Connection of ACS command line...

Hello

I have a superadmin account with ACS.

with this account, I can't able to connect GUI but can't login CLI mode.

What could be the problem?

Hello Tony,.

ACS GUI administrator and CLI administrator accounts are different. You cannot log in with accounts of MISTLETOE in CLI.

You must use CLI accounts created to access the ACS command line. You must have created one during installation first GBA 5.x.

If this was helpful please note.

  • ACS 5.1 - command line filters does not not in Config Mode

    Hello

I am trying to set up filters to deny command line sniffer commands being entered. I have set up a command set and applied to an authorization policy. The command filter works great for commands in privileged mode. However, the filter does not work for any order that is entered in configuration mode.

I have a set of commands that will deny for a test installation:

    display the clock

    terminal length

    display monitor

    duration of the distance

    the monitor session

The first three commands are entered from the initial mode of privilege and they are omitted by the AEC. The last two commands can be entered in config mode and the ACS does not stop their entry.

I have attached two screenshots that show configuration commands on GBA game and a Terminal session which commands are filtered and which are rented by the intermediary.

Has anyone encountered this problem? Is there something else I should be adding to the command Set? Is this a bug?

There is a bug on the Cisco site that relates to the command filters:

    http://Tools.Cisco.com/support/BugToolKit/search/getBugDetails.do?method=fetchBugDetails&bugId=CSCtf08567

I don't know if this bug applies to this question because there is so little information on this subject. In addition, if it does not I don't understand workaround to apply it to this situation.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated. -(ACS Version 5.1.0.44.2)

  • By specifying the container to connect with command line utilities (sqlplus/expdp etc.)

    Hello

To inaugurate this forum I was play multitenant/pluggable has 12 c and I have a general question about connections to the database of the container - it is clear from what I've tried so far (and what I've read) there is no way to connect to a database from the container without using a sqlnet connection. For example:

    Export ORACLE_HOME, ORACLE_SID etc.

sqlplus username/password - it can only connect to the database of the container? (once you are in you can alter the session to switch to the plugable database but cannot do so directly to the connection)

to connect to a database that is connected is always through sqlnet

    sqlpus username/password@pluggable

There is no option to say something like:

    export ORACLE_SID = container

    Export ORACLE_CONTAINER = pluggable

    and then do sqlplus username/password?

additional command line switch or as

    export ORACLE_SID = container

sqlplus-container = name of user and password pluggable

This understanding is correct or have I missed something in the documentation?

    Kind regards

    Hello Richard,.

In Oracle Multitenant, the only way to connect to a PDB file is by specifying a service.

However, there's a shortcut you can use - TWO_TASK, you will find described elsewhere.

This allows you to specify the default service to serve--think of it as being silently added to your specification by name of user and password. I hope this helps.

  • sqlcl or sqldeveloper for output command line html (+ other jdbc database connections)

    Hello

I use shell, awk and php scripts to encapsulate sqlplus for html output requests

    Simple question:

1 - What is the best (or fastest) way to generate an HTML output of a command line script (sqlplus, sqlcl, sqldeveloper)

Subsequently, I use sqlplus on a linux machine, because he does not expect 4 or 5 seconds for the launch of all java stuff on every single batch request, and does not expect the end user to the browser page

can 2 - I use other databases (of course with the related jdbc drivers) with sqlcl?

(with sqldeveloper, can interrogate data bases mysql or mssql)

    Sorry for my English.

  • Change access to command line network services

    Hello world

With the help of Server 5 on El Capitan.  I adjust some parameters in the pane of the server. I was limiting the Administration remotely (and screen sharing?) to a specific machine - but made a typo.  The end result has been restricted access to 127.0.0.1 and the incorrect address.  So I can not long remote control administer the machine with the app Server, not with the ARD, and nor can I vnc inside.

    I, however, have ssh access.

Is it possible to set the IP address associated with the service of the command-line remote administration?

    Thank you

    -Jeff.

    Disable packet filtering:

    sudo pfctl(8) d

You should be able to connect to remote access. Then restart.

