  Geeeeez! Adobe has got too big head. Professionals need to attach to the new Canon and Nikon cameras and they did not.  Get you the heads on the guys in the toilet, give us an update of Tethering for LR4.1 and please don't do NOT fail or freeze.

  It is time to change to another software?  I think I'll watch a Phase or Capture One, as I heard its better software and they have great customer.

  IM trialing Lightroom 4 with my new Nikon D800 with the opportunity to purchase this software if the its will work. When I connect my D800, it says "no camera detected". Y at - there a patch or something missing in the software? Can not believe that a new device that has a Miu. Or is it just me ;-)

  Hello

  I'm used to shoot attached with my Canon 5 d MarkII in Lightroom 4.2 under Windows 7. I have recently installed Windows 8, but now Lightroom can not detect my Canon 5 d Mark II more. The problem is that Lightroom is using an older version of Framenetwork (3.5) and in the Windows version 8 (4.5) is built. It is possible to download and install this version (3.5) in Windows 8, but lightroom still cannot detect my camera. Does anyone have the same issue or better an answer for this problem? Thanks in advance!

  I have the latest version of the LR4.  Photos downloaded from player card and two different cards present a picture gray with note "Preview not available".  I believe that this issue came with the Nikon D800.  I have to wait for adobe update for Nikon d600 until I can use my new cool device?

  4.2 Lightroom was released, which supports the Nikon D600. In Lightroom, choose Help > check for updates to download.

  I have 11 items and use iTunes 10.7

  I just created an album of 11 items, but when I want to sync with my Ipad via iTunes, the album does not appear in the list.

  Albums created previously, using 8 elements, appear ok.

  I am currently in Photoshop elements 10 and first elements 10 (64-bit) on a Windows 7 Home Premium computer. The hardware specs are very good, with I7 processor 2.5, 8 GB of RAM, 2 GB etc dedicated video card

  I was intending to upgrade me to Windows 8 Professional using the offer of $14... However, need to know with certainty that these 2 software work with Windows 8 and there is no problem.

  Is there anyone here who has tried to run these 2 software on Windows 8, and if so, what has been your experience. Are there problems, or any show gal?

  I'm sure I don't want to pay the extra money to upgrade to version 11, so all the answers will be very useful indeed.

  I had Lr2.7 and CS3 on Windows XP service pack 3. The Lightroom 4.2 upgrade will work on this system? I don't want to upgrade my system. Thank you

  Support was introduced in 4.2 LR and ACR 7.2 on October 2, 2012.

  If you do not use 4 LR or PS CS6, then you can convert your .nef files to .dng using the DNG of Adobe 7,2 V converter, which is available for free on the Adobe web site, this will allow the .dng files to process using previous versions of Lightroom and Adobe Camera Raw.
