Connection problem - always after that Adobe would have solved the problem

My Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App does not allow me to connect. I CAN sign using a browser and go directly to the web page of creative cloud, so this isn't an ID or problem of password as the desktop application maintains reports.

I have reset my password several times and it works for access to web pages, but not access Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App.

All this is AFTER Adobe claims to have fixed the sign on the problem (May 16, 2014 09:00 Pacific time).

How do I get the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop App works as it did for months without any problem?

This fixes it is no longer connected in your Creative Cloud applications