  • WinRAR command line tools do not check an executable Windows Server 2012

    Hi all

I have developed a VI in LabVIEW 8.6 using WinRAR command line tools (passed in the Exec.vi system) to archive data that takes place on 5 different computers on a network and stores on a server .rar files.  Executable file of the VI works perfectly on my computer (WinXP) development.  The data from each of the 5 machines are archived and .rar files are stored on the server.  However, when I move the executable on the server where the .rar files will be stored and run the executable file, the command window flashes on the screen as if WinRAR commands are running, but no data is archived on the server.  No errors are passed out of the Exec.vi of the system.  The server's operating system is Windows Server 2012 and I placed the Rar and UnRAR .exe in the folder system32 on the server.  The server firewall is disabled, and he is able to explore at the location of the data to arhived.  The server is logged in as a domain administrator account.

Here is an example of one of the commands in command line that I spend in the Exec.vi system:

    cmd /c rar a - m5 \\selsacn11\viscom\selsvis01\15\07\20.rar \\selsvis01\Rep0\Archiv\15\07\20

When I manually type this command in the command line on the server, the data is stored properly.  The problem occurs when I run the executable on the server.

I tried to work around the problem by creating a batch of files containing the command above, then using the Exec.vi system to call this batch file.  Yet once, when I manually run the batch file, it works correctly, but when Exec.vi system in a LabVIEW executable file runs the command on the server file, I get the same result as described above - no data are archived on the server.  This batch file works on my development computer and on my laptop to the company.

My only thought is that there is a problem with the access rights.  So far, the executable works fine on an older server (Windows Server 2003), the development computer (Win XP) and my laptop (Win7) company, but the executable archive not the data on the Server 2012 server or on another computer running WIndows 7.  I have all these machines connected under the same domain administrator account, but COMPUTER networks are certainly above my head, so I wanted to check here if anyone has seen this problem with WinRAR or the Exec.vi system.

    Thanks for any info!

    Success!

Darin, I took your suggestions and after some more fighting with him, I have an error Code 2 on the Exec.vi system.  This led me in search of the forums where I fell on the following:

    http://forums.NI.com/T5/LabVIEW/problem-using-quot-MSG-quot-command-with-quot-system-exec-VI/m-p/153...

Of course, all the machines that had been able to run the executable file are 32-bit.  All the machines that could not run the executable are a 64 bit system.  I placed the Rar.exe in the C:\Windows\SysWOW64 folder on the server and it works exactly as expected today.

I fought with this for weeks, so I'm a little disappointed that it was something so simple, but I'm very happy to have finally work!

Thank you all very much for the help!

  • How Windows to determine which file to run with some command line commands?

I had someone ask me an interesting question, and I really didn't have a good answer for them.  We were talking about the command prompt.  I showed them how they could start some programs simply by typing a command at the command prompt.  Their question is how is it, some files require a full path to start?  Also how the Windows does not know which file to run when the 'explorer' simple as orders are entered?

    Thanks in advance!

    Hi, Deedubbadoo,

Their question is how is it, some files require a full path to start?

You can have some files in the same directory that share the same file name but have different extensions. For example, you might have a file named compta.com can launch an accounting program and another called Accnt connects your system to the accounting system network.

The operating system searches for a file by using default file name extensions in the following order of precedence: .exe, .com, .bat, and. cmd to run Accnt so that compta.com exists in the same directory, you must include the .bat extension in the command line.

If a component of a path is a file name, it must be the last element

    Therefore: Explorer

  • What a privilege is necessary for the judgment on the command line?

I just finish to manage a bunch of files, something I think is sometimes easier to use a MS-DOS prompt with wildcards with. I wanted to put the computer power off and goto bed. I was connected with my normal user account when I published the shutdown command from the command prompt that I used instead of the mouse. To my surprise, I received this message:
    E:\Shared>shutdown s
    The operation completed successfully.
A required privilege is not held by the client.

I can understand this restriction for remote clients, but not for the users of the console. What privilege or registry setting would I need to activate this command works for all users of the console? It seems stupid when they can just as easily use Start-> turn off computer-> Turn Off power.

I'm also surprised with this if the first time I tried it as a regular user in all these years. I use XP Pro, so I can change the local security policy and the security policy templates.

Can I stop my system with an account standard account standard Windows XP SP3 in command prompt. Was curious when I saw your post.  I'm sure you have checked user account rights.  You have another user account to test?  I would create a user if you have not just to see what happens.

Just found this, shows your exact error trying to shutdown from the command line.

    http://www.windowsnetworking.com/kbase/WindowsTips/WindowsXP/AdminTips/utilities/Cantshutdownfromcommandline.html

If you have a Windows XP desktop computer and you try to stop your machine from the command-line by typing shutdown-s you might get the following in response to this command result:

    The operation completed successfully.
A required privilege is not held by the client.
