  Alas, I finally got. It turns out that I had to restart my CF services after I installed the drivers for DB2. Once I did, it worked perfectly!

  It requires the use of an Oracle database. If you want to use heterogeneous services to communicate with a non-Oracle external database, you can do. But if you don't need an Oracle db and want just a solution of dashboard for DB2, this really isn't the product for you.

  I say that it requires the use of an Oracle database because it flows from the packages written in pl/sql database, so can not port to the other databases.

  In this case, you probably want to use php or something that can connect to multiple data sources.
