• Force display of the Bookmarks panel in several Web browsers

  I use Acrobat 7.0 Professional (Version 7.1.0) and know how to change settings of a document to make sure that the bookmark panel appears in the display by default when you open the PDF in the software. It also works when you open the PDF in 11 of MSIE, but doesn't seem to work in other major browsers (Chrome, Firefox, and Safari). Does anyone know of a tower of strength-display panel bookmarks of PDF in all browsers?

  All of these browsers tend to use their own internal PDF plugins. If these plugins do not respect the initial view of the PDF options, there is nothing we can do about it (except complain to their developers).

  cssauth.exe is related to the Client Security Solution.

  Step 1: Try disabling startup cssauth.exe in the configuration of the system.

  Here's how:

  1. click on start > run.
  2. type msconfig and press ENTER.
  3. click on the Startup tab.
  4 locate cssauth.exe, and clear the check box for this.
  5 restart the computer and check for the issue.

  Step 2: If you still get the same error at startup then perform the clean boot on the computer.

  From your computer by using a minimal set of drivers and startup programs so that you can determine if a background program is interfering with your game or program. This type of boot is known as a "clean boot".

Probably the best course of action would be for you to take it to a qualified computer technician (it won't be a type BigComputerStore/GeekSquad of the place). Otherwise:

  The first Question of troubleshooting: If the problem is new, what has changed between the time things worked and the time they do not have?

  The second issue of Windows troubleshooting: what is the status of virus/malware of the machine? If you think it's clean, what programs (and versions) allows you to determine this?

  From the keyboard, {Ctrl + B} opens and closes the bookmarks bar. If it is open when you close Firefox, it will open the next time to launch Firefox.

  You can force the linked PDF to open in Reader or Acrobat. In this way the Bookmarks panel will be always open.

  I don't remember the exact steps (not hard tho) but you have FTP access to your web site.
