• Can I copy my profile of one copy of Firefox to another?

  I have Firefox 42 perfectly configured on a computer Windows 10. Installation of others is a mess. It's on another computer Windows 10. My user name and directories are identical on each. I don't want to debug ALL the symptoms I have now. It would be wonderful if I could completely uninstall the wrong installation and reinstall Firefox 42 fresh. So until I run it, copy my profile from the good computer on the profile on the newly installed version.

  Will this work? Is that all I need to know to achieve this?

  (I know that you think that this guy has just need a bit of hand-holding to clear up its problems normally. Believe me, I uninstalled and reinstalled Firefox four times in the last five days. Right now my address bar does not appear, my bookmarks bar is empty, my buttons previous and next are grey and don't function and if I ever fix that I will then find all the problems I've lived with since upgrading to 42.)

• Why can't I just copy a profile to another system in the directory profiles and modified the ini file

  My main system crashed. I have a copy of the profile. When I move a copy of the profile in the profiles folder and edit the ini file to use the new name, I get a message that there is an instance of thunderbird running and I need to shut it down. I don't see any instance of thunderbird anywhere in the Task Manager. It happens just for me the fact that I am also in firefox may be the cause of the problem to a running instance. I'm under V31.7.0

  I tried to simply move the mail directory in the existing profile. The thing is that I don't see the old messages. I can see all of the subfolders of the Inbox on the left but not messages in the right pain. I can see new messages, but it's all in the Inbox and not filtered to the subfolder.

• I just reinstalled Debian 6 and Icedove. I copied the profile in my previous installation and update of profiles.ini who has always worked in the past.

  I wonder now to create a new account. Once I have a workaround to default imap and use pop3 I can't open Icedove. I get an error message that Thunderbird is already underway, and I need to shut it down or restart.   I was not able to find a lock file. However I deleted profiles.ini and it copied from the backup and that seems to work. The lock was probably hidden somewhere in the .default file.

  The easiest way is to put the code to copy within a group stage in your profile of stimulus. You can then copy and paste this group between different generators. Note groups are for the body only and have no effect on the way in which the generator runs.

  I have:

  • configured my host of reference with core dump settings
  • the creation of the host of my reference host profile

  So - where I'm going wrong? I understand that the profile should apply CoreDump settings. I don't understand why he removes all network configurations too.

  I have a question about setting up the profiles.  I want to know how I can set up a profile that will run for all users for all powershells including the VI toolkit.

  I setup the cmdlet get-parameter of the function get-parameter on the HAL site copy and will then need to run. .\get-parameter.ps1 every time I open a shell.  How can I get this command to be installed in my profile so that it works whenever I open a new shell.  If anyone can help with easy step by step instructions.

  Or the other works, but remember that reproduction should be the new controller to be off the grid to avoid intellectual property conflicts. I like to build from scratch, and then to ensure that the same configuration settings, use WCS to push models. Local on controllers do is ok, if you only have a few, but if you have more that 5-10 you will find keeping all the controllers of the same becomes a management nightmare.
