  Yes, iMessage (iOS to iOS device device) requires a data, either WiFi or cellular connection. The fact is Pandora. If you use WiFi, you do not use your cellular data.

• String to number conversion problem

  I have a VI that pulls in data from a device using VISA, and I got it on another computer to work a few weeks back. I had to transfer the VI to a laptop computer to run a few tests, and now I can't make it work. I am unable to put my VI because the laptop on it's is unable to access the network companies, I will do my best to explain it all, I apologize for the inconvenience! My problem is not however with VISA, it's with an exit VISA number conversion chain.

  I have attached a painting drawing of VI to better explain it.

  I use the block series Visa football match in baud rate and all that many good things to the unit and port settings set of device management. Then, a while loop is entered. The loop will run until you press the stop"" button. The next block of visa is the writing block, he asks for a reading of the device. The next block of visa is the first block of reading, he returns playback in the form of "NA-XXX. X' where x are numbers. The next block of visa is the second reading block, this block just echoes back the command sent to the device. Playback of the first visa read block, "NA-XXX. X' is going exponential/fractional chain to digital converter.

  When you perform a run/debug to highlight run, the release of visa reports the correct value, is the value of the device reading - however the string to number converter generates a 0,000, no matter what channel number is. I am at a loss as to what may be wrong because it's the EXACT set up I had to work very well a few weeks ago!

  I'm using Labview 10 on the laptop, the old computer was labview 7. I'm guessing that this is perhaps the rub... I Redid the VI from scratch, although I have not opened the old VI in labview 10.

  Any help would be appreciated. Again, sorry I am unable to attach the VI.

  Would it not have been easier to just post a screenshot? You might also have used the Tool of Capture of Code. (Which reminds me that I need to install it to my previous versions of LabVIEW, as evidenced by the screenshot I took. )

  As to the question: you probably either:

  • employee analysis of chain initially and when you rewrote the VI you used the regular string conversion functions.
  • Wired an offset value in the string to the number function.

  

• Why visa read reads most bytes sent

  I use visa read and write to communicate with the device via RS232. I sent several string commands.i just use serial communication of basic to read and write the commands.my total length of string is about 6626. I also used the size of buffer of about 7000. When I send the string to write Visa, I'll get a number (byte) output 6626 sometimes and sometimes less than that. I also used the property node for the bytes to port I used the number of bytes to read visa. But as number of output here, I get a lot more like over 6670 and sometimes less than 4000and 6620 and sometimes only some and 5000 and some.it doesnot remains constant. How can I solve this problem? why I get more bytes that I sent as exit visa read? and sometimes less? And sometimes more visa write number of output?

• 'Open recent' only shows "clear menu".

  When I pull up on the tab 'Open recent' numbers (and Pages), it shows "Clear Menu" - it does not show my recent files. I thought I fixed this time before. Why it is failing in the Menu 'clear' and how do I change it back so that it gives me my documents recently opened real?

  Hi Ken,

  Possibly a recent update reset the recent open to zero.

  Open system preferences > General > recent items.

  Type a value (say 10)

  Quit System preferences.

  If number is running, save your work, exit and restart numbers.

  Open some documents numbers and open the recent item will begin to list them.

• Comm of ARMS with SPI

  That's what I have created so far.

  1 frame to set it up, I've included the specifications on details of SPI Comm below, directly from the user guide on the device.

  2nd part: drop the pin down to initiate an SPI Communication. (I found this in another answer on the forum)

  3rd part: at the same time reading / and write an 'H' in the = 48 hexadecimal ascii code to the device

  4th image: wait at least 50 microseconds.

  frame 5: read the response of two bytes

  box 6: pin CS Raise at the end of communication

  frame 7: finishing and terminate

  My problem lies in the aspects of communication, I can't do two things communicate with each other.  I'm some need help and face delays, any help will be greatly appreciated.  Regarding the conversion of data to numbers can be used, I can handle but I just need to talk.  Help, please

  

  

  Funny that you should mention the OLED I talked to a couple of application in this stream engineers and I decided to give up the IPS, which I think would be easier and I will rather use UART.  Especially because the OLED and the MicroSD card problem.  So im back to square one, thanks to you two.  I call it solved!

  Refer to TCPIP given simple client.vi using examples of Labview. I try to get data digital display after the type cast but cannot connect to the service. I tried to use unbundle, cannot work.

  I typed the string connection hoping to see some digital data in it, but I see something like '@'.

  I expect a server.vi of simple data conversions, how to display numbers in the display of digital data without going through the waveform table?

  You have typecasted your string in an array of double (or single, I can't tell from the picture of the chart), but try to connect to a scalar indicator.  You must either use a table or Index table indicator for one particular item out of the array to send the digital scalar indicator.

  Regarding your '@', I don't know who.  It all depends on what data the other end of your TCP/IP sends communications.  Put some sensors on the channel, as well as the number coming out casting bytes.

This VI asks the name of resource assigned by measurement & Automation Explorer (MAX) of the 'PXI1Slot3' form as input. I'm not sure whether we can use VISA find resources to detect the PXI instrument. If so, the resource to find string exit VISA is a different format. How can I get the name of resource affected by MAX of this? Any ideas?

