Continue to be crash report

Hello

Since the last version of creative cloud (I think it was about 4 or 5 days, Nov. 25 or 26), I get a Crash report that the creative cloud suddenly stopped running.  It happens right after that my iMac started and is ready to go.  Usually, about 30 seconds after everything has been loaded and the computer is ready to go.  After the second time it happened I downloaded the Creative Cloud program and re-installed.  Still get the same Crash report.  So, after I sent the accident report, I begin the creative cloud and it works very well.  I have the photographers of the creative cloud Version, so I don't have Lightroom and Photoshop.

Of course, I'd like to get this resolved.  Any ideas?

Dennis

Another thing to try, means the error still occur if the option in the general section of the preferences app creative cloud to 'Launch during the connection' is checked?

My understanding is that can also help in the same case and serve as a workaround. I also heard that our engineering team is aware of this problem and to deal with a future update of the plans.

Best,

-Dave

I feel a strange behaviour of my Mac. For about five days, every time that I turned it 'ON', it would break a few seconds after the connection and it would create a crash report, ask for permission to send it to Apple (I always sent him), and the iMAC will continue to work until I stopped him. The next day, he would do the same thing.

Here is an example of crash report:

I have disconnected the optical mouse and reconnects the Apple one, removed the superdrive and other non apple, with the exception of my HP printer USB devices. It is not yet...

    1. What is the best way to solve this kind of problem?

    2. What is the process to open a problem with the Apple Support, and is it necessary to pay Apple to investigate it?

3 personal is that Apple answer questions here in this support group?

    4. is there an Apple's Support site, where they answer support questions that visitors can search for answers?

    Thanks for your advice.

  • Everytime I open Firefox 29.0.1 I get the screen crash report why

Everytime I open Firefox 29.0.1 I Get the screen crash report I want to restore the tabs, as far as I know that Firefox crashed. This started after I upgraded to Ver 29.0.1

Rather than do a uninstall complete, you can try this:

    Create a new Firefox profile

A new profile will be your plugins installed by system (for example, Flash) and extensions (e.g., security suite toolbars), but no themes, other extensions or other customizations. It should also have databases of completely fresh settings and cool a cache folder.

Out of Firefox and start in the profile using Start Manager > Search box (or run):

    firefox.exe -P

Any time want to switch profiles, exit Firefox and return to this dialog box.

Click on the button create a profile. I recommend using the default location suggested, in other words, do not click the button to choose a different folder. Then launch Firefox in the new profile that you have created.

If you browse around, exit, reboot, etc, the problem continues?

When you return to the Profile Manager to return to your normal profile, you might be tempted to use the button to delete the profile. It's a little too easy to accidentally delete your 'real' profile, so I recommend you to resist the temptation. If you don't want to clean up later, I suggest to make a backup of all your profiles first in case something go wrong.

P.S. I was able to find an immediate temporary fix yesterday by browsing through another forum where one of the mods had a fix. He said that the issue had something to do with DEP.

Here is his discussion with another Member:

    ===========================================================

In General, when an accident of app, or crashes, a record is made in the event viewer. (type eventvwr in the search) go into windows journal > application tab.

You are looking for critical errors (they have red in the left hand column)

Look for the application, the app blocking crash or anything related to the problem

When you find them write down the Event ID and source code and tell us what they are. I have a sneaking suspicion it will be event ID 1000 source 100.

Let us know if you need help

Hey guys, I'm so glad I saw this thread I have problems very similar to POS.

Basically, I just recently implemented a new system and installed Windows 7 above. This is where my first errors have occurred, getting an error of installation on the first try to install Win7. I had a look around the web trying to solve this and got through the installation of the second time around.

However, after having the computer for a week now he acted strange throughout various errors and a blue screen appears from time to time.

I get blue screens, IExplorer, COM Surrogate and Explorer Windows Defender-a stopped working, even my sfc/scannow was interrupted due to the error... This is my first experience with this type of problem and I haven't really found someone with a clue on this subject yet.

