  When you register as a seller on TPT you can then go to their forum and find all your answers.  Click on your dashboard (you'll see that once you signed) and you will find the forums where the seller go to questions and support.  I hope this helps.

  Nothing wrong with using them in a personal environment or professional (commercial).

  Of course, due to them being consumer editions of Microsoft Windows, if you have a DC at work (Windows Server), you might not be able to access some network resources.

  For example, the execution as an additional operating system on a virtual machine or a separate partition seems that it cannot be restricted in 'personal use '.

  Please can someone explain what commercial uses are allowed?

  Yes, all the premade brushes, patterns and such can use you to create commercial products. This includes fonts.

  In your case you will very likely get extended licenses for images from Fotolia.com otherwise you would have to buy a new license for each Member who has access to use the weather picture they actually use it or not...

  If you have a license (CD, serial number, etc.), then you can always use it as per the license.  But it is quite old and unlikely to work well on modern versions of operating system.
