Compile the JSP

Hi all

EBS R12.2.4

I am compiling our ebs advises the jsp using the support note

$FND_TOP/patch/115/bin/ojspCompile.pl a. perl - compile Pei 6 - log /tmp/ojspCompile.log - rinse

or

B.

CD $FND_TOP/patch/115/bin

Perl ojspCompile.pl - compile - hunting Pei 2

$ perl ojspCompile.pl - compile - RAS Pei 2

unknown parameter: (-compile)

syntax: ojspCompile.pl COMMAND {ARGS}

COMMAND - compile dependency update, compile delta

-create any dependency rebuild

-delta.out < file > update of dependence, the delta of the file list

-dep.out < xmlfile > update of dependence, the hierarchy of output file

ARGS s < regex > corresponding to condition for the names of JSP pages

Pei < procs > number of parallel compilations

-Newspaper to replace the ojspCompile.conf log file < file >

You are

recommended to set the location of the log file

outside any file shared system (NFS) box/player network.

-conf < file > replace ojspCompile.conf

-retry retry previously unsuccessful compilation

-flush forces recompilation of all parents JSPs

--quiet do not provide a progress actively running meter

-fast instantly fail JSP that is * possibly * not valid

Example1: ojspCompile.pl - compile retry 20--p s "jtf %.

Example2: ojspCompile.pl - compilation s 'jtflogin.jsp, jtfavald.jsp' - hunting

3: ojspCompile.pl - compilation - fast - quiet

I tried A & B, but they get the same syntax error:)

Can I use adadmin for compiling JSP?

Help, please...

Thank you very much

JC

Hello

Referring to the document referred to by Coco, you simply typed "-compile" instead of "-compile.

This parameter must be preceded by two hyphens (hyphen).

There is no option to compile JSP pages in adadmin.

Kind regards

Bashar

    What are you actually trying to do? APEX and JSP are completely different technologies. APEX is not Java-based and contains no JSP compiler that allows you to include the JSP code. Even if the APEX is deployed by using a web server that supports JSP also, it is not possible to combine APEX and JSP in the way you describe.

    Are you sure you're not confuse Java with JavaScript?

    What skillbuilders.com has to do with this? Post a link to any relevant element.

  • FPGA connect for compiling the server

    Hi all

    I'm just trying to write my code for my Spartan 3 FPGA. I was moved to another computer so I tried to install the right tools... LabView 2010, the module, LabView FPGA 2010 so that the pilot of the Commission of the Spartan Xlinix I use. Windows XP (32 bit)

    Everything seems functional until the moment when I try to compile the code on my device. Apparently it "impossible to connect to the build server" or "compilation tools are not installed on this computer." I thought that all that is necessary to compile is included in the download of the module.

    Is there some piece of obivous I'm missing? Thanks in advance.

    Hi Oli,

    I had the same problem recently. It is very important that all the good software and drivers are installed in the order so that everything works as expected. Looks like you have installed the driver appropriate for the Xilinx Board, you may not have Compilation of Xilinx tools for your FPGA. For the Spartan 3 FPGA, I recommend that you download Xilinx tools 12.4. This will allow your computer to compile the FPGA bitfiles for your specific FPGA module.

  • Compile the .air file

    Hello

    is anyone able to compile the .air file in a .bar using the command line? I mean, I can compile the .swf file but I don't want to use debug .swf but final version .air file to compile in .bar

    my order of compilation for .swf file works and looks like this:

    blackberry-airpackager -package -installApp -launchApp -device 192.168.44.129 MyApp.bar src/MyApp-app.xml -C bin-debug MyApp.swf icons/90x90.png blackberry-tablet.xml

    now, when I pass .swf for .air I got a compiler error:

    Content root RemotairBlackBerry.swf is missing in the package

    Error: Validation of the AIR is not

    Help, please

    Have you seen any document indicating that the .air files will work? As far as I know, they won't. .air files are just zip files with a different extension, I think, you should be able to open it and get the SWF file. When do it from the command line I use amxmlc to compile my SWF, but I do not use the standard AIR conditioner that makes the .air files.

  • Not able to compile the form under Linux

    Hi all

    I use oracle Forms 11 g [32 bit] Version 11.1.2.2.0.

    I have developed a form in my local system (32-bit Windows) and now trying to compile the form to the server (Linux)

    I get the error message when compiling "FRM-91500: unable to start/complete construction.»

