Connect with sqlplus tnsname alias thorugh his gel
10 gr 2 oracle 10.2 on Windows Server 2003 R2, the database database worked for awhile now and not specific changed have been made but now I try to access the database via sqlplus may not connect with all valid users, and I have ne error message, it seems that the database cannot connect to sqlplus via a tns alias name it freezes and even local connection working
How to solve these problems
All very much appreciated
Thank you
While ensuring services for oracle and listener, I found that oracle service has been run with a domain user account so that the listener is running in the local system user account.
When we also changed the user domain account auditor account, then restarted the listener, we have seen labour NETCA. The connection to the base through TNS works also.

How to activate the connection with sqlplus / as sysdba?
Hello
I downloaded the virtual appliance of the developer day since that's Developer Day - hands-on data application development
Connection with sqlplus sys/oracle as a sysdba work
But for our scripts, I need to connect to sqlplus / as sysdba (os user's oracle).
If I try to open a session with / as sysdba I get this:
[oracle@localhost ~]$ sqlplus / as sysdba SQL*Plus: Release 12.1.0.2.0 Production on Tue Nov 3 02:13:34 2015 Copyright (c) 1982, 2014, Oracle. All rights reserved. ERROR: ORA-01017: invalid username/password; logon denied Enter user-name:
How can I activate the oracle user to login with / as sysdba?
Thank you
Al
It seems that I found the solution:
http://www.stojanveselinovski.com/blog/2014/07/07/Oracle-12C-developer-days-VM/
Very funny this TWO_TASK / ORACLE_SID. :-)
CurrentY I can connect to sqlplus / as sysdba - I'm going to restore the virtual machine and try again if this is really the solution. :-)

Hi Please help me. My iPhone 6 retains what load noise when connected with my MacBook Air early 2015. It makes me crazy! I tried with several real Apple's USB cables, update to the latest iOS (phone and MacBook), updated the iTunes, clean the orifices, everything! I just got this MacBook on the Apple store. Please help me! Thanks in advance!
Hi mikaelaridz,
I understand that you just bought a MacBook Air in an Apple store, and when you plug your iPhone 6 in it, you are to hear a sound indicating that the connection does not work. If your MacBook Air has a port USB - C, you must use the USB - C for Lightning cable to connect your iPhone.
Using the USB - C port and adapters on your MacBook (retina, 12 inch, early 2015) and later
Port USB - C
USB - C is an industry standard generation that allows to load and transfer of video data - while a simple connector. Your MacBook comes with a USB - C port:
Through this port, you can:
- Charge your MacBook.
- Power output.
- Transfer data between your MacBook and other devices.
- Connect the video output such as HDMI, VGA and DisplayPort.
- Connect to other technologies, such as Ethernet.
Port USB - C on your MacBook supports data transfer speeds to up to 5 Gbps (USB 3.1 Gen 1).
USB - C for Lightning cable
Apple USB-C for Lightning cable allows you to connect any device equipped with a connector of lightning with your MacBook. It provides data transfer and power of lighting fixtures. For example, you can use this cable to connect your MacBook to these devices:
- iPhone, iPad and iPod touch
- Magic Mouse 2
- Magic keyboard
- The Magic Trackpad 2
You can also load these devices without using your MacBook by connecting to the C - USB to the lightning cable and plug the cable of the USB - C 29W power adapter.
USB - C for Lightning cable supports data transfer at up to 5 Gbps (USB 3.1 Gen 1).
This cable requires no power to operate. However, devices that you plug into it could draw power from your MacBook, you should unplug it when you're not using it.
If this isn't the issue, then I suggest taking your new MacBook Air and iPhone at the Apple Storewhere you bought it. A genius can inspect your computer for you, there is no hardware problems and staff can help you set up. Here's how Contact Apple and make an appointment.
Take care

