Convert .psd .gif with 8 layers to be separated

Hi all

I just registered here and would be first to say hello and a big thank YOU in advance for any help I need

I have a problem with the conversion of a .psd document that has 8 buttons on them to .gif images individual layers

I need to use the buttons on a site I do but there are separating them from the .psd in the separated to achieve .gif images.

I managed to sort of do it, but the pictures come out with a big box around it I've attached a picture so you can see what I mean.

Thank you very much in advance if someone can help me with this.

This is how the button out when recording put out 7 other layers using the eye

Thank you very much

No, you do the shift + click after you did the slices, these lines are guides, not slices. In Photoshop, select the tool cuts (not the select slice tool) and draw a rectangle around your buttons with her. The other option is to select the layer containing the clear blue rounded rectangles (they must be on different layers, otherwise it's just a big slice covering all of them) and go to layer-> new layer-based slice

Almost any image editor can do, including Microsoft Paint, which
provided with Windows. Just open the GIF file, and then do a save as, and
Choose the type of JPG file.  There are also many third-party programs
which can convert a chart type to another, including the GIF to JPG.
Do a search on the web.

  • Data sheet for work with 3D layers

    Hey guys

I was wondering what computer all the people you use to work with 3D layers?

My PC is a sort of good, but sucks with the 3D layers.

Sucks even with a 426 size Composition width and height 240 with 3 layers of 3D text animated with camera.

RAM Preview takes too long and the record is time.

That the addition of graphics one help?

    Concerning

First, 8 minutes isn't a time long remder for a movie that lasts several minutes. People working in 3D are used to make the time of several minutes per image for some work.

For the traced the beam 3D rendering engine, you definitely want to make aure that you have a GPU that can use CUDA to accelerate this converter. See this page for more details:

    http://blogs.Adobe.com/AfterEffects/2012/05/GPU-CUDA-OpenGL-features-in-after-effects-CS6. HTML

If you do not use the traced the beam 3D rendering engine, then times the speed of the clock of your CPU and the number of their processor cores is much more important, amount of RAM.

  • Text on gif. (not all layers)

    Hello!

Im trying to make a gif with text on only part of it. How should I do so that the text is not on all the layers? I'm using Photoshop CS6.

    Hello, Eugene!

It is very easy to fix: in the Animation/Tidslinje Panel, select all the images where you don't want the text to appear (click, shift-click for a range, the Ctrl + click to add additional images) and turn off the visibility of the text layer (the eye icon left of the thumbnail of the layer of your text in the Panel layers/Lager). It will remove it for these frameworks.

  • How to reverse a PSD file that combined layers into a single layer...

    Hello

I'm not sure what happened, but I got a PSD file, I was working with multiple layers and then I saved a PDF file of the file and I think I may accidentally active files somehow because now my PSD file layers are combined in a background. How to cancel it (somehow liberate all the layers in the file again)? I need to send the PSD file with all its layers available for editing, and I have no idea how to solve this problem.

Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you very much!

Unless you have a copy backup of the PSD layered, you can't. Once flattened and saved, you can never restore flattened layers, they are gone. Sorry... better is to save several copies so in this case in the future you don't suffer that again.

    Hello

I would like to know if it is possible to convert .vi .exe with the student Labview version.

N ° if I remember correctly, your license agreement specifically prohibits this. You would have to buy the professional version of LabVIEW. No real need for a student to create an exe file.

  • Printing pages with additional layers - page by page

Already posted this in the pre-press section:

Printing pages with additional layers - page by page (DUPLICATE)

But maybe the pros of Javascript are faster by giving a useful answer:

Hello, need us a script to get a print of a document of two layers.
The layer 'A' is a base layer, 'B' can be activated by clicking on a button on the layer "A" and gives additional information.
    The layers ('A' and 'B') which should appear in the following order: A1, A2, B1, B2... n1, n2

Weather printing should be established in this way for the regular print command or can be implemented by a button.
There is no limitation for that in the document.

Hope I gave a clear statement on the challenge.  Thanks in advance.

If you want to print each page twice, layer display and then layer B every time?

