• Evaluation period for the stage of field custom object compare?

  I've never used an evaluation period during a stage of field of the custom object to compare on the canvas of the campaign and I want to confirm that she will be as I wait for him.

  We have a campaign that will send an email in nine batches, each a week after previous. I have a custom object with a field that contains the batch number (1-9) and I put nine steps to compare items customized on the canvas.   I want to just make sure that this will be similar to, say, the Email step click on decision given that the data in the custom object will not change during the evaluation period, as it can to the other stages of decisions. And I don't want to accidentally send all nine lots at a time.

  Hi Rob,

  This could work, as the Yes path would fire instantly and without the path would check during the evaluation period. Is there a reason to not only use a delay of a week between each stage of the decision well? A little more crowded, but perhaps more clearly during the audit of the canvas to the wire without having to enter each stage?

• Bug min & Max?

  Hi all

  I noticed a strange behavior in the min & Max node in the snippet below. It is set to compare items. According to the size of array, as determined by 'Dimension' the resultant y table for the 'Signal' gives different results.

  It is supposed to read:

  NaN, 1, 1, 1, 2, 2, 2, NaN...

  But when I get a value for the 'Dimension' of 16 or more, it reads:

  NaN, NaN, NaN, NaN, NaN, 2, 2, 2...

  For small values of 'Dimension', the code snippet works as expected.

  With the help of probes, it seems that min (NaN; x) = x for tables with 15 elements and less and larger paintings is min (NaN; x) = NaN

  Certainly it is not provided for

  I guess I'm missing something obvious and I'm about to learn something.

  Or is it really a bug?

  A solution to your problem is to put a loop around the comparison.  It will give consistent results.

  What I find interesting, it's the result of more than 16 items of tables is the same that if you compare the aggregates.

  It also has appearss to be precise to NaN.  If you use a different value for your table, you don't see the value changes.

  I can also confirm the same behavior in LV2012.

  It is expected to see the difference as 0, since you compare item 'i' on channel 1 with the 'i' of the channel 2 element.

  you're not comapring them according to their time instant.

  Thus, instead of calculating the difference of two arrays Y like that, you should do the following:

  option 1: since the dt = 1 minute, you remove the first element of the array Y channel 1 and then compare it with the table Y channel 2. (do not change the table Y channel 2). Then you would compare the elements Y which are at the same time instant.

  option 2: use a loop For, with shift registers and compare the present value of the channel 2 with the value of the channel 1 of the previous iteration.

• Problems in the comparison of berries

  I know that it is a really simple subject and I got there about 30 minutes of work, but I then made the VI into a Subvi and implemented in another program and now it seems to be comparing everything.  The basic idea for the Subvi is to compare the max temperature measurement, the voltage and the current setting in an experiment and make sure they are not too high. A simple pseudo-device code would be:

  -Put in the table of temperature measurements

  -Bring in the setting of the voltage

  -Bring to the current setting

  -Calculate the max temperature measurement

  -Create the temp max, voltage and current

  -Compare this to an array of comstants (my limits) in compare agregate mode

  -If a value is greater, it returns true and disables the program.

  It seems to work very well for temperature and voltage, but the program seems to ignore current now. Any help is very appreciated.

  Hello all, I am planning to buy a new hp printer, my selection were hp deskjet D1660 and hp deskjet D2660 because of their price and their design and their ink is affordable, can someone tell me the difference of this two printer because the printer two has almost the same features than what I read, the difference that I see is that D2660 has a low-ink indicator other than can someone tell me the difference between these two printers except on his conception of the physycal?

  Looks like the D2660 printer better when you compare the specs, but the D1660 has a higher rating of customers.

• 'Use Tabulator' in preferences didn't seem to work

  One thing bothers me however: when I press the Tab key in a SQL-spreadsheet spaces are inserted even when "use tabulator" in "preferences - & gt; Data base - & gt; SQL Formatter - & gt; Alignment and Indentation"are checked.

  I'm curious to know how to use an array of numbers as value in the tab select edit ideally my "case" would execute an expression "Contains(Locals.arrayofnumbers,0)."