    The form (MODULE1.fmb) that I am trying to compile is in my directory on the server.

    What I did:

    Export ORACLE_HOME = / / oracle, Oracle, Middleware, Oracle_FRHome1

    Export ORACLE_INSTANCE = / / oracle, Oracle, Middleware, asinst_1

    Export FORMS_PATH = / / oracle/Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_FRHome1/forms: / u01/oracle/Oracle/Middleware/asinst_1/FormsComponent/forms

    using the command line to compile the form below:

    Oracle/Oracle/Middleware/Oracle_FRHome1/bin/frmcmp userid = module_type module = MODULE1.fmb < username > = form compile_all = yes window_state = minimize

    Thank you

    Lucile Dutta.

    (1) create new folder in unix

    2) put your FMC to this folder

    (3) copy $ORACLE_HOME/forms/templates/scripts/frmcmp_batch.sh to this folder

    4) add to frmcmp_batch.sh:

    Export TERM = vt220

    Export ORACLE_TERM = vt220

    (5) brand: chmod + x frmcmp_batch.sh

    (6) set your env variables: TNS_ADMIN ORACLE_HOME, ORACLE_INSTANCE,.

    (7) compile form you in this folder with:

    userid = set./frmcmp_batch.sh = no module = module_type = window_state = minimize compile_all = yes

    for example:

    lot of userid=scott/tiger@hr de./frmcmp_batch.sh = no module_type module = test.fmb = form window_state = minimize compile_all = yes

    It is very likely that you've got access to the table via a role. This allows you to use SQL to access.

    With packages, the grant must be directly to your schema, bypassing a role.

    Compile the pll and forms of "Node forms", which is the node 2 in your case.

  • frmcmp cannot compile the modules containing SQL code that connected to the database

    Hello

    I checked several hundred messages of the forum on the net without finding a solution.

    I have a Linux server with 11.1 WebLogics (11 GR 1 material) and FormsRuntime installed.

    I am logged in as root.

    I put all the environment variables based on the values in default.env.

    In addition, I updated TERM and ORACLE_TERM vt220. And TNS_ADMIN to the location of the sqlnet.ora and tnsnames.ora.

    I compiled a simple .pll containing only the following code:

    IS test PROCEDURE

    an INTEGER: = 0;

    BEGIN

    a: = 1;

    END;

    command:

    frmcmp_batch module = TESTLIBPLAIN.pll userid=myuser/mypassword@mydb module_type = LIBRARY output_file = TESTLIBPLAIN.plx compile_all = Yes = Yes = No. batch connection

    result: successful compilation. generated .plx.

    now, I'm trying to compile an another .pll containing just the following code:

    IS test PROCEDURE

    an INTEGER: = 0;

    BEGIN

    Select 1 in the doubles.

    END;

    command:

    frmcmp_batch module = TESTLIBSQL.pll userid=myuser/mypassword@mydb module_type = LIBRARY output_file = TESTLIBSQL.plx compile_all = Yes = Yes = No. batch connection

    result: error:

    the two libraries differ by having used SQl commands or not.

    I tried to compile some more complex .pll and .fmb containg the SQL code. I get similar error messages. The messages that I receive for each module are the same, I would get when compiling the module with FormBuilder 9i (Windows) without being connected to the database.

    So my first thought was, this frmcmp_batch is unable to connect to the database.

    BUT:

    From frmcmp_batch with an invalid user, password, or database name not existing (resp. not in tnsnames.ora), results in appropriate error messages (not found TNS, refusal to sign etc.).

    With myuser/mypassword@mydb I don' t get this kind of messages.

    sqlplus myuser/mypassword@mydb works.

    myuser can access all objects in the database mydb.

    mydb tnsping works.

    When I check v$ session on mydb while (!) frmcmp_batch is running, I see that it is in fact a db session, created from myuser: DB-User = myuser, terminal = myappsever, osuser = root, remote process = frmcmp_batch.  And State of the current session of the db is ACTIVE.

    As a result, frmcmp_batch fails with error messages that I expect that when there is no connection to the base, if it is connected!

    Any ideas what could be wrong with my setup?

    Help appreciated.

    Jean

    I found the solution. Seems, fmrcmp 11g can connect to, but compiles not on the 9i database. With the help of a Database 11 g resolves the problem :-)
