Computer will not play with headphones

I had a new hard drive for my laptop a few months ago after my old one lived "physical disability".  Since then, a few things have been turned off. The one I want to fix most is helmet issues. When I plug the headphones into the Jack, the little bubble pops up saying: 'you just plug a device into the audio jack. However, sound still comes out of the speakers, and when I open the window of reading devices, it does not list the helmet even when I said to display disabled devices. The headset works fine, I've tested on my roommates machine.

Default setting under playback is grey, I can't select it. I'm in the right place?

Make sure that you have updated audio driver.

Although the non - Blu Ray discs play fine on my HP Pavilion laptop with Windows 7, discs Blu Ray will not be. How a computer model does this work?

    Hi, John:

    It's the hard drive.

You need to go to Device Manager, and then click to expand the category of DC/DVD player.

If the name of the dvd player does not have a BD in the model, it is just a standard dvd player and cannot play blue ray discs.

  • iPhone 5 s will not play with lightning cable 30 pin to the Apple Dock to stereo is there a setting I need to change?

I'm an iPhone 5 to 30 pin docking station with a 30 Apple stem to connect to cable of the lightning. The audio is not played through the docking station. He plays on the speakers of phones. Is there a setting on the iPhone I need to change? The stereo docking station works with my old iPod 30-pin. I turned off Bluetooth and it did not help. I use the Amazon music app. It's iOS 9.2.1 podcasts will also not play through the docking station. Music and podcasts will play through the cable that connects the docking station for stereo if plugged into the headphone. However the sound is not as strong or as good.

  • computer will not start with the disc

I use vista and my computer does not start because of a corrupted file.

I put my vista disk in such suggested, but the screen does not move any command of keys to press and just goes round in a loop. So I can't the computer to start and fix.

I changed the bios to boot from the cd as first choice but still no results.

    can anyone help?

Could it be that the disk driver does not work like the disk isn't loading? Or the disc will not load because the press any key order is not coming?

I am old enough and not very technically experienced but this computer has served me well and I have a lot of information that I need to go down there if I have to buy another.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

If you have correctly setting the boot order in the BIOS to CD/DVD first, and the computer does not start, your problem has nothing to do with the driver for the CD/DVD drive. Also running in safe mode or SFC can maybe help you.

The reason that pilots, safe mode and FCS can help you is the same for all three: boot (if from the hard drive or a CD or DVD) takes place before loading Windows. If it boots from a CD or a bootable DVD, the problem has nothing to do with Windows. It's a hardware problem. I don't know what the problem is, but it is possible that the CD/DVD drive is dead.

What is wrong can but fixable, but whether it is cost-effective to do so is another matter. It depends on what the problem is. If the CD/DVD player, they are inexpensive, so replacement should not be expensive. Fortunately, it's not like there is a problem with the hard drive, so even if you buy a new computer, you must be able to remove the hard drive from the old computer, put it in an external enclosure and to transfer the data to the new computer.

Let me add another point: you say "I have a lot of information that I need to get off it if I have to buy another." This suggests that you don't regularly back up your data on an external support. If this is the case, you've played with fire. It is always possible that a hard disk crash, the user error, close to love at first sight, virus attack, even stolen computer, can result in the loss of everything on your drive. As it has often been said, it is not a question of whether you will have a problem, but when.

  • Videos and music will not play with Firefox. I did what all said and it did not help!

When you use google chrome, everything works perfectly. If you use Firefox, videos do not work, music will not work, and even video games on facebook do not work. I tried what the article told me to do, but it did not help. I even uninstalled and reinstall firefox and nothing. I really frustrated, I use Firefox for listening to music while I play games with google. Someone please HELP!
Additional information: I have disabled all of the plugins, youtube started working. I advanced and compatible Flash, Silverlight and Java. Nothing is activated, and music and games still does not work.

This can be caused by a recent update of Flash 11.3.

  • Facebook videos will not play with Droid Video Player

I tried Facebook Facebook app and both gave me the same error.

    Error

File may not be displayed or played.

He also gave me the opportunity to play with QuickPic which also gave me another error:

    Cannot play video

Sorry, this video cannot be played.

I tried on several videos that I downloaded from my phone and my wife could very well play with his crush and was quick to say that it was because his phone was better than mine. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr... UH no, it really isn't, but it's boring and bad!

Downloaded MX Video Player and now it works fine. The installed video player is obviously crap.

Guess that's one good thing about most of the bugs and problems with Android is that there is usually a work-around or an APP for that.

  • Computer will not play DVD burned with DVD player

    Hello

I burned some files on a DVD-R using my MacBook Air disc. I did by deleting files on the icon in the Finder and burned it there.

    Two things:

Have you, after you restore the system to the factory settings, install all the latest drivers from device hardware and software for all your components (internal and external)?  Drivers and software for the devices.  In particular, any software for the Canon.

  • Published video overview will not play with active captioning

    Hello Adobe community!

I am having some problems with the activation of the subtitles.  Before recently upgraded to Captivate 8, I created my 7 Captivate training videos. I activated CC through the Publisher of skin for all videos and had no problem with reading.

Last week, I upgraded to 8 Captivate.  Yesterday, I have converted one of my videos of Captivate 7 to 8 Captivate.  I made some changes by adding a table of contents, edited one of the slides and double-checked all my settings of CC next Dr. Pooja Jaisingh captioning video.  I posted the video (like SWF) to test the reading, and once again everything worked well.  I made a slide more change then re-released the video.  When I went to play the video, bar of playback controls have been 'broken' and everything crushed at the top left of the screen (see screenshot).

After making several captivate restarts and computer restarted I narrowed the issue down to captioning.  If I uncheck close captioning in the skin, the preview of the video and video editor published play fine.  As soon as I "check" captioning still once, the playback bar is broken.

I am at a loss and have no idea how fix the video.  I need the captioning option closed in the video.  If anyone has any suggestions or ideas of how to fix it please let me know.

    Thank you in advance!

    Captivate Error.PNG

    Captioning should not do that.

I suggest that you remove the skin of your project and select a different skin from Captivate 8 to see if the problem goes away then.  It is possible, there are a few conflicts with the skin, applied initially in the earlier version of Captivate.
