  I tried to calibrate them and profile my system with the above settings. The question is: Why am I not able to precisely define a D65 whitepoint using domain controllers for the calibration of the equipment? Each software version Dell lead a difference of temperature of about 100 KB (average) each time. This translates into a cold shade on my monitor. I tried two predefined calibration options and customized in the software in three areas of color (sRGB, aRGB and native). The values used are D65, 120 cd/m ^ 2, gamma of 2.2. I tried the XML hack so for 1.0.0 but 1.0.1 and (at least) 1.5.1 should include as a default?

  Can someone shed light on this issue? Is my workflow calibration flawed or HW software Dell just this wrong? Changing white point is clearly visible and completely unacceptable. Also, I wonder why the dispcalGUI assume 6600K white point in reports?

  I did ' t need XML hack in DA 1.5: before calibration under the icon display and serial No. There is a text with applied BDU, RG_phosphor.

  Measure right after seeing the ArgyllCMS reports and cost of DEVELOPMENT. Look at the white point of profile (see additional statistics). So the problem is that DA is calibrated WRONG, but it measures right. Calibration is just against the profile, but the WP profile (and measured) is not very close to the curve of daylight. It is proposed to green in a plot of xyY (0,310, 0.33 x), a D65 moved to the Greens

  ArgyllCMS working properly assuming a 6600 K D whitepoint to evaluate WP measured. Color temperature is not as important as many people think. It is more important than the white point is if it is in the light curve. ArgyllCMS choose as "asumed WP daylight" closest point in the curve of daylight to WP measured. It is very close to the curve of daylight it is very dificult for the eyes to notice of 6600-6400 K

  Subject of your problem. I think there are two ways to do this kind of bad calibration:

  1 - may be you have some color improvements active GPU. Search for "digital vibrance" in nvidia Control Panel, set it to 0%, the look of the similar things FRO in ATI Catalyst Control Center. I have suffered from this problem with 1.0.0.0 and my old nvidia GPU. Then she re - calibrate with the DA.

  2 - there are a few flaws not fixed with 1.5:

  One is that there is need MORE calbration patches to measure native gamma. No response from Dell

  -Place you CAL1/CAL2 OSD
  -Open DisplaclGUI, "calibrate button" with D65 target, start measuring WP with the three RGB bars. You're not calibrate, it's just to measure WP.
  -Open OSD, brightness & contrast. Try to decrease the contrast by no 1, to be careful of in DispcalGUI measuremet window. Please note that this will lower the luminance to 110-115cd, but if it fixes WP I think it is aceptable.

  Have a client with 3 sites on Business Catalyst and they use BC for 5 years. They are the Australian subsidiary of a multinational organization and headquarters is looking to standardize on Drupal worldwide. The CEO of the Australia asked for help in the development of a comparison of the Business Catalyst Drupal so that she can counter the move of the headquarters. They do not have the internal resources to maintain the site and still participate our services for the maintenance of the site, updates, SEO, etc. The industry of is that this company is highly Government regulated. Only one of the sites using eCommerce and this is handled by an external company logistics and we. On a second site the visitor may request (already packaged) information that post us the client cannot see the names/addresses (because of government regulations).  Thus, the marketing by e-mail is not possible.

  Wondering if anyone has some real recent comparative information please as opposed to what can be read on the internet. In particular I would look for more information on ease of use, security, maintenance, plugins, updates...

  Hey Geoff,

  You could spend hours on this but the essential difference outside features, scope of what you can do etc because it's really dependent on the exact needs of the project etc. If you feel you can do what they need to do in BC as well as drupal then your looking at the fundamentals:

  -A BC system that has its closed system for better security, validation of PCI compliance and high-security features. Achieve the same in Drupal be additional cost and there will be constant cost and development that they would have to pay more to reach similar.

