computer crashes with no menu or the start task bar

my system hangs when booting with icons and wallpaper to the top, but start menu or task bar. You can highlight the icons but not open any.  If you double-click you can highlight all other icons. also if you move the taskbar, the hourglass appears. About 3 weeks ago, I had freezes and removed with 1 user account and everything worked fine. Now, it started but I can't really start now the keyboard commands do not work. The system is new.

Any IDEAS?

Hi hvactech2,

It looks like your system may be infected, see if you can get into Safe Mode first and then let me know.

You can get the older version from here if you need and then enter your serial number.

    Suites and programs CC 2014 | CC | CS6 | CS5.5 | CS5 | CS4 , CS4 Web Standard | CS3

You can install and activate the perpetual software (purchased) two computers of the same type (mac or pc), as long as you use it on one at a time. (lightroom is the exception because it is a product of multi platform, so it can be installed on the pc and mac platforms) If you do not have access to your old computer because you have replaced a hard drive, upgraded your operating system to format your computer before you deactivate your software or your computer is dead, you can ask Adobe Support to help you disable from a machine, you cannot access. Have your serial number or Adobe ID ready, then contact us.

Ugh! Registry cleaning programs are all snake oil. Cleaning of the
registration is not necessary and is dangerous. Let alone register and
do not use any registry cleaner. Despite what many people think, and
What software record cleaning suppliers are trying to convince you,
have unused registry entries is not really make you hurt.
The risk of a serious problem caused by a registry cleaner by mistake
delete an entry you need is much greater than any potential benefit
    It can have.

Let me stress that neither me nor anyone else who warns the
use of registry cleaners never said that they always cause
problems. If they have always caused problems, they would disappear from
the market almost immediately. Many people have used a registry
cleaner and never had a problem with it.

The problem with a registry cleaner is that it carries with it
the risk of a significant problem. And since there is no
benefits of using a registry cleaner, running that risk is a very bad
    good deal.

How can I put the taskbar to its normal position, please?

    To unlock the taskbar
    • Right click on a space empty in the taskbar. If a checkmark beside him doesn't lock the taskbar, the taskbar is locked. You can unlock it by clicking on lock the taskbar, which removes the check mark.

      Note

To lock the taskbar into place, right-click an empty space in the task bar, then click on lock the taskbar, so that the box is displayed.

Click on an empty space on the taskbar, and then hold down the mouse button, dragging the taskbar to one of the four sides of the office. Once the taskbar where you want, release the mouse button.

Basically you make sure it is unlocked and you put your pointer just in the right place, simply click + hold, drag to resize and release when finished.

When I open a new Firefox window, he stacked it on top of all others in the taskbar at the bottom. I wish they were next to each other. He used to do this. • Cannot restore my laptop-"Repair my computer" not appearing is not in the start menu

Once or twice in the past had to get my phone and it was an easy process thanks to the construction recovery option (computer repair) in the start menu (when you press F8 on the Toshiba screen), but now when I press F8 during the Toshiba screen and go to the boot options, there is no option to fix my computer. Fix my computer is usually the first option, but the first option is now "Start Windows in safe mode". Fix my computer disappeared! :(

I think that the cause of my problem is that I started my laptop using my friend's windows startup disk when my computer would not start a month back. In fact, he got my laptop going again, but after starting my laptop, he told me that there is a problem with the start and he asked if I would like to repair and restart, I did. In addition, the windows startup disk, I used to start my laptop computer is a 64-bit version and my laptop has a 32-bit operating system. I don't know if that makes a difference.

Could someone please help me by letting me know if there is anything I can do to get "Repair my computer" back. It is handy recover my computer when I want to just go back and get my laptop clocked in so it is better again.

    Short answer:
There is nothing you can do about it except to include adjustments to plant again. I'm sorry. :(
