  I've just updated the plugin Eclipse 1.1 and am quite willing to start using the ability to warm.  However, I'm fighting to get the Simulator to work with this version.  Most of the time things worked less than 1.0 when I would click on debug or run and I've never dug in how it was all set up.  To start, I'm a bit confused as to what simulators should be used, as I have heaps of them under:

  "C:\Program Files\Reasearch in Motion\BlackBerry Smartphone simulators xxxxx\"

  But there are also those in component packs under:

  "(Eclipse plugins)\net.rim.ejde.componentpackxxxxxxxxx\components\simulator

  Eclipse configurations seem to point to the first set, when I look at the command-line on the Advanced tab.  When I create a new configuration, none of the fall of the unit options point to simulators in the new component pack.  They must?  The announcement of the RIM when speaks of "opportunity with our latest simulators...» "for hot-swap.  Who are the last?

  All that being said, my real problem is that the debugger attaches ever.  When I choose to run any debug configuration, it will launch the Simulator, getto "Debugger is attached" and stay there forever.  Try "Simulator of BlackBerry running Debug" (for example, after using to run to start) always errors that it is already a running debug session.

  Any help on how you've configured Eclipse 1.1 and/or your simulators best launch and connect would be most appreciated!

  You must choose a JRE in your project that you are targeting. That target you, your simulators are indicated in the list tab Simulator for your debug or launch configuration.

• Problems of GPS in several simulators

  I know that many people have asked a lot of questions on how to get the simulators GPS works, but I'm tapped out and don't know what else to try.

  So far, I have tried the following:

  • Verified that the GPS is turned on on the Simulator before going to BB maps
  • Went to «simulate...» GPS location"and choose one of the default 'Waterloo ON' values and went to BB Maps

  I tried via Eclipse doesn't have, so I thought I'd try just to run simulators and just get BB Maps to work.

  Simulators of the tester on and does not without going through Eclipse:

  • 4.6.0 - 9000
  • 4.7.0 - 9530 - Verizon
  • 4.7.1.40 - 9630 - Verizon

  I am at my wits end and have no idea what else to try.  Is there license stuff I'm missing?  It should simply work without problem?

  You can also toggle localisation simulated after the start of the sim card. I found that the simulation of GPS is very reliable on the first fix, but if you switch between two places after starting, it works in general.

• Configure several IPSec VPN between Cisco routers

  I would like to create multiple ipsec VPN between 3 routers. Before applying it, I would like to check on the config I wrote to see if it works. It's just on RouterA configuration for virtual private networks to RouterB, and RouterC.

  As you can apply in a cyptomap by interface, I say with the roadmap, that it should be able to manage traffic for both routers. Or is there a better way to do it?

  The two will remain active.

  The configuration you have is for several ste VPN site is not for the redundant VPN.

  The config for the redundant VPN is completely different allows so don't confuse is not with it.

  In the redundant VPN configuration both peers are defined in the same card encryption.

  Traffic that should be passed through the tunnel still depend on the access list, we call in the card encryption.

  This access-lsist is firstly cheked and as a result, the traffic is passed through the correct tunnel

  No, there is only a single auto attendant on an ISDN 3241.  You will need two of them if you wanted two different languages.

  I use LabVIEW 2008 and a data acquisition system Agilent 34970 A.

  I need to read the voltage of 3 channels and temperature of more than 2.

  I know how to set each of them separately using a CONFIGURATION command to the top, and I was wondering if there is any way to configure two types of measures in a single command.

  If there is an easier way to do the total that would be awesome. I'm still very new to LabVIEW.

  I use Corel Paint Shop Pro for small projects for a number of years, however, now that I'm starting to become more seriously in digital painting I'm discovering that the program does not work very well, so I will try to find a replacement program. To this end, I downloaded a trial of the latest version of the items. However... I searched for help, and am still having trouble to find a number of things.

  -How do you see multiple images side-by-side when editing? The only indications that I can see are for version 7, and that they are not accurate for this version.

  -Is it possible to zoom in and out on a picture, in part using the Magnifier tool?

  -How can I get an accurate count of the number of colors in an image? Yes, I realize that for most it is not really important. However, I often work on projects where it is essential that I am able to verify the exact number of colors in an image, and it is very annoying to need to open it in another program to do.

