  My neighbor had a wrt54g and had the same problem. It would configure the security of passwords and after a few days he would lose the settings and go back to an open network. I flashed the latest firmware on it and she always did the same thing. A Google search showed a bunch of users with the same problem. No one has an answer so she was eventually replaced. May be the time to look for an upgrade.

• new installation, password issues now

  Hello, I had many problems getting this oracle 11g installed. I have Windows 7 (vista home) 32-bit. With the help of this site, I managed to get finally installed.
  
  However my question is:
  
  When I go to the control of database screen (//localhost:1158/em/console/logon/logon)its ask for me to log in. I used the password I put in place whilest software installation and it does not recognize.

  How this is related to the question of password? The password is case-sensitive in 11g so please check that you are using the password and that is in the proper case. If you don't remember the last password, issue the command, below

• Satellite program-112 P775 - password issue

  Hello everyone

  I became this afternoon to the proud owner of a Satellite P775 program-112.
  However after going through the windows set up in the first turn on and everything happens as well everything has an abrupt end by failing to recognize my password at windows startup.
  I thought that I must have NumLock or Num lock on when setting up my password.

  After trying all the configurations of my password what he always used recognize.
  There have been a few hopeful times when he went to a welcome screen had a think about it then decided that it was the wrong password.

  Unable to create a reset disk of password that I'm stuck with the only option of buying a drive to Toshiba for £30 that after spending all that hard earned money on the laptop is not something that I look forward.

  If HARD drive recovery is not too bad, then you can recover the laptop without the use of the recovery diskette.

• Configuration/connection WRT160N problem

  I just bought the WRT160N router. I went through the installation process... connected via wired ethernet port, password and rights admin, ect., but when I try to connect to my new router via my wireless card, its going to "acquiring network address" mode for about 5 minutes and then disconnects. I get no error message, it just stops trying to connect and I get the big red X on my network icon in the taskbar. I've been reading the forums and try to help out myself, but I don't know what I can do. I know my wireless card to work, I am able to connect to my network of neighbors.

  Open the router setup page and under the Wireless tab, change the channel width to 20 MHz only and up to 11 channel, provide a unique name for the SSID and click on save settings...

  In respect of wireless security, check the security key...

  Under wireless settings advanced... Change the tag to 75 interval, change the Fragmentation threshold to 2304, change the RTS threshold to 2304 and click on save settings...

  Now, on the computer, remove all the favourite network and create the profile on the computer wireless and check...

  Use the secret keyword instead of the password for the password more secure and encrypted.

  The syntax that you are using will display the password in clear text.

  I just tested myself by creating a copy of backup config and examined the compressed tar file. It actually saves the file/etc/shadow with passwords hashed all ESXi local accounts, including the roots.

  From what I see in my backup as it will restore basic configuration more (only the files in/etc /) you would expect from a stand-alone host, but know that there are many other things where vCenter is involved which cannot be restored or works as expected when restored. I prefer rather to use the profiles of the host.

  I just wanted to ask a quick question. I've owned a Toshiba portege S100 computer laptop for about 18 months and he's had a life constantly on hard lol and some stains of coffee etc. Unfortuantly it launched the bucket the other week, so I got out and got a new toshiba laptop :)

  I have a tool that has several options to unlock HARD disk utility? It requires a login and a tank to fill? I was wondering if someone can help me?

  Unfortunately, if the HARD drive password has been set and if you n t know the password you will not be able to unlock the HARD drive.

  To my knowledge, the HARD drive password can be deleted from the BIOS and any other disk HARD unlock utility will not work.

  In my opinion, there is nothing to my buddy :(

  No detail of password change is obvious, so no access.  Just looks like a mistake.

  Sometimes, that is.  Try to delete the account, and then compact and repair the database (www.oehelp.com/WMUtil/), and then add the account back again.
