My PC keeps constant repetitive USB noise. Connections are solid. Tried rebooting, antispyware, windows essentials tools. Don't know what is causing noise.

Hello

·         Were there recent changes made on the computer before the show?

First of all, I suggest you to remove a connected USB and check which device is causing the problem. Follow these methods and check if that helps.

Method 1:

You can check in Device Manager if there are unknown devices that are not getting detected.

To open the device manager follow the link below.

Open the Device Manager

  • Of Lexicon alpha and Yamaha MG 124 CX CONSOLE question usb sound card

O.K. Finally, I went and bought the card its lexicon alpha. Unfortunately, I could properly coincide playback and monitoring of parameters to record with my program with ASIO CS6. Please notify.

Alas, the Soundblaster Z is also one card of two channels, for the game.

If you want true multitracking, none of the gear you have currently not more than two channels at once.  Your Blender is two tracks, the lexicon is two-way entry/exit and the Soundblaster is two-way entry/exit (to lower the quality that the Lexicom btw... don't believe a word of their hyperbole "spec" which is always full of technical shortcomings.

If you want to record more than two channels at once, for example, a full battery, you need a multichannel interface.  There are many of them, usually at high enough prices.  The effect of cost more than that I know is on 1800 Tascam us.  Last I heard there were a few things going on this device because Tascam are gradually replaced by a new unit, but I know a lot of people still very happy with the original model (and others tear them while they are cheap).  The Tascam allows you to use up to 8 microphones at the same time, not involving not of your mixer at all - or, if you wanted the effects, for example, you could do two Tascam entries be the output of the mixer.

Of course, the other way is to simply save tracks one or two at a time until you have everything and then later mix.  In this way, you can use the existing orders.

  • HP Pavilion p046na-15 sound level playback

    Hello

I recently bought a laptop HP Pavilion 15 with AMD/Realtek HD audio hardware and Beats Audio.

Windows 8.1operating system.  It is brand new out of the box with no update done.

When I play mp3 via Windows Media Player music, the volume is is boosted during quiet parts.  It is particularly visible on the slopes that fade out, noise becomes gradually higher as the song fades, as it tries to maintain a constant volume of reading.  This creates a lot of background noise on vinyl recorded music, for example.

I checked it is not recording, by transferring the same MP3 to another device and it play - the song reads exactly as not registered, no problem.

I can't find all the options in the audio (or audio beats) that could control this behavior.  Is there an equalizer somewhere in the system?

p.s. it the same has even with Beats Audio disabled.

PPS it has the same thing with the internal speakers, headphones and external speakers.

Well, who did not help a lot.  A crossed the same script I've had in this forum and still no solution.

I see that this is not a new problem, seems that a lot of people have complained on various forums that options such as volume on Realtek systems compensation is turned on, but can not be disabled via the audio Manager or Device Manager.  If HP has information on this issue, it would have saved me a lot of time looking for an answer that is simply not there.

In the meantime I found myself 2 solutons:

    1. buy an external USB sound card, which, in my opinion works actually better than the internal hardware of Realtek.

    OR

    2. use the "Rollback Driver" option in the Realtek HD Audio Manager settings in Device Manager.  This uninstalls drivers AMD/Realkek and restores the Microsoft drivers by default, which allows you to change the volume trim setting (as you would expect a quality driver for sure).  This also has the effect of off the Beats Audio feature, but to be honest, it's no great loss.

I am disappointed that HP support seemed unaware of this problem, or were not willing to own up to it pulically.  Given this market HP Beats Audio and the main features of the Pavilion notebooks range, looks like that this problem would be a high priority.

  • Pavilion office 510-a010 can't get 5.1 sound if HP spec says that it is included

The HP Web site argues that the 510-a010 audio to 5.1 channels.  I have a logitech z506 system correctly connected to the 3 terminals in the rear panel.  All I can get is stereo.  I think I need to reconfigure the rear panel Sockets, but don't know how.