  -Is it possible to change the pointer that appears when using various tools? In addition to the large tables, I often work on SNES, and the pointer that is displayed on the scale of a pixel is extremely annoying and difficult to work.

  I am sure that most of the other problems I have got experience currently is mainly to the difficulty of the transition to a new program when I'm used to the way another is put in place. However, one of the foregoing could turn into a was he or break factor, hassle-wise. Any help would be appreciated!

• Plug-in for Eclipse: how to compile a source in several binary files?

  Hello gurus of BB,.

  recently, I spent my development environment of JDE for the plug-in for Eclipse (mainly because the new Blackberry7 is only available for Eclipse). I was able to transfer my apps; one thing remains to be done.

  Knowledge, I would like to compile the same source in two applications: a Lite and a full. Source code, as I said, is completely identical for both; the only difference is in the metadata (icon, name of the application, etc.) and in the fact that once the compilation of the version Lite, I #define a variable (in the source code, there is a certain //#ifdefs).

  How could I do in Eclipse? In JDE, I simply create a workspace and two projects (.jdp files) inside they can share sources. But in Eclipse, the Application descriptor does not seem to support that?

  Eclipse is very deficient in this way.

  That's why I use Netbeans + BB Ant tools to do all my Blackberry development.

  It provides very easy access to the configurations, a great support for ANT and support of editor/preprocessor much better compared to Eclipse.

  I losers to Eclipse debugging Department, so I created an ANT script to copy the files required in JDE and use it for debugging/profiling.   It is possible to get Netbeans to work with the debugger, but requires a lot of work and is obviosly a config not supported.

  A click or script executed and I have 12 + packages of different distribution ready to be distributed OTA/Desktop/BES all carefully packed in their respective folders.

  Configurations + several builds support has been expressed in BB repeatadly plug so far into the team, but no change.   I know that I'm not a point to track down the leads/developers of plugins at each conference of BB and put up a point on the configs... maybe next year that's going to stick

  You can get the 7.0 files outside Eclipse... you really have nothing other than the Javadocs and the net_rim_... jar, perhaps Cap updated as well.   All of you who are located in the folder of the eclipse plugin.  Just copy JDE6.0 and replace only the files required with the version 7.0 and you are ready to go.

  10.3.4 is 3 Group of hotfixes.

  I recommend using the correct identifier. There is an Oracle Enterprise Pack Eclipse OTN Forum also it's probably better for this question.

  Hello, I have a few questions about development using the eclipse pugin:

  1. is it possible to run several instances of the simulator at the same time (say, a simulator of 9500 and 9000) and how this can be done? This will be useful when testing since startign the Simulator takes a lot of time.

  2. the blackberry compiler displays the generated files (.jar, .jad etc.) directly in the root of the project. How can I change this? I ask because I want to download the ti code repository and I don't need these files here, so they can just go to it'sa...

  Debugging using several simulators of BlackBerry running at the same time is not supported.

  To question #2.  There is no way to control where Cap creates the files, but you can create a batch file that moves or deletes them and call it as a build step post.  Build steps post can be set by opening the project properties, select BlackBerry project and then properties by clicking on the tab generate.

  Several iCloud libraries are not supported.

  If you are looking for a work around, you can configure several Apple ID, but that brings with it a host of other issues.

• The configuration step of the calendar after the call to DAQm angular encoder, takes a lot of time vey even to 1000 samples per second. No idea why?

  I use an encoder in quadrature with DAQmx 6259, the call to read the outputs of the meter is slow, much slower than the sampling rate? No idea why?

  In the title of this thread, you mention that the calendar configuration step takes a long time.  Is now called node configuration several times in your code?  You may find that your code runs faster if the channel configurations and the task doesn't occur once.

  I recently got a new captioning program to add subtitles (Arabic, English and Japanese) at my youtube videos. The problem is that I can't get the program read more 1 language non-unicode both... so I thought I should create a new account for my laptop. I tried to create a new user for English & Arabic account and keep the default English & Spanish profile, but it does not work. It changes everything, but everything I have on a profile automatically changing the same thing on the other profile. It's very frustrating because I always have to restart my laptop. Is it possible to have multiple accounts with a different default language for each of them?
