[Consolidation-locked] Lightroom 3 Nikon D600 raw support update

When will be available the new raw to Lightroom 3 converter that is compatible with the Nikon D600?

Title of the message was edited by: Brett N

The D600 supports the 4.2 version of Lightroom that came out this morning. LR 3 will never support the D600 directly, but you can use the D600 files in LR 3 by converting the files to DNG using the free DNG Converter.

I need to know how to process my raw files of my DSLR Nikon D 600 to 3.6 of Lightroom and Photoshop 4?

Title of the message was edited by: Brett N

Support for the D600 has been added in Lightroom 4.2.

Updates are published is no longer for Lightroom 3. The last update, 3.6, did not support the D600, so you cannot open this natively camera raw files.

You can use the DNG Converter to change your NEF files to DNG files open source open in any version of Lightroom, including 3.

  • [Consolidation-locked] Lightroom 4.1 Performance

Hello that my copy of lightroom 4.1 is so slow in the develop module when switching between raw files, the logo "loading" guard spinning for a long time before I can edit the file, and the same thing happens when I click on the image to zoom in, takes forever to the to do.

    I run windows 7 64 bit

    16 core 2.4 GB Xeon

    32 GB of ram

the operating system and the raw files are two separate sata SSDS 6

theres is no way, that it should be so slow to spend just the raw files or zoom?

Even in mode Magnifier when you click on a file to zoom it takes forever.

Photoshop cs6 camera raw shows no performance issues, when the same raw in photoshop by zooming in the import image is immediately instead of the number of many seconds in lightroom.

I tried the suggestion of optimization by adobe, setting cache camera raw more than 10 GB, optimize the catalog etc... but nothing changes. (http://helpx.adobe.com/lightroom/kb/optimize-performance-lightroom.html)

If you have any suggestions, I'm very interested, because at the moment, it's very frustrating to use the software

Fortunately, I was able to upgrade on a laptop (Windows 7 64-bit), but the screen is not optimal (my XP desktop is much better).

You provide the product for Windows XP to recompile?

  • 4.4 Lightroom; Camera Raw 7.4 and Photoshop CS6 13.0.6. Not compatible with Nikon D810 raw files

I work with Lightroom 4.4; Camera Raw 7.4 and Photoshop CS6 13.0.6. Last month I bought a new camera Nikon D810, when trying to open files with this software I'm told that the files are not compatible with this version. I have updated their until I could, but still I can not work with my new file format. What is the solution?

You must update your version of Lightroom to 5.6 or newer to support the native file of the NAVE of the Nikon D810. Take a look at this page for more information on when a particular camera support has been added to Lightroom and Adobe Camera Raw: supported by Adobe Camera Raw devices
