Consider replacing the battery in windows 7 Home premium

Hello
I have an Acer Aspire 5738 G laptop which is installed with windows 7 Home Premium OS.
I bought 12/12/2009 and now on this date 12/12/2011, I get a warning message on my battery.
The problem is:
In the taskbar, the battery icon appears with a symbol crossed out in red as English alphabet 'x '. And when I mouse over it, says help text "Charge percentage and the message" consider replacing your battery "is like (for example).
97% available (plugged in, load)
Consider replacing your battery
It is the condition when my laptop is connected...
And when it is not plugged in, the simple red cross appears different is that, white crossed symbol (x) in a red circle that continues to blink. I have mouse on it a message like below,
97%.
Consider replacing your battery...
And I don't have anything about this problem, doesn't have any hardware service people... Because I need a clear idea on the problem of the experts here...
And when I got this message in the first today(12-12-2011), I just shut down my system, removed my batterty and replaced back on the system and turned on, wait until the problem resolved, but he did not have any change. This is a step that I did...
I think that I explained my problem clearly. Hope you ll understand. Expect good answers. Thank you

Hello

Yes, you can even power off the power and remove the battery and then use the computer with
no battery inside on alternating current.

Have you checked the troubleshooting that I posted earlier? Clean the battery terminals,
If possible and the other methods sometimes help to revive a weak battery. Of course
age of batteries with use and time, so the battery is lower than when new.

I hope this helps and happy holidays!

  • battery problem: message "consider replacing the battery.

    Hello.

I think I have a problem with my battery today. I bought my laptop on October 2010 and everything was OK until today: the indicator of battery on the computer screen with a blinking red and it says that I should "consider replacing the battery.
Then, when I plug the battery on the computer, there is one other Red Cross on the battery indicator, and also said I should 'consider replacing the battery. In addition, it is written "a battery problem has been detected. Your computer may suddenly stop. However, I see that the battery is charging (the battery indicator increases).
Finally, when I unplug the battery from the computer, after 5 minutes on all messages have gone, and everything seems completely normal.
So, I wonder if there is a real problem, and you think that I should really change the battery soon (I would find it strange that my cell phone is almost brand new)?

A .iso file is an image of a dvd.  It is not a program or data file.  You need to burn this image on a dvd with your burning program.  Copy disc, burn to disc.  We'll then work the disc in your optical drive.

  • Please send me the link for Windows 7 Home premium (32-Bit) iso file (no SP 1 or other)?

What is the difference, if it has Service Pack 1? In fact, you must agree with SP1 from RTM images are no longer supported.

For 5 years, Microsoft made it fairly easy for users of the Windows 7 operating system to get reinstall media. If you have lost your support disc or installation retail collection; either it has been damaged or defective; You can download a copy of the edition that you have licensed from a membership site called Digital River. More recently, Microsoft ended the availability to reinstall media that you can download as a. File ISO in Digital River, which is a digital reproduction of an optical disc.

It was particularly convenient for people who could not easily get the manufacturer's recovery media, did not want to pay the fees required to get or preferred a clean configuration without the software packaged manufacturers or even a recovery partition does not work. It's easy to use, all you had to do was reinstall and reactivate using the product key located on the certificate of authenticity and download all the drivers on the manufacturers website.

Given that this option is no longer available, what are your options? See the article for more details:

  • What happens if there is multi-core or Dual-Core coupling processors to the top with Windows 7 Home Premium?

So if I have a Windows7 Home Premium 64 - bit operating system and I use a processor dual core (Intel Dual Core e5300 CPU) are fully compatible or how they work together, given the fact that Windows 7 recognizes that one of the two processors? Playback of the system is expressed in the fact that it has two current processors. Both processors work simultaneously to form a combined data stream is a dormant or they turn on and off opposing to another so that each works half the time? Many scenarios as possible, but I would like to know... the real answer as to what needs to be changed eventually to bring together a system more fluid? My main question is the operating system and the processor may be an incompatibility problem that has not yet been addressed? I can't find any answer in the Center Compatabiity of Windows 7 or anywhere else. Or is the limitation of windows 7 Home Premium and only be able to support an unfounded processor see the fact that there are many systems that are in work today with these components. ?

    Hey Randy,

If your system has two separate physical processors (not hearts) and you are running Windows 7 Home Premium, the second processor is completely ignored. It turns on and turn his fans, but it does not all rights for the computer. Windows 7 Home Premium will not take advantage of a single processor.

However, if you have a single physical processor with multiple cores, Windows 7 64-bit will benefit from up to 256 cores. It is very probably the type of machine that you have because it is quite rare to have multiple processors co-location in a workstation computer.

In this scenario, Windows will use two cores for separate tasks. Applications will be evenly distributed between the carrots, unless the application has been written to take advantage of multiple cores. The two hearts are turned on and both are used when the system is running.

You can check if Windows has recognized the two hearts looking Manager of the tasks of your system:

    1. Open the Task Manager by right-clicking the taskbar, and then click Start Task Manager.
    2. Click the performance tab.

The top two graphs show how much CPU is used, as well at the moment and for a few minutes. If the CPU usage history graph seems shared, your computer has multiple processors, a single dual-core CPU or both.

Windows 7 system requirements also go in a little more detail on how many windows cores/processors can take in charge:
