• GPS works not!

  I was EXTREMELY frustrated for several days, because my apps on the card do not work.  On Waze, I get a red upper error message telling me to go outside... Well, I'm going out hell and it does not!  Google maps and map apple tell me destination eta, but then NOTHING.  It's as if he's losing.  I did a ton of research online, and it seems that I'm not the only one.  However, I don't see Apple, take corrective action to fix this problem.  At first I thought it was the apps, so I've deleted and reinstalled.  Then, I followed all, I mean ALL the steps recommended to reset the network, tun offshore and on location Services, blah blah blah and blah shit!  NOTHING.  So, this morning, I had a conversation with a representative of Apple and lost an hour of my time... nothing gets resolved.  Then... I then went to my neighbor Genius Bar on Knox Street... I swear to you that I wanted to order a double scotch on the rocks, but no chance lol.  Anyway, long story short... because of diagnosis (NEW)... said nothing wrong with the hardware.  They recommended that I have reset the phone so new... Well, NOTHING.   After two hours of wasted time, my phone has always had the same problem.  They said that I could buy a new phone, but they can't really guarantee that it will fix the problem.  you see, they also had the error messages on their app Waze.  When they launched the plan of Apple, they do not necessarily have an error message, but I do not have to be... It of not until you get out and drive that the error is apparent on the Apple and Google maps.

  Apple, can you please come clean and tell us that it is a REAL problem and that it is not the fruit of my imagination or that of others?  Can you also PLEASE enable your geniuses with knowledge that will help them solve the problem for people like me who are not technically savvy?

  To be honest, I was willing to pay just for a new phone, but I'm angry that I have to resort to that because you cannot find the solution to this question.

  Help, please!  Also, if anyone else has this problem and if fixed can you please let me know what you have done to remedy this?

  I do Imaging NI PCI-1426. I wrote a program that makes the acquisition of the images which works very well. My next requirement is to get the time GPS when the image is captured. I only know that PCI 1426 has two ports to this subject (one is used by the camera).

  I would like to know how I can get the time GPS using a GPS receiver and the second port of avaialable.

  Hi Sandeep,

  You can trigger the acquisition off the Board of 1426 using digital i/o connectors on the card.  You can simply send a high digital logic when an image is acquired to the GPS.  Of course, again, everything depends on what kind of entry your GPS device will accept as a trigger.   If she can accept a digital signal, TTL, you'll be fine.  If this isn't the case, you can deal with a conversion between the office and the GPS device.

  As far as I know, you should not need any special tools to interact with a GPS device boxes.  A GPS Toolbox exists for LabVIEW, but looks like the things you try to do not require it.

  1. call HP Technical Support and report this problem

  2. get a case for your conversation with the representative number immediately

  3. Please find the reception of your laptop, scan a copy of it and send you a copy of it in your Inbox

  4. Please contact the nearest Police station and make a complaint about your laptop is stolen

  5. delivery of the hard copy of the invoice of your laptop the cops

• No chance to collaboration between Verizon and GPS?

  It would seem that the stories about what will come of this problem are everywhere, "be it resolved in 1.4.1.1," (who never became reality) "it will be never fixed and Verizon is to get rid of Palm".  So my question is, should we just start watching the droids for GPS or anything is really going to be done about it?  Y at - it something end of Palm that can be done at all?

  The responses that I receive on the Palm anti-capitalist site on the 'left' or 'right' is just a lot of people think this issue is not important and we should just deal with giving a lower quality phone so that we sold.  Honestly, if that's your attitude, I'll probably have to leave Palm after ten years of dedication.  I was very happy to have the Pre with GPS having satisfied the Windows Treo 750.  This is such a better phone, but new I was looking for may not work properly on Verizon.

  I'm not interested in the workarounds and hacks.  I want to know what Palm/Verizon plans to do.

  Verizon management reminded me today and patched me thanks Ben.  Ben was a brilliant man, who had a brain and does not simply repeat the same old shit.  It would seem, the GPS works do not is known by Verizon and they have authorized their network as causing a problem.  At this time, it is considered to be a software problem and sent to the manufacturer.  He was officially released at Palm on 24 April.  Today has been a month since Palm was handed the issue to address of Verizon.  Now if Palm, VZ Navigator is the problem (they probably have to prove all their stuff works without messing with VZ Nav), and NIM is going to have some problems with Palm and Verizon.  I hope that it is something of the way the Palm software is and we could have something sooner than later.

• How to display a XMP file GPS data?

  I'm in Aperture 3 to Lightroom 3 conversion and I met a problem when the pictures are imported into LR3, they do not show the GPS Latitude and Longitude.

  I write trip review and to see where my photo was taken (in the maps application), and what is digital gps coordinates for each image.

  Search on google - go, I got that via this pic of opening in 'Preview' app.

  But - I have all my pic in Photos app (automatically imported from my iphone to macbook pro Mac OS sierra).

  so, I can export all the photos, I need, in a specific folder and then, from there, open it in the finder and get my info, of course - but looks silly, I think.

  as I already have this pich in Photos - photo can I somehow open directly from Photos Preview app?

  or obtain the gps position open, where this picture is taken in cards programm (not this small window, which is in the Photos, but wide, Maps application) / and obtain the coordinates of the gps directly via the Photos app?

  Use the media browser in preview - in the open window on the left down - media = == > photos == > Photos

  or even more appropriate is to buy external editors for extension of Photos in the App store ($0.99) and you can view the pictures in preview when using the hotos

• My 7 GPS iPhone does not work in any GPS application

  I got my new iPhone 7 last week. Yeaterday was the first day I tried to use Waze to give me directions to an address, but he was constantly telling me that she is looking for the GPS signal.

• GPS number race Nike Run Club with the Apple Watch 2 series

  I have my Apple Watch 2 configuration with the Nike Run Club app.  Repeatedly, I tried to run without my iPhone (6 current execution 10.0.2) and for some reason that GPS doesn't seem to work. While I open a session is running, pace/time is completely off and it isn't GPS data capture because cards do not appear in the app once I connect and send the run. Also, I assume that the GPS does not work because the pace is so far off the coast. It seems to me that it is logging tracks using the accelerometer, which has not yet been resolved as I want to be able to connect the tracks using GPS.  I need help. Has anyone else had the same help as he attempted to use this app?   Have what troubleshooting you tried? Troubleshooting user steps include reboot, reset, restore from backup, restore to factory; tests after each stage.

• GPS apps in the background

  I have an iPhone 6 s upgraded to iOS 10 the day it came out last week and I noticed that applications using GPS are failing in the background when several applications are in use.   I recommend first restart your iPhone. This can solve many unexpected behaviours. Follow the steps below.

  1. Press and hold the sleep/wake button until the Red slider appears.
  2. Drag the slider to turn off your device completely off.
  3. Once the device turns off, press and hold the sleep/wake button again until you see the Apple logo.

  Restart your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch

  If the problem persists, reset your location service. This resets all settings at default location. Apps will be stop using your location until you grant them permission again. Go to settings > general > reset > reset the card and privacy. Here is some additional information on location Services.

• How can I recover photos lost in the conversion of Photos?

  Was > 90 k pictures and nearly 200 albums iPhoto library. Bought a new iMac with El Capitan and convert photo library. After conversion, most of the albums displayed holders place empty, some with title data, but more without. Saved and repair (command option, open Photos). Post a regeneration, it is now only display 8 k photos with about 10 albums. See no reason for what is successful and what was lost, even if the older DSLR photos seem to be most of what has disappeared. Any help would be appreciated.
