Computer B has permissons for computer A, but not the reverse

I've networked two Windows 7 computers, (Office Tower) and B (laptop). B, I can create new folders and do what I want on the A, but it has I can't create new folders on B ("you have authorized to perform this action"). This prevents some software needed to run correctly.

D ' has a look at properties on B, as well as on the B looking at properties, Advanced Security Settings/permissions shows all the users 'total control '.

-L' owner is also included as a user in Advanced Settings/Security permissions for both a looking at properties B and B properties looking on A.

You can probably tell that I am far from an expert in networks.

Any ideas for me to try?
