  A few days ago, I installed Premiere Pro CS6 test on my C:\ drive (about 9 GB of free space 2 or 3 GB is required for installation). After the launch of first, I changed all the preferences for "scratch disks" etc. for my drive D:\. I've been editing yesterday and I saw that my C:\ drive was completely full, only 1 MB left.   Head over to C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\PProHeadless and 6.0 and rename it old6.0. Reboot the machine and then launch the product. I hope this helps.

  You can add another drive to accept backups Time Machine... assuming it is correctly formatted for Mac to Mac OS extended (journaled), but things are not exactly "continue."

  You have not indicated if you intend to add the player to the USB port on the Time Capsule, or connect directly to your computer using USB or FireWire connections. Or the other method works, with the option to connect directly to the computer being the faster connection.

  Once the disc is added, you would go in Time Machine preferences (click the "clock" at the top of the screen on your Mac) to add the disk for Time Machine backups and delete the old Time Capsule disk, since backups will go is no longer this destination.

  Since you have a new drive, Time Machine will do a new full backup of your Mac and then go forward with incremental backups.

  As Bill said, there is an SDK for Premiere Pro, with many types of plug-ins.  But for the plug-in effects in particular, you will see in the first Pro SDK, it is recommended to use the SDK of effects according to the compatibility of the cross product with Premiere Pro and After Effects.  So if it's the effects plug-ins you are interested, you can grab the SDK AE here: http://www.adobe.com/devnet/aftereffects.html