• Problems to open attachments and documents online! Help

  I have Windows Vista and Microsoft Office 2007. Recently when I try and open a document online, or a room attached to e-mail, it opens with the CODE? Even if the document is not in WORD, it is the default one and said so do SAVE you or OPEN this file? I even UNINSTALLED MICROSOFT OFFICE 2007 and then REINSTALLED thinking that would help... but no luck! I also ran scans on my account to see if it was a virus... but no threats not found...

  I am at a loss, maybe it's just a simple matter of SETTINGS?

• Someone called saying they were with Windows, is my PC and my files in serious trouble?

  I got a phone call on 20.10.2012 of * address email is removed from the privacy * and they said they were calling on behalf of Windows because they received information from my PC which was not good and my PC was in danger of crashing within 15 minutes when they called.  They did some Setup from my PC.  They did a configuration in which I had to buy a new Windows license home for £146 on.  Me now seems to have this new Microsoft seaport search enhancement to come message broker and also they are connected to the so-called Ammy.  They left on my desk a sort of link called AA_v3.log (something to do with Ammy).  When I click the link it just says something like "error 10053 - 1" etc.  They didn't have access to a lot of my visa card numbers when I paid.  I'm sure?  What should I do if I'm not sure?  They are authentic.  If this is not the case, what can I do about my PC and also to secure my files or stop them having secret access to what I'm doing (espionage)?  Not sure I chose the correct subject.

• Get string of data Variables

  I'm post and retrieve data to an ASP page on a site.

  The data returned using the following function:

  The trace (showing the received data) looks like: score1 = 0.5244005132792953 & score2 =-0.27105341041929653

  How can I get these 2 partitions (score1 and score2), which seem to be part of a string of data, into separate variables that I can then later use as numeric values in frames (round/add/subtract/multiply/divide their)? Is there a way to analyze the 2 variables for use in mathematics from frame later? Would I declare var DataS3 differently or keep it as a string, and then somehow convert the string back to separate the numbers or integers?

  Any help appreciated.

  In general, you use objects, you can run a loop on this. You can also type cast that you do only when you must instead create a variable to use.

  Your example rewritten using a table and casting can be:

  The fundamental point is that you can use the data that you receive directly and unless it is in a feature called very intensively you can just multiple operations at the same time without saving changes out of additional variables.

  You are allowed to Garland and types of melting as you go. For example I have to split the string by one & ampersand into a temporary array, I did it for easier reading. To print your S7 I would have done this one line of code:

  There is no difference between the S7 printing. You assigned a bunch of variables and set up one by one. I sank anonymously their Garland style without attributing all the variables working directly on the data. I just wanted to point the daisy chaining power of ActionScript. You can convert things as you go and condense the code and dynamic variable usage a bit.

  2. as the data is in the form of delimited by tabs, I want to use sql loader concept.
  
  How can I call the ctrl charger sql file with in my pl/sql procedure. When I searched, most forums recommending the external procedure or a Java program.
  
  Please guide me on this issue. My preferrence is pl sql, but don't know the external procedure. If no other way, I'll try Java.

  Or SQL * Loader, or external tables are designed to read data from a CLOB stored in the database. They both work on files stored on the file system. If you don't want the data to be written to a file, you have to roll your own parsing code. It is certainly possible. But it will be much less effective than SQL * Loader or external tables. And it is likely to lead to a little more code.

  The simplest possible thing that might work would be to use something like Tom Kyte string tokenization package to read a line in the CLOB, divide the component parts and save the different chips in a significant collection (i.e. an object type or a record type that matches the table definition). Of course, you need manage things like the conversion of strings to numbers or dates, rejecting the lines, writing to log files, etc.

  Using FrameMaker v.9.0p237, installation of updates as they pop up (is that what I have later?). Runs on Windows XP Professional Version 2002, Service Pack 3. I want to delete the variables that we do more. When I select the name of the variable and click the trash can icon, the first variable is deleted.

  When I select the following variables, the selection moves in several places to the bottom of the list and the variable selected for deletion is still there. Framework

  immediately broke when I tried to delete the variables before I installed the latest update (using Adobe Updater). However, if I continue, framework

  in consequence of accidents. The crash message ("FrameMaker has detected a serious error and must exit") shows the numbers 9004, 6920492, 9676798.

  Also, when I try to change a variable, add/edit Variable dialog box indicates empty fields for the

  Save the changes, but I shouldn't do that. This problem is intermittent - there are times that I can

  modify the variables as expected, especially after an accident...

• VISA: on the conversion of the other date to string

  I met a problem to make the series using VISA communication. When I convert the decimal value of 10 type that matches the CSA Code, there is an error, but another digital conversion is no problem.  Can someone help me?

  I opened it in LV 2011 and back recorded on the original file 8.5 LV since I do LV 8.5 installed.  That the change in size may be the vs file saving code downgrade upgrade function.  But it's still a significant percentage.

• Bulkedit 4.0 build 61 and 'exiting the conversation application' setting

  4.04 the SR1 and Bulkedit 4.0 UNIT bld 61 running. I wanted to change the setting in the Conversation-> by exiting the conversation application to hang up for a group of subscribers to with bulkedit but there is no room under the conversation of change 'by exiting the application conversation' in the Bulkedit tool. Someone knows why?
