  I found what the problem with my bluetooth. It's a Bluetooth support service. I have to go to start - run - Bluetooth support service - Services and to assign to this service manual automatic starting and I start this service. Then I install Ralink (Mediatek) bluetooth driver (this time there is no restart before the end of the installation) and that s all. Bluetooth works.

  I have a new laptop Compaq CQ58-353EM. It came with preinstalled system (Windows 8). Subsequently, I installed Windows and HP updates.

  The problem I have is with the Realtek PCIe FE Family Controller (ethernet). In Device Manager, it is represented by a yellow triangle with an exclamation point. In the State of the device, it is stated: your computer's system firmware does not include enough information to properly configure and use this device. To use this device, contact the manufacturer to obtain a firmware or an update of the BIOS of your computer. (Code 35).

  Laptop has everything system and hp updates installed.

  I have tried the following to resolve the problem:

  -2 versions of various bios (F.26 and F.25).

  -several add/remove/reinstall the Realtek drivers

  -2 different versions of Realtek drivers: 8.3.730.2012 and 8.20.815.2013 (extract from the Realtek site).

  Ethernet works OK on Ubuntu.

  Any suggestions or solutions to this problem?
