  I'm writing a query of E4X to select the nodes that match a criterion, and whose children match to another. My actual dataset is a little more complex than this example, but this one is easy to follow.

  Say that you are modeling a hierarchy of nodes, where each node can have zero or more parents and children. The XML file is a simple index of nodes, and each node contains their immediate parent and child relationships. In this way, you can start with a given node and build a tree in a direction any to any depth. As an extra flavor and selection criteria, each node has one or more colors that are associated with.

  Here's a sample:

  Now, say I want to select all nodes root (those who have no parent relationships) that are red. This is the best I could come up with:

  I'm trying to run an interface that takes a distinct value of the column source and fill in the dimension of the target (table). Dimension of the target (table) has an another colum (surrogate key) which is filled through a sequence in oracle. Source and target are in Oracle. LMK used (Oracle Oracle (DBLINK) 2).
  
  Problem is when the key column must be defined with update so when I run the update checking interface in the active mapping window and update 'YES' in the IKM (incremental update of Oracle). I have an error message that ODI performs a step for updating the current lines (although table is empty) and says the table.column name is not valid. I agree that it makes sense, but how to solve this problem.
  
  If I select the surrogate (column number sewurnce) as gived key key always error. So to be precise how to deal with such a situation. Is it possible that I have create another column that is populated by a separate number by ODI and I do that as a key.

  I am developing a website in Muse, but in stages, and I'm ready to roll on the front pages. I wishes to continue development work on the remaining pages within the same provision of Muse, but don't want to ride unfinished pages that currently exist. I can control the selections of nav, and I realize that I can roll an orphaned page not connected to others on the site (a little dangerous in this case). But I'd really rather not spread a unfinished page just to unwind a finished page.

  I could possibly use a versioning system, but the Muse does not seem to support itself, so I have to use such a system external to Muse.

  Thanks for posting the CREATE TABLE and INSERT for the sample data.

  Don't forget to post the exact results you want from these sample data.  If the results depend on the parameters you want to pass a run time, then give a few different examples, with the the desired results of each.

  You can hardcode the values you want, such as the column names in a query.  For example:
