  Hello, I'm looking for some advice which would be better suited for 8 and 16 second animation ads Board digital wall?  I need to combine video or animated backgrounds with content grpahics, photos, video and custom text and animate these objects and power so create smooth transitions.  I feel like Animate would be preferable but perhaps primers or after effects would work or be better?  O perhaps r should I use all 3!  But above all what I am looking for the easiest way and fastest of these ads on the pump and that balance with control.  The final output should be a 1280 px h x 800 px s (not in standard size video HD 1280 x 720?)  and a MP4 or Quicktime video.

  Thanks for your help anyone who can give me some insight or advice.

  With After Effects, I can import a PSD and manipulate any layer of gazillion ways. Or implement videos and layer those into the mix. It can be overwhelming at first, but once you understand the basics of the sky is the limit. I could watch tutorials AE starting on YouTube and see if it feels right for you.

  I used to be more experienced in Flash (now animate) but no more and only touched on board.

  I have an end-08, 24 "iMac with a bad logic board. I have since bought an end - 15, 27 ", 5K and was able to move everything via a Time Machine backup (thank God for that!). I'm getting rid of the 24 "but whatever way I do I first have to wipe it and the logic board bad converts this problem.

  Although I'm not quite sure what the logic board, symptoms and a local Mac store confirmed that it's the highest probability. It will start and sometimes there and the past, the login screen, but the screen is always 'glitch', vertical lines appear and it freezes before it gets never entirely recorded in. Is that what I can do to wipe disk data without disassembling the whole and the withdrawal / degaussing HD?

  Use the target disk Mode. Connect the Mac with a firewire port, love at first sight or a cable Ethernet follow the steps here, except that you use the disc mode target to make the hard drive on your act of target as a connected drive. Then use disk to erase utility.

  It must be karma. (Try really bad karma because I couldn't post this question in my original)

  I must have been a Really bad guy in a previous life...  It's not like I'm bad in this one...

  So... what I want to do this time around?  Something that I thought would be easy... Well... it's a long story...  I had a simple solution, but the client wants something else.  -sigh-

  Here is what they want...  They want a control that allows for multiple selections to a control of the ring (or a control that allows a drop down selection menu).  Bites are filled at run time because it is based on 10 000 other precedents of things this particular choice.  So it must be dynamic.

  The snippet of code & images below show what I'm doing a little...

  The bottom image shows on the right bites which is filled in the control of the ring.  Since the number of items / items changes, I didn't have a bunch of controls stacked on another.  In addition, I have to deal with an unknown quantity of selections.

  Does anyone have a solution that can be recommended?  If so, can you share the solution / idea?

  It uses a table hint and individual controls that are moved on top of the table and populated as needed.  This approach might work for you?  You would need a two-column table and only control ring, which you would fill properly whenever the currently active cell changes.

• Photoshop CC: Layer behavior merging with Assembly Animations (Bug?)

  We work a lot with the chronology of Photoshop in our society. After upgrading Photoshop CC, we met a different behavior with CS6.

  Picture of a file with an animation of script consisting for example of 8 frames, with 8 layers, each layer visibility, exposed on a single image (Layer 1 presentation in frame 1, layer 2 presentations in box 2, etc.) and all the other non-visible layer.

  In Photoshop CS6, if I create a new layer for example in box 4 of my calendar above layer 4 (which is the layer that is visible only in this context) and he merged down on layer 4 (by selecting it and pressing the shortcut CTRL + E), the resulting layer inherited all the exposure of layer settings 4 , but contained visual content merged layer 4 and previously new layer above it. This is what I want.

  Now in Photoshop CC, when you perform the same action, the layers are merged and kept the name of layer 4, however the visibility of the Pavilion is not inherited properly. The layer resulting is exposed (visible) on all the images in the scenario, while it actually should only be exposed in frame 4.

  Also note that the timeline "New layers visible in images" option is disabled. So even if treated Photoshop layer merged as a new layer real, it should not expose its visibility in all the other frames.

  The only solution I have found so far is to "unify the visibility of the layer", hiding the layer, then disabling "unify the visibility of the layer" again. It is annoying however and the brand-new behavior seems to be a bug for me. Do developers comment on that? Thank you.

• Why can't you have variable conditionalized on template and control them with expressions?

  I have a chapter that is shared between two guides with different titles. On master pages, I inserted the variables for the two titles of books and conditionalized of each variable.

  When I go to the pages of the body, both titles appear in footers. When I apply expressions to control what as I want to appear, they both disappear. The only way of making return must show all.

  Note that the expressions work perfectly with conditional text on the pages of body. Apparenlty that they do not work on master pages. This seems to be a bug, no?

  I withdraw this question: you can have variable conditionalized on master pages and control them with expressions, provided your expressions do not confuse FM. For example, in the chapter, I have this expression:

  "NotInHelp" ANDNOT "hidden" ANDNOT "SalesPM" ANDNOT "HelpOnly" ANDNOT "Report_Caching."

  The first tag condition, NotInHelp, to which we are asking FM to show (the others hid), is the cause of all hide conditionalilzed, even if it worked properly when we tested it in an individual file.

  Remove "NotInHelpAND" solved the problem. Learned something about expressions today. fun!

• Device control series with i/o board?

  I have serial (RS232), I want to control a device with Labview.  It works fine when connected directly to the serial port of a computer, but I want to control it on a computer that does not have a serial port.  This second computer has a CB-68LPR i/o board connected to it well.  I wonder if I can hard wire some pins of standard for the jury of LabVIEW.  If this is possible, what pins would need to wire, beyond basic transmission lines?

  The CB-68LPR is not a DAQ card - it's just a dumb block of endings.

  Even if you have a real DAQ card that is connected to the terminal block, it would be extremely difficult to try to imitate the precise moment you need. It could not be done without time e/s digital material. This question was asked repeatedly. The cost of a USB-RS232 is so little that it is simply not worth the time to try again

• Get all reference - modified controls: problem with LV2009 (and not LV8.6.1)

  I modified reference.vi get all the controls (http://zone.ni.com/devzone/cda/epd/p/id/2902) and it works very well in LV8.6.1.  With LV2009, I get the class conflicts of wire (for references).

  I agree with you,

  I made the changes as soon as this morning.  I just need the reference of the tab control itself (I don't need references from pages). I used 'generic' instead of 'control' and I catalogued to a more specific class (control) in step 5 in the block diagram.
