Console of the OSB is throw the exception when I click Project Explorer

OSB Console, if I click on Explorer iam get the exception below.

Exception console:*.
Message, the server encountered an unexpected condition which prevented him from meeting the demand. *

The same exception arises again when I click on the messages button as well.

In my case one user was missing, he added and he solved the problem, now we are able to navigate without any problems.

    You're on Win XP Prof? If so,.

    For the calendar / Date time is visible on the limited user try the following:
    Log on as administrator.

    Click Start-> Run & Type-> gpedit.msc

    Now click on Computer Configuration-> Windows settings-> local policies-> user rights assignment (click the + to expand far youreach)

    Double click on "change the time system" and click on add a user or a group-> select Advanced-> Find Now you you get the list of Userid-> now select your username (limited user) and click ok on all screens. Close this account administrator and connect to your limited user and try, should be able to access the time and calendar now.
