Configuted auto signed certicate WLS 10.3, but did not work at all :(

Hello

I tried to configure the certificate self-signed in my WLS 10.3 and get SSL to work.

I used keytool as mentioned an article configuration self signed certificate on weblogic server. Avalanche of Tech

and used the rest that he has proposed. When Weblogic starts there was certain information such as

"Cannot load a jks keystore comes from the C:\dev\Oracle\Middleware\user_projects\domains\opkk\certs\identity.jks file. "Exception: java.io.IOException: keystore was tampered with, or password is incorrect" and start/stop at the wall. I think the article is well written, but it was missing some information.

Now I'm situation that I can't get my weblogic upward because of these keytool SSL settings. Are there ways to Weblogic raise when there a mistake?

What to do now?

How can I force Weblogic boot dispate ofl errors as Windows used to do and how to get rid of these and correct certificates SSL and/or the keystore settings.

For your assistance,

Thank you

This means that the password for such identity.jks as configured in this store is different from what you enter in the weblogic console when you configured.

Try to update the password for the keystore for identity.jks so that it matches what you specified when you set up in the weblogic console.

If you can not do this, then you will need to return to a previous configuration. Restore a backup of the file config.xml
