• I can't create shortcuts to applications on my desktop (returns message dik is full)

  My opus system is Windows Vista 32-bit, Enterprise edition, when I try to craete a shortcut to google chrome, ccleaner or other application, in my de4sktop, that I get a message failed to create the shortcut, the disk may be full or no space in the disk, which is not correct. So I try to make the shortcut by copying--> paste in desktop, and then I have the problem of two shortcuts for each of the appsin the same time, working both at the office.

  I've tried create a new user account (test) with admin rights and then change the old admin user rights to limited and then removing the double icons and go back to the old account rights change admin once again, removing the new user (test) and restart, but nothing.

  Looks like that the user's desktop all both your desktop of the user profile are pointing to the same folder. Your office is composed of two merged records (most registry SPECIFIC icons like my computer).

  Click Start - All Programs - Accessories - right on command prompt and choose run as administrator. Type Regedit.

• Create shortcut folders does not work all the time?

  I needed to create multiple folders shortcut for a project that needs them often, and I just couldn't. Still, I remember in the past and one of them actually have on my desktop for my photos.

  It appeared that in folder trees if I right click on the folder you want, "create shortcut" Option did not show upward! the same with the folders on my desktop would be! If rich of this conclusion, I copied my "recalcitrant" folder on the desktop (had to cut short the copy because it was great!), but got a copy of it on my desk (with only what he had time can be fully copied!). Then right clicked on it and the shortcut option appeared! I re routed the path to the original on my D drive folder and it works well.
  Obviously something does not work as it should and I don't have to do all this, so I hope someone knows the answer to this problem. Maybe a stupid option that must be checked on somewhere...

• Impossible to copy/paste or drag/drop of files. Cannot copy and paste text, either.

  The operating system would prohibit me files copy/paste and drag and drop files text copy and paste all of a sudden. No error message; the right operating system does not respond to my 'stick' and 'slide' actions; 'paste' is grayed out in the menu. ('Copy' seems to be black if I remember correctly).

  Need to reboot back to normal. A reboot about once a day because of this problem frequently.

  And for anyone of another reading, "Reset Firefox" will not solve this problem. It is a problem that happens on some sites using some text editors.

  On the WHMCS, Guru, FreshDesk, ActivCollab, Vworker sites and independent, I am not able to register accounts with each of them. But for a site that gives the error message, I'll try to make an account. As I would like to see what this error message.   Use the command + drag instead of copy and paste.

  1. Use your mouse to select the items to copy.
  2. Hold down the control (Ctrl) key and drag the items to the new location.

  If you also hold down the SHIFT key while dragging - items remain aligned.

  To move items to another diagram, you've even pressed the SHIFT key.
