  You don't need to spend all this time!

  Simply start at the lock screen, find the camera icon in the lower right and it slide up.  No release is needed!

  My new camera is the Panasonic DMC ZS70 and I use the latest version of Yosemite on my iMac.

  I just got a MacBook A1181 and as a new Mac user, I have a few questions.

  The latest version of Yosemite was 10.10.5. If you download the installer of your purchases tab, it will be a full installer for 10.10.5.

  If you have an earlier version of Yosemite, use the software update feature, or download the installer to update drop-down list in the support area of the Apple web site. Drop means that it includes all interim updates.

  If you try to get El Capitan, this isn't an update it's an upgrade. You download the program installer using the app from the App Store. The current version will install 10.11.3, the latest version.

• How can I remotely control the music on the 4th generation Apple TV

  On the 3rd generation Apple TV, I could use the app Remote for artist, Albums, songs and playlists which was to play directly from the Apple TV remote. This allowed me to sit on the deck and set or change my playlist remotely while my Apple TV played on and on. I couldn't count on Airplay from my iPhone to the Apple TV because of being at the edge of my wireless connection. So I used the application to load a playlist on the Apple TV, which was always in range and connected to my stereo.

  With the 4th generation, I can't find an option to load remote a playlist, artist, album, or song. I can only handle what has been loaded using the physical remote control and a TV screen that beats my goal. I bought the 4th generation, because the 3rd generation could not access my subscription of Apple's music while the 4th generation can.

  To make precise camera moves, on the set, I put the camera on a Dolly, move the carriage and change the way the camera points.   This is a really nice refurb. computer on which I just bought and represents a HUGE upgrade from my dying MacBook 10 year. It was time!  The MBP came with the Mavericks installed and I was going to go all the way to El Capitan, but reading some of the glowing alternation, dismal studied so that OS stopped me in my tracks!  And I know that once I have 'get rid of the Mavericks' it's about gone (unless I do a backup Time Machine now) so I read reviews that Mavericks is stable enough, but here again... it's three years! And specifically, I bought this computer so that I could use all the latest bells and whistles of the latest version of the software (which hopefully is also best w / my iPhone 5 s).  I have also reviewed the upgrade just for Yosemite (which I checked, I can always download from Apple's site). I need to get this recent computer up and running as soon as possible and do not have the time to * round experience with different operating systems.  Thus, any orientation/opinions/expertise on this topic would be greatly welcomed!

  Also, I used to transfer data from an old computer to a new one using target disk Mode and then reinstalled the software was necessary, but I recently read the subject to make a clone of my old HDD and it would be a much easier way to transfer my data.  The thing is, my old MacBook is under Snow Leopard, so... I think that cloning would actually work in this case?  Thanks in advance for any help!

  (4) several other threads suggested to reset NVRAM and SMC memory, even if they do not seem to be associated with the prob. who - without success here tried either

  Any advice to determine whether it is hardware or software?  Still dig while you wait for a response.

I tried to find the drivers, but it does not exist. My computer won't recognize it as a great so I can't even use it as a webcam for Skype, or...

  I can only access it as a hard drive for images and videos out of it...
  This should be easy to do... but it seems that it has not been properly thought...

  I was visiting Opinion Outpost today when I got several popup messages on their system in vain trying to activate my webcam remotely.  I keep a post-it on my webcam, of course, but am worried now that this company may have installed access the camera remotely on my computer. Does anyone know what I would look for, and where, on my computer? Is there a software specially designed to search for the webcam hacks distance?

  Opinion Outpost seems to be a legitimate business who works with Harris polls and Nielsen Ratings and other survey on businesses, but this attempt to access my webcam without my permission made me angry enough.

  I guess they tried to use the Flash Player to access your camera. In my view, the default setting in system preferences-> Flash Player-> camera and microphone is to ask yourself if a site wishes to use any of these elements.