In this case, you can use something like this (but the user may need to manually click the button print every time...):

  • Excess of text with multiple layers

I'm creating a bilingual brochure in InDesign with three layers; German, English and a layer of the image. German and English layers consist only of text boxes. When you view the document in InDesign with each of the three visible layers, some text boxes are the two texts are each on the others and others that one of the text boxes, then the other zone of the other layer text either invisible or packed off the page. This means that when I export it as a PDF file, certain parts of one of the layers of language do not exist. InDesign was told in these places, I have overset text I need to fix. I need the text to inflict on one another, however, so that the two versions are the same.

Is could someone please tell me what I could do here? I would be very grateful for any help.

    Thank you

I guess, there is dressing applied on some of the blocks of text.
Turn off wrapping of text for all text frames and that there should be no problem to export in PDF format with all the layers and objects remain in place.

    Kind regards

  • Slow with many layers of Photoshop

    Hello!

I do experience notable in Photoshop slowdowns when working with large files (more than 4000 x 4000 pixels) with many layers.
I tried different things, like tinkering with performance options in Photoshop, brush settings and global PC settings.
    Nothing seems to help.

When you start with a new file (say 4000 x 4000 pixels), everything seems fine. As I work, I create layers more. When the number of layer approaches 80 ~ 100 I start noticing significant slowdowns. The Brush tool becomes lag (delay adds boring), zooming and paning is smoother and everything becomes overall slower.

When checking in the Manager of tasks, either the graphics card or RAM or processor is fully utilized. Total CPU usage is usually only 20 ~ 25%, 50% of RAM but Photoshop is lagging as hell.

I think I have a quite decent PC. (at least for this type of workload..)
    My PC current specifications are:

    CPU: i7 6700 k @ 4, 0GHz
    RAM: DDR4, 16GB, 3000 Mhz
    GPU: GTX 980 Ti
2xSSD RAID-0 for the main system partition (Photoshop "scratch disks" can also be programmed to do this).
    Windows 10

So, what could be the problem? Any ideas I could try?
Or should I rethink my working habits of several layers?

    Update!
After more inexperienced, seems to have finally found the culprit that is causing slowdowns.
Layer blending Options. Especially those that generate their own semi-transparent area.

I can reproduce this in the layer file 10:
    (1) create a new file with the dimensions of the 6000 x 6000 pixels (or something bigger) with no background
    (2) draw something
    (3) add option 'outer glow' merger with significant RADIUS
    (4) add a few more layers, repeat steps 2 and 3
    (5) create new layer below all other layers and try to get something in the area where overlap the effects of "outer glow".

    So the main takeaway:
Be careful adding mixture of options to layers and rasterization them where possible.

  • File .psd transfer with computer new UN-rendered 3D text; get the prompt to rasterize the layer 3d text.

I transfer a PSD file with a text layer in 3D of your laptop to a new desktop. When I try to open the file on the new computer, it immediately asks me to rasterize the layer 3D, or close the file. Is there a file I need to transfer as well as the file for you ensure that I can open the .psd similarly laptop computer to continue working with the 3D layer and make the text?

This is the reason, Photoshop cs 6 does not support the 3D feature. You must update the cs of Photoshop 6-Photoshop cs6 Extended\

  • Import Illustrator file with several layers and sublayers as composition by keeping all layers and sous-calques

I drew a map of the country with several layers and sous-calques, including the streets, cities, railroads...

Now, I want to create a template for my colleagues in After Effects.

To do this, I want to import the AI in After Effects, holding all sublayers and layers in compositions and subcompositions.

When I do, I get the first two layers correctly, others just in a merged publication.

What can I do to get all the layers of each as a layer in After Effects?

    Best regards, Raphael

Illustrator imports only the first level of the layers. If you have groups or paths below you must release layer groups. The layers will then be stacked in the order in the form of layers. Then you need to move them to the top.

The procedure is to select a layer in the layer Illustrator Panel, then without selecting any which specific element in the layer click on the menu in the upper right corner and select release to layers. All an elements in this layer will be transformed into layers. Now, select all, and drag them to the top above the original layer. This will leave the empty original layer and put all the elements in new layers.

Here is a tutorial I made there are a bunch of years and who uses this technique to transform a mixture in a morphing.

Morphing with Adobe Illustrator. I hope this helps.
