  The error occurs because Microsoft thinks of the program (and product key) is always on your old machine - you need to convince anyone you talk to those that you say is true.  You were very well sell it as you explained the situation in your post.

  Question 1: "Windows XP Professional OEM license dies with your computer / caisse"-c' is licensed OEM is NOT transferable to another machine and once your dies of PC/LAptop, then the license dies with him.