Until I read your reply, zigzag3143. I had a look at my eventviewer out of curiousity and it just so happens that it is full of Error Event ID 1000, Source code 100, with Source stated as Application and my Avira Antivir Personal antivirus software. It should be noted that prior to Avira I had Avast antivirus installed, so I don't suspect the usual antivirus issue.

Yes, zigzag3143, what exactly is this event 1000 code Source 100 all about? It would be so nice for a change, to get this resolved from the first post on the web, you know? Haha, anyway, I cross my fingers that you can crush it for me.

    Thanks.

I beg of you. I thought it was that but wouldn't you jinx. OK Event ID 1000, 100 source is often caused by a built-in virus protection app called adj. Dep, or DEP data, prevent applications (read virus) to launch in 'protected memory space. It is almost not necessary but that's another story.

He find. It is located in your system control panel > advanced system settings > Advanced Options > performance settings > DEP

-Default is MS apps only (I think) what ever he is set to change. If that does not cure the problem, you can even turn it off. There is a turorial here on this. http://www.Vistax64.com/tutorials/12...ble.html?LTR=D

Let us know if she continues

    ===========================================================

LONG STORY SHORT... I just did what he said and follow this link to
Learn how to turn off my DEP for a quick trouble so if someone reads this and is a problem, it can work for them, as well.

Your information help me with a permanent fix because I have activated DEP before I restarted and now everything is back to normal

    Thanks again!

  • 10.1 Firefox crash reporter will not go away? Suggestions?

Update (Vista) system would not start so restore earlier that day... now Firefox does not start and Crash Reporter will not go away. I can not download a new version by extracting what continues to ask on behalf of the administration and I have nothing set up... suggestions?

Using the system restore can cause your installation of Firefox get corrupted because not all files are restored, so be careful to do a system restore.

You will need to reinstall Firefox and delete the folder of the program Firefox (c:\Program FilesMozilla Firefox) before reinstalling a freshly downloaded version of Firefox.

Download a new copy of Firefox and save the file to the desktop.

Uninstall your current version of Firefox, if possible.

    • Do NOT remove the data of a personal nature when you uninstall the current version or you lose your bookmarks and other data, because all profile files will be deleted.

Delete the program folder Firefox before installing newly downloaded copy of the Firefox installer.

Your bookmarks and other profile data stored in the Firefox profile folder and will not be affected by a relocation, but make sure that you do not select delete data of a personal nature if you uninstall Firefox.

  • Why firefox doesn't answer after that I submit my crash report?

When I open Mozilla, Mozilla's Crash report screen comes up. After I sent the report, another Mozilla Crash report screen appears asking to send another report. I have dk what crash ID is. When I go to the summary report, it is incredibly long.

    User Agent

Mozilla/4.0 (compatible; MSIE 7.0; Windows NT 5.1; Trident/4.0; .NET CLR 1.0.3705; .NET CLR 1.1.4322 .NET CLR 2.0.50727;. PC Media Center 4.0; .NET CLR 3.0.4506.2152; .NET CLR 3.5.30729;. yie8)

Hmm, this is her nasty. We will see if we cannot solve it.

I would need a few details to help better, if the solutions below does not work. I need to know what options are selected in the reporter on the accident, and one of the crushing of the reports will also be very useful - don't you worry that it's long, useful data on why this happens can probably be found somewhere in there. See the Mozilla Crash Reporter article on how to find reports, "Reports outside Firefox display" section points to where you can find the reports.

But first, lets see if we can not get Firefox started without crashing - here is a link explaining how to start Firefox in Firefox to solve the issues in Safe Mode. Make sure that no instance of Firefox is running before you start Firefox Safe Mode - you can check this by pressing Ctrl + Alt + Delete to bring up the Task Manager, and under processes tab verify that there are no firefox.exe in the list. If there is, highlight it with the mouse and kill the process. Then start Firefox in Mode safe of Firefox as explained in this article.

For a first try, just to click on the button 'Continue in Mode safe' and see if Firefox starts.