Have tried several drivers - current version is 6.0.1.7673, but all the drivers on the HP site with the same problem.

    Any ideas?  Thank you

The following comes from the HP technical page for this model.

    Audio codec: ALC3863-CG
HD (Azalia) 5.1 audio channels supported
Detecting presence of audio input jack

Time for me to move.  I bought a 5.1 external usb sound card.  I won't pursue this any longer.  Thanks for your help.

  • HP Envy 15 j140na: suspected of sound card - no way to diagnose failure?

I suspect a sound card that has failed on my HP Envy 15, I'm getting no audio through speakers or headphones. 10 Windows and Ubuntu, I have no sound card/no audio device detected. Is it possible to run hardware diagnostics on my laptop to confirm that it is a hardware problem, or is it a software problem?

It is soldered to the motherboard, so if the connection is doubtful it will mean a new motherboard for sound. You can use a usb sound card dongle and headset is the only solution.

  • M30 / sound card

    Hello

to work with weatherfax software, I have to connect the radio receiver with the input line-in of the sound card. The microphone does not work in this case. Map of its Satellite M30 has unfortunately no line device. Is it possible to set up the input to emulate a line-in using micro software settings? Or there are hardware solutions?

    Who can help?

    Thank you.

    Best regards

    Hello

Rudi is right. The best solution is external USB sound card. Check this one please http://www.djstore.co.uk/cgi-bin/item.pl?item=audmaya44usb. On this one, there are 4 output channels (RCA Sockets) and 4 input channels (RCA Sockets) as well as outputs optical. Headphone Jack is also included to complete this fully functional portable audio solution.

  • Disturb the sound HDD on Satellite L655-175

    Hello

    I have a question.
Of my Satellite L655-175, I hear a kind of a constant high frequency sound and I think it's maybe normal (the rotations of the hard drive 'the engine') the problem is that sound is disturbing me.
I'm not in costume again with her.

    So my question is:
Is there a method to reduce or eliminate this noise?

As much as I know there no way to control the HARD disk and reduce noise. On the virtual path that is not easy to discuss these issues but the only thing to do is the HARD drive cover and check if the HARD disk is in the right position and don t make a few vibrations.
That s all you can do.

Otherwise, contact the nearest Toshiba service provider and ask for help. They can put your laptop on the desk, hear the noise and say, is that it is normal or not.

  • Satellite A500D-10F - audio USB is cracking/nervous during playback

    Hello!

I am having some problems with my USB Audio on my Toshiba A500D-10F.
The sound is cracking/nervous during playback of the sounds all. Even the sound system when the computer is idle.

I tried two devices USB (Creative Arena USB Headset and Sandberg USB Sound box 7.1) audio, both with the same crackling sound, working fine on two other laptops.
It's not feedback, it is only when his cheek that I hear the crackling.
When no sound is played, the speakers are quiet.

The Conclusion is that there is a common fault audio trough my USB ports.
Mouse, disk hard etc works fine on USB ports.

Works sound pit that my sound card integrated works very well, but there no available analog 5.1 output, so I need an external audio device to get 5.1 analog audio output. I now use the Sandberg USB Soundbox 7.1 to achieve this.

    I tried the following:

Install the latest drivers for the USB box
Tried to use generic drivers provided by windows.
    Reinstalled Windows (twice)

Tried all of the different usb ports
Tried without that no other usb devices connected
    Adjust the flow of output
    Disabling the integrated sound card
Disabled all other devices, including sound recording devices

I have the latest BIOS update (1.20)

    I have a laptop Toshiba A500D-10F
Owner of 2.3 GHz Dual core
    4 GB of ram
Card VGA of Radeon HD 4600 series

Windows 7 Home Premium 32 bit
All USB ports are USB 2.0 compatible.

Could you please help me solve this problem? I did some research and think that he might have
something to do with IRQ sharing, although I can find no good explanations as to how I would go about to fix.
