Constant update to Photoshop CC 13.1.2 problems

13.1.2 for cloud creative Photoshop

Failed installation. Error code: U44M1P7

I have CS6 CC, 64-bit

Under the Help/About in Photoshop, the version given is 13.0.1

I could NOT manually update 13.0.2

I uninstalled Photoshop CS 6 - I bought through my creative cloud contract.

I went in the same circle SEVERAL times.

I have read the forums and that you have read the same answers and answers SEVERAL times.

Adobe Bridge is version 5.0.2.4 x 64. Camera RAW is version 8.1

Give me indications SPECIFIC on the resolution of this issue of update, or explain why I - and many others - cannot be updated.

I also used the tool cleaner the Creative Suite of Adobe, but to no avail.

ALSO, I downloaded manually from Photoshop_CS6_13_0_1_2_upd and ran AdobePatchInstaller.exe, but everything that is open the request handler and recycle me through the same process that fails every time.

Thank you.

I had the same problem. After screwing for half a day uninstalling, reading log files, resettlement and others, I found this link which solved the problem. (Credit for the fix goes to: DJEssex!)

It seems the 13.0.1.2 update is the problem.

Here is a summary of the correction:

(1) uninstall Photoshop (no need to uninstall anything else in CS6)

(2) restart your computer (just to make sure that nothing is hanging out in memory)

(3) install Photoshop and immediately stop the creative Cloud application

(4) run photoshop

5) go to HELP > UPDATES

(6) to EXPAND the Group of the update and UNselect the 13.0.1.2 update

Update apply the 13.1.2 7)

It worked for me.

Good luck!!
