I am trying to automate time-consuming tasks and try to find the syntax to start Acrobat and performs an Action from a batch file. Does anyone know the syntax for such a command?

There is not this command line. The Acrobat SDK kit describes automation, but as much as I know you cannot automate the execution of an action. Acrobat is really low volume automation.
I got 3 issues that need to be entered in command line / syntax. I had no training in command line and need help for that setting in the command line syntax. (The IP address is a fact). This will be done also on a PC that requires elevated permissions. So if a programmer can zip through it in no time it would be much appreciated. Perhaps one without high and an example with.

My feeling, if this ovftool help and the manual ovftool without providing simple examples that relate to the use of Mac/Fusion.

XP.vmwarevm is a single VM (the vmdk is integrated) created with 5.0.1 defined as 5 + compatible. Have you tried 2-3 + compatible, too.

If it running ovftool - examples of help to the following example shown is applicable:
ovftool /vms/my_vm.vmx /ovfs/my_vapp.ovf
(.vmx file to .ovf file. Result is put in /ovfs/my_vapp.[ovf|vmdk])
So as you can see, you need to point to the .vmx configuration file not the .vmwarevm Virtual Machine package.

By default the .vmwarevm extension is hidden and is a Virtual Machine package which is really nothing more then a folder, not an individual file, and because it is recorded with OS X Launch Services he treated differently then a file without the extension.

C:\Windows\explorer.exe/n, / e, e:\photos brings the folder but fine: C:\Windows\explorer.exe/n, / e, e:\photos /name: *.jpg is not the choice I want - it starts an assignment of the Explorer in 'my documents '. I do not need a full AQS syntax guide, only how to make the choice to work. Maybe the /name: is not the right word, is it / selectionor/find or something else? Thank you Rick J.

With creative cloud conditioner and Deployer of Exceptions command-line syntax, I'm not clear on how to call the .mst file during installation. Is it still possible?
While normally I would add the syntax to turn to the second command, it does not seem right in this case that the transformation is a change of the MSI, which is part of the folder 'exceptions '.

If I'm not mistaken, the error message will be show after you go to update your driver Qualcomm Atheros Bluetooth Vaio update version.
My way is very simple and maybe you can give it a try. Just go to the Google Web site and key in the version that you want to update. Please select the site Web is Sony's main page.
Or you can visit the official site of Sony for your country, go to 'Support' and key in the version on the area of research and research.

I'm under Vista Business on a MacBook using Bootcamp. I could not restart successfully since it crashed (blue screen/memory image) and I am only able to boot from the Vista disc. I tried a variety of repair (points, connecting the command-line etc. of various tools for restore) and any options the these were unsuccessful.
I decided that my next course of action is to reinstall Vista on top of my files and settings using the options of installation and upgrade from Vista installation disc.
I encountered a problem in that the upgrade option is not available and I understand that it is because the service pack (installation completely up-to-date) version that I am trying to upgrade is newer than the version on the installation disc. I obviously need to uninstall all updates so that it works, but the only way I have to do this is the command line.
I don't know the syntax to do this, and several examples I found online do not work. Can someone help me with this - it would be greatly appreciated! As this is a Bootcamp installation I can access the Windows partition from the partition of the Apple OS if I need to check the locations of files etc.

I've seen the advice that the old syntax WinXP works but I can not put the root of the view. The desired folder appears but [in the left pane] all unwanted folders appear also [e.g., Favorites, libraries, all other folders for the user, network] which severely complicates the view, especially once I have develop subfolders in the folder desired. Which is not clarified your original intention; I see now that you were recommending "the new paradigm" rather than offering a way to recreate the previous.
As for me, I only occasionally used far the paradigm of wire of Ariane and never as a total replacement for the navigation pane. I guess I'll have to turn off the pane for a while and see how the breadcrumbs affects my workflow. I've been very heavily dependent on the visual appearance of the component and be able to see the hierarchy and relationships... but on the technical information is also available in the bread crumbs, but not as visually complete. We'll see.
As an addendum, it is worth noting that, despite this overhaul two times you mentioned, Explorer still apparently accepts all the original XP - era command-line switches, as / root, even if they have no relevance and seem to be ignored. We load data from .txt files in Linux server into a table. Scenario runs perfectly when running Windows ODI GUI (on linux agent.we have two agents who perform one is windows and Linux).
When we try to run it from the command line using startscen.bat getting following error.
ODI-1227: SrcSet0 (load) task fails on the source FILES FILE_SERVER connections.
Caused by: java.sql.SQLException: ODI-40438: file not found: /loadfiles/Test/xyz.txt
By this mistake if we conclude that this file may not exist... But it works well to GUI.
Infact we have given 777 permissions to file.
