  There is no such thing. Support for specific devices in ACR is the specific version. There is no super-secret updtae for CS5 that would happen. You must upgrade to CS6 or creative cloud. Otherwise, you pay for the free DNG Converter.

  I have the latest version of the LR4.  Photos downloaded from player card and two different cards present a picture gray with note "Preview not available".  I believe that this issue came with the Nikon D800.  I have to wait for adobe update for Nikon d600 until I can use my new cool device?

  Hello.. video camera on my laptop is not detected by the window... I am currently using window 8.SONY VAIO... INTEL CORE i3 processor... Model number is ' SVE1512J6EB.  In Device Manager thr is no imaging device driver or video driver... I tried everything, but does not work. I downloaded the new window factory reset... but the problem is always the same. Please help me to solve the problem... video camera is inbuild in my laptop... and I've used it before without any problem... thx.

  Thank you for your update on the issue.

  In this case, the support can be extended on the forum if the product is discontinued. If you have the raw executable driver for the operating system file previous version installed (Windows 7), then you can install this driver in compatibility mode in Windows 8/8.1. Refer to the following steps to do:

  1. Right-click on the downloaded driver file.
  2. ClickProperties , and then select the compatibility tab.
  3. Check enable the option run this program in compatibility mode for: , and then select Windows 7 in the menu dropdown.
  4. Click OK and install the driver.

  It has been my experience that I am unable to view RAW images shot by my new Nikon D800 with ACR 6.7, or Photoshop CS 6 beta installed, which includes an ACR plugin 7. It is true, if I am shooting in Live View mode or not.

  I spoke to a Support technique Nikon.  Apparently, Nikon Transfer as a standalone application is old and obsolete. The transfer function is now included in Nikon View NX 2. They had me uninstall Nikon Transfer and use the transfer function in View NX2. Allows you to to avoid the numbering system you're used to, Jim, Nikon Transfer, it's just that it is now contained in Nikon View NX 2, latest version 2.3.1. My ships are now visible in all software, be it Photoshop, Capture One, etc. My issues are all now resolved.   That is right. The D800 Nikon NEF RAW requires ACR 6.7 or higher and you must be at least CS5 to use ACR 6.7.  You must download convert DNG 8.6 and create DNG files for NEF files using CS4. Camera Raw plugin | Compatible cameras

  The 610 is not supported for attachment in 5.3RC - 'New camera Support' means not attach supported, this means that Lr will convert your files.

  I had the same problem and all initially thought I had demoted again. Did not that but used the card reader in my iMac to download my photos. It doesn't work, so no problems for me! Maybe you can try this too.

  KSPROXY. AX is associated with some programs that is installed on your computer. To perform a clean boot, follow the steps described in this document . This process will allow you to start without some programs that run to isolate the program that is causing the problem.

  Once you have found the program, if possible, uninstall and reinstall.

  Hi, since the upgrade to El Captain, 10.11 don't LR 5 my Nikon D700 any more by attaching. And it used to work fine. I always use it for photoshoot with the location of the customer.