ERROR:
ORA-12545: Connect failed because target host or object does not exist
I installed oracle client on my desktop
and I made entries in the tnsnames file
However when I connect to the database to rac with scan it works sometimes...
not always...
so I'm in search mode and finally, after many moons a lot and light years away, I found the following
Here's what I did
# - scan192.168.0.127 rac31 - scan.oracle.com rac31-scan
192.168.0.128 rac31 - scan.oracle.com rac31-scan
192.168.0.129 rac31 - scan.oracle.com rac31-scan
I put three ip addresses in the host with the same name rac31-scan file
then I put the same ip addresses in my windows hosts file
Here are the entries
192.168.0.127 rac31 - scan.oracle.comrac31-scan192.168.0.128 rac31 - scan.oracle.com rac31-scan
192.168.0.129 rac31 - scan.oracle.com rac31-scan
but in the (windows 7 pc) client tnsnames file has just one entry
It's here
RAC1 =(DESCRIPTION =
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP) (HOST = rac31-scan)(PORT = 1521))
(CONNECT_DATA =
(SERVER = DEDICATED)
(SERVICE_NAME = RAC)
)
)
and now when I connect from the client... it connects without any problems.
I have tried more than 10 attempts without problem
BINGO!

But I'm able to connect with the same username and password when I just spent like:
$sqlplus
Enter the user name: user name

Yes, there is a question to connect to a different database. Oracle is too dumb to lie down, particularly on your reported error message. You provide is not exactly the same credentials or your connection remotely ("@dbname") points to a different database. Note that when you use this syntax, 'database_name' is not the name of the database, but rather the name of an entry in tnsnames.ora. This entry specifies the target host and port, as well as the name of the service (database).
Use copy and paste from a command line session to show us the full order and full power of 'tnsping database_name. "
where 'database_name' are any real value you used when you received the error.

How to connect to sqlplus in unix Server
Hi masters.
Little info. requried... I worked on oracle with windows CA. But I don't know unix exp. My question is
I want to connect to sqlplus in unix Server? Please let me know...!
Thanks to the adv.
concerning
SASqlplus username/pwd@servicename;
You can find details of service name in file names tns instead of unix. If you are not able to find and then type cd $TNS_ADMIN at the prompt of unix command, then ls - lrt tnsnames.ora
You can also cat this file to display.See you soon

Try to edit listener.ora by:
(ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP) (HOST = HOST_NAME_OF_YOUR_DATABASE_MACHINE/OR TRY USING THE IP ADDRESS OF THE DATABASE SERVER MACHINE)(PORT=1521))
Just try to edit HOST = value line above. You must use HOST_NAME_OF_YOUR_DATABASE_MACHINE or IP OF the DATABASE SERVER MACHINE.Host name can be obtained by the hostname command on the database server.
With localhost, no one can connect to the database remotely.

MacBook pro timeout to try to connect with Apple ID
Hello everyone
yesterday, I noticed that Messages in my mac pro (mid-2009, yosemite os 10.10.5) book were not synced with my iPhone, so I re-taped login and password but it is run out of time and showed a message like "unable to connect, try again." So I went through browser and successfully connected with the same IDApple and changed the password. IPhone asked me a new password and I put the new login name perfectly, and in Iphone app works perfectly (app store, Imessage, etc.); via a browser, I can connect perfectly, while Mac, it is still impossible to connect with applications that require an Apple ID (AppStore, facetime, messages).
I also noticed that my clock does not auto adjust by selecting all servers. I put manually a medieval time and select a 'auto adjust' with the servers but nothing has changed. The Mail also cannot sync with Gmail.I tried to open the preferences/account to manage the password and things, but it freezes without giving me any key band.
So I tried to restart and update the Pram, SMC, repaired permissions, tried to disconnect the battery and turn on the mac: the clock was created at the beginning of the time and can not auto-set at the right time.Might depend on some files in preference somewhere - but I have something strange has not changed from one day to the other - or maybe the battery from the motherboard? (is there a battery of motherboard in my mac?)
