Scam phone calls re malware indicating that they are "Microsoft."
Hello I get a series of scam phone calls indicating that they are of "microsoft" and say that I have a problem with my computer. The numbers on the caller ID of the phone are: 002133333206, 003105999211, 002532362020, 002063971113, 003606339006, 0013212000143 and 001753615204. They also asked me similar question such as if my computer is turned on and that it /she (because sometimes it's a woman's voice and, sometimes, a man's voice) can fix it. I always tell them that I'm not interested in such a way they cling fast to the phone. Can you please review?
Fake phone calls to technical support
Such unsolicited telephone calls are almost always a common scam. Do not let them give any info, do not give access to your PC, not give them all the money and do not go to all the websites that they suggest. One moment.
Please see:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-gb/security/online-privacy/msname.aspx .
Microsoft does ever not requested for telephone calls of support or security.
(such persons may use names other than Microsoft as well)
It's just a technical forum, so we cannot investigate these people. You should contact your local police or the authorities for this.

Hello - I've subscribed to the game, in order to have my library is available with several devices. I also had a lot of songs to convert from vinyl but 128 Kbps. I hope that the game would IMPROVE those at 256 kbps AAC. It didn't happen, and so I left my lapse of a year subscription. Now, most of the songs in my library always show a dotted line Cloud icon, indicating that they are evaluated for the match. Why? And, in this situation, I'm not able to access (play, download, move to the playlist, etc.) these songs. Once again, why? What Miss me? Thanks in advance.
Hello
This suggests that the tracks were not on your hard drive when you remove match. Did you delete the originals so you can stream from the cloud? You save the originals before signing up?

APTURO scam is alive and well... and I just fell for it. I was scammed to the tune of $ 207,91 to solve a problem on my computer that did not exist. The malware to compensation would cost US$ 169. I've stupidly it gave access to my computer for all 90minutes. It is not good enough, as far as I'm concerned.
In addition to their money get on your part to do anything of any value,
If you leave them in your computer, who knows what they were doing or where
What confidential information they stole. So if you have done so, I highly recommend that you do both of the following
immediately:1 do a clean reinstall of Windows.
2. after reinstallation of Windows, change all your passwords.

Hello
It's a scam.
You gave them remote access and if you do Internet banking, contact your bank, explain, and change passwords.
If you use your online credit card, cancel and get a new one issued to you.
And the only way that willl you know that you are free to them is to backup your data and do a clean install of your operating system.
Either these so-called "Microsoft" Tech companies want to sell you a worthless software, or remote access to your computer to try to steal your credit card and bank information and also achieve an identity theft on you.
@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@@
And Microsoft does not contact you unless YOU have made prior arrangements with them to do.
There is an article in the link I'm you provide at the end of this one

The call came about 15:00 central standard time. The first call was from a female. I thought it was a telemarketer and asked to be removed from their list and hung up. Almost immediately, a man called back. The identification of the appellant did State not available and any number of qriginating. The appellant said I might have trouble because of the intruder. They would help me get rid of the program that was on my computer. I refused assistance and asked not to be called again. The person called one more time and my husband spoke to them. Wharton is? Microsaft Windows tried to call me, or is this SIN?
It is phishing, a scam and happened to thousands. Microsoft would never call you, and no one would know if your computer has a problem that needs fixing. The people who called wanted to pirate. It's a real call from Microsoft?

Original title: my computer is corrupt and needs fixing!
I received calls from a person in India who said that they are Windows services centre telling me that they have received the error message saying that my computer is damaged, and they want to help me. But I have not received any error message on my screen. When I asked them how they got my number they said it's from the database of Windows. The number they gave me is 02921252715 and when I called the number of the person on the other end told me that they are a company called Windows e-solution, independent company and is not attached to Microsoft Windows. What should I do? Are these authentic calls and approved by Microsoft Windows?