  Basic principle:

  1 Labview VI launches with ListBox containing all tests (multiple selections enabled)

  OUTPUT is an array of I32.

  2 I32 table is attributed to Locals.arrayofnumbers

  3 Locals.arrayofnumbers is used with the element select 'compare '.

  4. each CASE has the statement... "next" Contains(Locals.arrayofnumbers,#)

  * each case would have 1 sequence to run *.

  Currently TS throws an error prompt indicating that the Select step expected number, that is the table of numbers.

  I already found a solution quick and pretty clean by instituiting just a condition prior to each sequence and captured to eliminate flow control all together. But I prefer not to use prerequisites for global flow control if possible and use controls to rate as expected.

  I have used TS help, but don't quite give me what I needed. Maybe I didn't use the correct search string. The forum here, is the same. I'm sure that the answer may be there, but maybe I'm using the wrong search string.

  To SUM UP: User selects (via LabVIEW listbox) 1 - n tests to be run (output table I32). I32 table is used for the selection of the case by evaluating "contains (Local.arrayofnumbers, 0).

  Honestly, a Select System / box is the wrong choice for what you do.  I'd go with the prerequisite options.  It reduces the number of steps of TestStand.

  In your case you just to see whether something exists or not in a table.  Ideally, you will use the Select operations / box when you have 1 selected option of many.  I suppose you're a loop around the case select so that you can run all the tests so that your code looks something like this:

  For N (N is the number of tests they have selected)

  Select Locals.ArrayOfNumbers

  Briefcase (Locals.ArrayOfNumbers, 1).

  Run test 1

  Briefcase (Locals.ArrayOfNumbers, 2)

  Run the test 2

  Select close

  Closing loop

  If you want to use the Select option / box correctly I would like this:

  Item ForEach in Locals.ArrayOfNumbers (assign the item being Locals.i)

  Select Locals.i

  Case 1

  Run test 1

  Case 2

  Run the test 2

  Select close

  Close ForEach

  There are different ways to slice it. But a general approach is to make a loop on one of the lists. Then for each element, use list functions (IE, listFindNoCase, etc.) in order to determine whether it exists in the list of other institutions. If this is the case, add the value to a variable. At the end of the loop, you will have a list of items in the two lists.

• I benefit from Adobe Premiere Pro compared to 12 items

  My girlfriend wants to do some consumer level video editing on my computer, which has a processor i7 - 4770K and a GTX780 graphics card.

  The question is, will be able to take advantage of the GTX780 to speed up the rendering, Adobe Premiere elements 12 etc, or will we have a pro edition to do?

  On my old computer, she thought it took a lot of time to make videos (rendering I guess?), but it was with an i5-2500, then perhaps the best CPU will be sufficient to speed things up?

  In addition, since it is relatively new to video editing all she does is at a level of consumption, if those applications never will use the same gpu so we have the foot to a pro edition?

  I have no experience with video editing so I don't know where the gpu can be used to speed things up, so if someone could develop on this it would be greate.

  Your graphics card has nothing to do with the rendering speed. It is entirely a function of processor.

  The real question is which model of camcorder is your coming video? First 12 items work very well on formats such as miniDV, HDV and AVCHD.

  Murray, who was told to SSI - Server Side Includes in another thread. But when I go to one of the books I have on Dreamweaver, the author says that my hosting company like SSI much because it uses more system resources. In response to this, Dreamweaver creates library items.

  Certainly, but completely irrelevant. A site really dynmaic with PHP and MySQL
  for example, we even more resources, but after all that is a
  Server is for. If the server goes down on his knees just because of a
  SSI little or some scripts then you should change the host.

  Server processors need something to do. Static HTML pages are boring. ;-)

  SSI and similar techniques are processed on the server, while the elements of lib
  more or less a few replacements are made in DW. If you change something,
  you will need to download subject pages again, while with SSI you just downloaded

  It is confusing that name you the 2D file P1.txt and the 1 d P2.txt file.

  It seems simpler to use "worksheet file read" to read the two files.
