It seems that you would be fine with it.  Although Celcom in Malaysia does not offer the option Style, it works on the networks they support.  They offer the Bold 9780 which is compatible with the networks of same as Style, that's why I say you'd be fine.

One thing to consider, BlackBerry AppWorld is not available in Malaysia, so you should download your applications from other sites such as www.mobihand.com , among others.

    If the old BB is really dead, then it is not available as a source for restoring your data to your new device. Instead, you must use another source, one that you created before the old BB died.

    If you made a backup of office, you can use the backup as a restore source file:

    If you were synchronizing with a Desktop Organizer (for example, Outlook), then you can use that as source for restore reconfiguring the RIM Desktop software now work with your new BB:

    As you use BB Protect, is also an available food source:

    I lived a few problems with my Blackberry Curve 9300 (very slow and low application memory, etc.) and so I decided to restore the factory settings. After that, I restored my backup file but when I finished the configuration and tried to change the input language, the Portuguese file was missing (I only have English and English WE available).

    From your post, I can't say whether you have followed all the necessary procedures. Therefore, you might need, some, or none of this...

    Language support on a BB is a combination of:

    1. Installation on your BB, a bundle of BONES which includes the language of your choice
    2. Including, in this installation, the language you want (two locations, I recall)
    3. Activation, on the BB, the language of your choice

    So, please, start here... it's how you choose the package operating system appropriate for your needs:

    Then choose your package via this Portal:

    Then, from a PC, you can install any compatible OS package (for example, for your BB model number) to a BB via this procedure:

    Note Although written to "recharge" and the storm, it can be used to upgrade, downgrade or recharge any BB device model - depends on the operating system package you download and install on your PC. If this OS package comes from one carrier other carrier for which your BB was built, then remove, on your PC, all copies of the SELLER. XML...     Depending on your operating system, you will first need to connect to your BB ID on the new BB, and who should move as well of things with. But only compatible apps... you should check the AppWorld catalog to see if your applications are compatible with your new BB.

    If your applications are purchased elsewhere, you should check with the site, you've got coming and/or the developer to see if they are compatible with your new BB as well as if they need to provide you with a new license key.
