• TMS confirmation e-mail shows not all endpoints or locations

  I noticed recently that a confirmation e-mail sent by TMS 14.3.2 for scheduled conference does not show the end points not directly managed by MSD.

  The endpoints are in the phone book so and it worked in TMS 13.1.

  It is because that the value <VAL:LOCATION> is used one model electronic mail take in review managed in TMS systems.  What I would do, and that's what I did is change the value <VAL:PARTCIPANT_NAME> that takes into account a member as one of the following: external video system dial-in, entry phone book, the name stored in Cisco TMS.

  Keep in mind if you change the values, you may also need to change the <FOREACH:...> value that surrounds it in the model so that it will be repeated for each value than nothing.  Some values require something around him, like an article, or of foreach, etc..
