• Photosmart C310: What models allow a black-and-white printing with low color cartridge?

  I'm looking to replace my old HP Photosmart Premium all-in-One printer, because it works with reliability more. My biggest problems with this model are:
  1.)
  I can't print in black and white when one or more of the color cartridges must be replaced
  2.)
  The black ink cartridges work only sporadically. I lost a lot of money on the black ink cartridges that do not work, and I tried all the techniques of troubleshooting many times and no solution.
  3.)
  I hate having to spend $100 + to replace the cartridges. It's such a scam!

  I have teenagers who need the ability to print the homework on a very regular basis and in a timely. I can't spend another frantic morning, trying to get a printer (with new cartridges) to print!

  I hope someone with a knowledge of the range of HP products can explain different types of all-in-one printers available to me... and which would be best suited to my needs. Ideally, I'd like to find one that allows to print in black and white ONLY when the color cartridges are low or exhausted - if there is such a thing?

  While I don't have any specific purchasing advice @katvit74, I can offer a few troubleshooting tips to see whether your printer is at the end of his life.

  You're not the first to express frustration at having to have impoverished the cartridges replaced to continue printing. Personally, I suggest to use grayscale options, when printing so that the colored inks not so quickly adjust upward. Frankly, after reading your post again, I feel that you don't have want to solve your Photosmart Premium.

  I value your time and do not want you to feel like I don't have. That being said, we will encircle your initial request. Maybe you would rather a system printer for 2 ink that the cartridge supports single mode, or maybe a Laserjet that prints black only. The printer you choose should be based on your needs. He jumped because of a power surge and the local hydro company is taken full responsibility and is willing to replace my camera. • Color variation of Windows 7 on two screens despite the correspondence of the monitors, model, connection & settings

  I'm managing about 20 machines to windows 7 64 bit, but have noticed that, in each of them with two screens, there is a slight color variation (right monitor being darker and more colorful) between the two monitors despite the monitors of the same brand and model (workstation make & models vary).

  As a test I switched monitors and the problem remains.
  I also tested the type of connection cable / in case the fault is due to the difference between VGA/DVI but the prob persists indicating is not the screen, indicating that it is to the BONE (the denominator) as graphics cards vary also in the brand/model.

  Fresh paint offers to buy packs of model that can be used for painting. I have a few models that I would use it as well. I know, it is possible to open an image and paint it, but there is a big difference. Models that are offered by the application itself have a big advantage - with a special button (showing a few mountains & Sun) to within the application, you can enable / disable the view to the model (which in fact becomes visible or hidden) as a kind of layer, so you can easily check your paint with and without the model. Is it possible to do both for own patterns / Images? When I used my own jpeg file 'mountains' button is not available.

  2 using the palette color mixing and putting them in one of the holes tiny 'color selector' on this issue - how is this possible and how can such color to delete as well?

  I would really like to know how the colors can be mixed / saved / deleted using (the Palette on). Sometimes, when I mixed 2 colors and used in my painting, the color is not yet available in the Palette itself for easy reuse, sometimes it will fill one of the spots on it, however for me ist currently unclear in this case - which makes it unpredictable. Will there be some indications on how to use the color scheme and its functions?

  Hello Andrew,.

  At this time, "Own Templates" are not supported.  This is a feature that is only supported for activity Packs that are published.

  Mixing of colors, custom colors mix you are only saved if you use somewhere in your paint.  Then, they are automatically saved in your palette.  Your custom palette is only applicable to an individual work you created with it.  There is no need to remove the colors we provide a long list, you can scroll through directly under the area of mixture.

  You can reposition your palette customized by drag-and - drop colors between the lodges on the palette.  This allows to reposition some colors in your well static tasks.  Well custom tasks will be to repopulate it based on the most frequently used colors.

  The Deskjet F4288 joined the printheads on the ink supply.  These are replaced at each change of cartrdige so there is no concern about printing empty color or black cartridges.

  You should be able to print in ink entry mode "backup" by removing color (or black, but not both) cartridges.  There will probably be a warning message about ink backup mode but you should be able to print and the printer will work regardless of the cartridge is available.  In handwritten backup with the only color black cartrdige mode areas will print in shades of gray.  If print ink backup mode only the installed color cartridge then black will be printed by mixing colors.

  See page 75 of the manual here, that says:

  Use the entry ink-backup mode
  Use ink-backup mode to operate the HP all-in-one with only one cartridge. The
  ink-backup mode begins when an ink cartridge is removed from the print cartridge
  transport. During the ink-backup mode, the product can only printing from the computer.
  You cannot start a print job from the control (such as copying or scanning a Panel
  original).

  NOTE: When the HP all-in-one device works in ink-backup mode, a message is
  displayed on the screen. If the message appears and two print cartridges are installed
  in the product, check that the piece of tape plastic protection has been removed
  each print cartridge. When the plastic strip covering the contacts of the print cartridge, the product
  cannot detect the cartridge is installed.

  Yes, you can (see above), but per-vertex color surfaced opaque and immune to lighting.

  If the Setup is possible create a custom texture to receive color data is the usual way to go.

• How to sample the real color of dimmed model

  I thought there was a way to do it... but can't seem to remember. I placed a picture in a layer as a model of gray at 30%. I want to trace on this image in a new layer. I thought there was a way to sample the real colors of the placed image (not the faded colors) with the eyedropper tool. Thank you.

  If you link the image you get the colors faded, but if you embed the image you pick up the colors of the image (with the restrictions noted Jacob).

  In Styles predefined in Illustrator, there are a couple of styles with patterns. In those that the model is not applied as a backdrop, the backroung is defined as yellow in one of the styles and the model is applied in a different way.   I'm passing on the syntax for ColorType offshore? While I'm there at - it a way to clean this list to make things more easy Add/Remove in the future. Ideally, I think I'd have a table that contains just the color chart to ignore... something like this:

  Ok. I figured out the syntax to ignore certain types of color which is the following:

  &&  swatchList[k].color.typename != "CMYKColor"
  

  the syntax is the same for pattern or RGB colors as well. If this problem is solved.

  does anyone have an idea on how to create a list of color via a table instead of include the variable [index].name.toLowerCase () each time?

• Can't find model color chart - Help please

  Very new to Illustrator, (CC) sorry.

  I'm doing a repetitive pattern, but anyway that I access, there is no trend in the libraries of model, only the color schemes for these models. The bosses to go? How to make a comeback?  The names of the categories are there, I can click on the Nature, vegetables, etc. but there is no vegetables. Only the colored squares.
