened and edited in Photoshop will not show the version published in Photos.

  I don't know if my title sufficiently explained, but my photos in the Photos app that I import into Photoshop to change will not appear in the Photos app after edition.

  Let me explain in detail:

  1. I opened a photo in the Photo app Photoshop.

  

  2. I edit and save the photo or choose the option "save under" and crush in the same folder as the same file name.

  (If I chose to save it as an option, the file is in a subfolder really deep. I guess that's how the synchronization works for Apple)

  

  3 when I check the photo in the photo app, the photos that I have edited are not the edited version, rather than the original version of the photo.

  I really don't want to export the photos in the photos somewhere app, edit them AND re-import in the photos for viewing app in the iPhone, just for photoshop. It's really inefficient. Please tell me if this is normal and there is no method. If it's a normal thing, I want Apple to fix this.

  NEVER you make changes to the library of Photos including the photo backup changed in it - which does not work and damage your photo library - until Adobe has provided an extension to the pictures, you must save it outside Photos and import them using the command import Photos

• Why photoshop automatically publishes my photos?

  I have the most recent CC in Photoshop, my MAC is completely updated and updated in Yosemite, I am also shooting with a Nikon D7000 with 14 bits. When I insert my SD card in the computer, I download the RAW files, but when I click on any picture and it will open in Photoshop RAW, photography is automatically the contrast set it before I even touch any of the editing functions. I also tried to download Adobe Lightroom 5 and they have downloaded fine until I could watch each thumbnail photos contrast one by one. That this problem has to do with the new Yosemite? Photoshop? or my camera?

  This is probably the most frequent question related to the raw capture...

  The initial view is the jpeg embedded, as Nikon thinks he should be (with a bit of contrast boosts and saturation to make 'pretty').

  Then, after a second or so ACR / Lightroom has had time to make his own prediction. This tends to be on the conservative side, with the concern to preserve as much of the original capture as possible information. Much to complaint that it looks like "dull" - which is not entirely the question. Then it's up to you to make the most of the raw data from the sensor.

  There is no such thing as a "correct" way to make a raw file. It's a negative fact, containing much more data that can be used in the end. The Nikon version is not the final word - yours is.

• Director of Windows stops whenever I try to add a video to 4 minutes for a collection of 20 photos

  Can anyone help?  The video was taken with my video camera and is the MPG format.  Have not had these problems before.

  MPG files can be problematic in Movie Maker.

  Convert the video file to the. WMV format and you

• Photos not considered a collection of Revel in Lightroom

  I created a library of Revel in Lightroom using the card.  It worked great to put in place a number of collections (albums) in a library.  5.3 Lightroom published the album very well to Revel.  I can see photos exactly as expected on mobile devices and the desktop Mac Revel.  The problem now is that in Lightroom are given all the collections, but have '0' photos listed in each album.  The photos are always very well on other devices, but I want them so I can see them in Lightroom.  I know it's a one-way publishing system, but why Lightroom remember the name of the album (after publication) but not what pictures are in them?

  When you publish from Lightroom, Lightroom followed a few things - including the number of photos have been published, and how much is left to publish in a particular Gallery. The number displayed is actually the total number (published and unpublished) pictures are in this gallery for this particular installation of Lightroom.

  Release of Lightroom is a one-way street, and he has no idea of what the pictures are given in an album to Revel.  It is possible that you can actually see different numbers for different installations of Lightroom on different machines. This is because you may have published 2 photos of machine A (where the number would read '2') and 12 of the machine B (where the number would be read 12). None of these are an indication of the actual number of images in this album on adoberevel.com (the true even of shims to publish actions on FB, Smugmug, etc.).

• Smart collection for photos with the same capture time

  Hello

  I wish to have a smart collection for the photos I took to make HDR.

  These photos were taken of view/captured sequentially, therefore, most probably have almost the exact same time (perhaps even within the same second).

  -Is it possible to create a smart collection for these photos?

  (I know the collection could also include pictures I didn't mean to, but even when most of the potential HDR photo would be there...)

  A good way to make this selection for HDR/Pano is to select all the potential picture in library/grid and then use the command "Auto-pile by Capture time.  You can then place them in collections.
