  You can create a character style to apply to the ball which adds the vertical offset, or since you say that it is a custom chip, you can redo the ball and push it higher compared to the line when you do (which is a more universal solution).

  Any bullet point style I create has too much space 'before' one, even if I use 0 (zero) as the "before" value in the paragraph properties box.
  
  

  Jeff, a couple of things you can check:

  1. in the Styles dialog box, look at the style of 'Lists' (can be in the category 'Other') and make sure that the value of the front is set to zero.

  2. open your CSS file in Notepad or some other text editor and check the OL, UL style to ensure that there are not all values in margin-top or padding-top. If nothing is there, you can add the margin-top: 0; and padding-top: 0; specifically say HR that you do not want any space before your lists.

  Let us know what presents itself.

  Hi, when the chips are added to the text in a transparent text caption text anti-aliasing is removed. In addition, the background becomes transparent semi, which is a problem on a dark background. I use images for fleas instead, but am finding this process a lot of your time. Whenever I re - position the bullet point image it will re-due to its small size. Does anyone know of a better way to add bullets to text captions?

  Hi, since posting this topic I found the icon "Insert symbol" in the legend of text editor. Instead use the button of the bullet point list, I am able to insert a symbol ball instead to get the same result.

• Cursor without stopping text when pointed at it scalable

  Failed to stop the rolling when text cursor pointed at it. This works well on other browsers. Using the reset with the disable or enable add them on the scrolling text to stop with the cursor as it should, but once you close Firefox and return that it stops working. Even when the computer is restarted or shut down. I tried to use the restart of Firefox with Add ons disabled and also uninstalled Firefox 27.0.1 and reinstalled without success. The operating system is Mac osx Mavericks.

• Satellite C655 - text insert point is erratic, wandering and deletes

  I'm having an erratic text insertion point.
  When you use MS Word, WordPress or other trying to hit, the text insertion point jumps around while typing.
  The result is;

  (1) what I'm typing is inserted in the text that is already written,
  (2) text is placed elsewhere in the page, or
  (3) written text is deleted - this may be a word or a whole paragraph.
  Type it is like playing a game - type you and watch where the words are placed or erasure and always complete a sentence.

  I use a Satellite C655 which I bought through BJ, Word 7, Internet Explorer and Word Starter 2010.
  I don't like this version of Word, but my drive for Word 2003 does not install because of a "missing file" - go figure.
  It installed on my new Windows 7 desktop computer.

  Any suggestions? Is it a problem that I would return to my laptop for Toshiba?
  Since I'm a writer, this problem is serious for me.

  If your laptop uses an older version of BIOS, please update the BIOS to the latest status.
  In addition, you must disable the touchpad while typing.

  Hello. Sorry if this question was very noovy, but I need left align multiple layers of text. So, I want to put my on board left the text anchor point. Because I need to be able to change the text and get the same effect, I would like to place the anchor point on the left edge by using an expression.

• It is possible to select a column of text tabbed without selecting the adjacent column of the tabulated text?

  I have two columns of text created with tabs. I want to select the first column without selecting the second column (I want to format the first column differently). Hope it would be possible to drag a marquee on it and have it select but apparently not. Will do it line by line, but for later use, would like to know if there is a way.

  Creates the tabbed table text would allow you to do. It will give you much more control over the formatting as well.

  To change the text tabs in a table, select the text with tabs and choose table > convert text to table.

• NET horizontal paragraph in two columns of text?

  as the title suggests, how can I get a horizontal rule to run across a block of two columns of text?

  I had no longer the rule applies only to the text entered. was a gap corresponding to the gutter of the column;

  or I had the value 0 mm/px column gutter and manually set the carriage returns to give the impression of a gutter.

  There must be a better way?

  I will attach a JPEG of my various options.

  Hope I was clear enough. Any help is appreciated.

  • You can put the rule in a paragraph that is spanning columns.
  • Or you can expand nets paragraph by inputing without values left and right (by example-5 mm)
  • Or you can use a table instead.
  • Or you can use negative left and right intend for text but extend the rule at the end of the frame.

  Never set a carriage return manually.

• Jump to the top of the column of text - why?

  Looking at the two columns of text below...

  Why the text in column 1 jump to the top of the column 2 and leave a space?

  The two top lines in column 2 must be inserted at the bottom of column 1, but they jump to the top of 2.

  If I add returns from cart at the end of the two lines at the top of column 2 of form magically in column 1...

  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