If this brings Firefox to life, it is probably an extension, a theme (or a combination) causing accidents. Close Firefox and restart in Safe Mode and this time mark "Disable all add-ons" and click the make changes and restart"" button. This will disable all add-ons (extensions, themes and plugins) and restart Firefox in normal mode. If it starts, you can start allowing your modules one by one to find the cause of the accident.
When you have found the culprit add-on, you can again start Mode without failure of Firefox and disable all add-ons and then start Firefox in normal mode, uninstall the fisherman and reactivate all your other addons.

Please post back here on the problematic add-on information (and all the details, you can find about it), so it can be studied further.

Let me know how the above work, and if I can be of further assistance. Detailed feedback is appreciated and helps us help more users with similar problems.

    ACCIDENT REPORT

    Product: Adobe Photoshop CC

    The application that is running:

    Apple iMac 3.5 GHz end 2013 / Mavericks 10.9.2

Application crashes without warning.  Symptom: Drop-down boxes go blank white (I did screenshots of drop white drop-down) and the application stops working, actions for appox. 10 minutes before the accident are lost. Force Quit to exit the application unresponsive / frozen, then restart Adobe Photoshop cc

Accident frequency: three times in this day's work, 5.6.14 once a day sporadically (about 10 times) in the past two weeks.

Other applications running at the time of the accident: Adobe Bridge - NOT done.  Computer was online with any open browsers.

The computer case continues to operate normally.

I used Adobe Photoshop CC for about two months.

First of all, go download and install the WhiteWindowsWorkaround plugin to work around the bugs not fixed in MacOS 10.9 OS.   Menus, shortcuts, Lasso tool, or Photoshop constantly run when using a Wacom tablet. Mac OS

Then, you should probably disable OpenCL in Photoshop GPU preferences until Apple fixes the drivers.

And a crash without a real incident report report (a word long and detailed document available in the crash report dialog box), isn't all that useful.

  • Version 50.0.2 stuck in crash reporter loop

I can only open Firefox using Windows safe. Corporate network with Triton AP-end point by Websense. Windows 7 Ultimate - 64-bit continues to go to Crash Reporter when I try to open the program. Nothing in this support forum has worked to clear the issue. Cannot start Firefox Safe mode.

I found a solution to the problem. I'm using Firefox version 45 support extended to Mozilla and responsible service. This version works well with the version of Websense that is loaded on all computers in the company.

Just wait that Mozilla is working on a fix with Websense.

    Problem solved.

Hi, looking at the report, it seems that this may be caused by external software on the computer. go to control panel of your system and remove any software marked 'Freecorder"or similar, or by the Publisher"Applian Technologies"or any other toolbars.

  • Firefox crashes on startup - going straight to the Crash Reporter

Firefox started crashing on startup today ' hui - goes directly to the Crash Reporter. Does not correctly send the accident report. Firefox in safe mode does not help. Tried to uninstall followed by clean install, no change. Tried to clean the installation of an earlier version 41, 0 - no change.

Just before what happened got an opinion on Norton Toolbar, and I chose not to activate it.

Have also tried to turn Norton turned off before reinstalling - no change. Also said Norton to ignore xul.dll, which sometimes he puts in quarantine during updates (detection of false suspects cloud 9).

The later saved report of June so probably isn't relevant. Here's what the Crash report attempts to send:

Hmm, Yes, incident reports are old now.

As long as I can guess, I note something that is coming a lot lately: If you use Norton Security software, it seems to be a serious boot problem crash if you also have a program called Freecorder from Applian Technologies. If you find Freecorder in your Start menu > all programs or in your control panel, uninstall a program, and it is not crucial to keep it, please try to delete it. You have to maybe stop and restart Windows to make sure that it is completely disabled.

  • Firefox crashes repeatedly with crash reporter. Reinstall is not good - same problem

Cannot add troubleshooting information because the inx file seem linked to Firefox and it does not work.

FF does not start in safe mode - same problem.

After getting this repeatedly, I uninstalled FireFox and downloaded (using IE) a current clean version of FireFox for your Web site. I have the same problem. I use Norton as my security suite. I also ran Malwarebyte s and the Norton Power Eraser. Still have the problem. Help!
