  Finally worked it out.

  I uninstalled Photoshop CC and all versions of Visual Studio that were on my computer, there was multipuls, then installed Visual Studio 2015 updated and reinstalled Photoshop CC.

  Bingo, PS CC began as a dream.

  No, not normal. You must be able to see the viewfinder to control what you draw. It is fine on my MacBook of retina with the same upgrade.

  When I open the Photoshop Elements program, I get the same information every time update. I tried the install now and install on the output. I gave permission to make my computer accept updates.  Updates are displayed in complete form everytime and I rebooted the computer, but yet I still get the same updates when you open the program.  Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

  In order to retrieve the version of Photoshop CC 2015 you must install separately from the Creative Cloud Desktop app.

  Open the creative application Cloud > go to section App > install Photoshop CC 2015.

  • You must uninstall Photoshop
  • Install the Base Version 2015.0.0
  • Then install the previous version of patch Photoshop maintaining direct download