  Adobe - support - run servers on Amazon by using some of the latest technology, resources, monitoring etc. it is. They do it, they support both the hardware and software side of it and that is taken into account in the annual costs they would pay. For Drupal, they would have to pay server, people to support, maintenance of the hardware, software and so on. You can always turn to Adobe for support on the site, Drupal can have basic support, but not as much.

  -Updates: BC is transparent and backward compatible. There is a bug Adobe difficulty, not you or the client with Drupal is someone who will need to do something, any custom work on Drupal when there is an update must be repeated or maintained, any changes to the code will need to be able to support the update must be done. Any security breach coming out because it's open source must be action immediately. BC does not suffer from this same question, because it is closed outside the system, but if there are updates and patches that need to be done - they. And again, this is part of the monthly cost - for a big Drupal site and what is important is the cost on the top.

  With BC, you can focus on SEO, Digital marketing more etc, or you have to pay more or have more staff to manage and maintain the Web site.

  It looks like all you have to do is install on another computer 32-bit, and just copy the files. Someone should test on Vista too. I heard that it does not work under Vista?   To understand why ATM is no longer supported, you must understand the history of the product and of its initial objective, which dates back to 1989 and the Font wars between Adobe on one side, with its technology of Type 1 fonts of PostScript and a coalition of Apple and Microsoft on the other side with their technology developed by Apple, but generously "borrowed" from the Imagen TrueType fonts a printer laser since the 1980s.

  The first version of ATM for Macintosh was released in December 1989 strictly to allow host-based copies of the Type 1 fonts to be made "on-the-fly" of the screen rather than the user having to install versions of these fonts of bitmap to listening to a resolution size and point special screen. The Windows version followed in a year or two. Indeed, blunt ATM an attempt by Apple and Microsoft to put Adobe out of business by locking the fonts Type 1 out of office. ATM allowed the fully scalable technologies of Type 1 use on Macintosh and Windows before TrueType was actually available for Macintosh or Windows. This unholy alliance of Apple and Microsoft have also pushed a clone made by Microsoft to PostScript, image, licensed Cal Bauer (this is a separate story but it goes without saying, that CloneScript was really poor and did not quickly; Apple came running back to Adobe for Adobe PostScript to their new LaserWriters without ever actually releasing a product based on Microsoft's image).

  Subsequently, Adobe released its variant Multiple Master Type 1 fonts, which provided the ability to vary the weight, width and other aspects of fonts, generation custom "instance" of policies to better the needs of the designer. ATM has been used to control the building and installation of multiple Master instances.

  Over the years, two additional features have been added to the ATM. The most recent was taken in charge of OpenType CFF fonts (i.e., fonts OpenType with Type 1 outlines) and in the "Deluxe version" of the ATM, a very basic font manager.

  Over the years, i.e. by the time Windows 2000 and Mac OS X shipped, it original for ATM was gone, because now the beginning with these versions of the operating system, Type 1 and OpenType CFF font support is native in the operating system that is based on Apple and Microsoft code Adobe individually integrating the operating system. The only goal left for ATM under Windows 2000 and Windows XP was to support the creation and installation of instances of Multiple Master fonts. Given that Adobe has stopped developing new Multiple Master back in the 1990s fonts and arrested shortly after the licenses, the need to support several masters outside of Adobe applications themselves (who always supported existing Multiple master instances, either the primary case delivered with fonts or bodies established by the user) has declined to almost nothing.

  The only function left at the ATM has been managing policies, historically, the weakest aspect of ATM Deluxe.

  Adobe would then make a decision regarding the future of the ATM. The key was the capacity of relatively small fonts management of ATM Deluxe - she provided no automatic activation, was based on the code very old which was incompatible with new versions of the OS and was quite incompatible with Adobe applications, Adobe had measure the cost of development, marketing and support a management program policies of new generation advanced competitive with other products already on the market perform similar functions. Maybe though we've heard mixed reports and Adobe don't support you if you mess up your system, try to use it. 64-bit Windows (XP and Vista) is another story. The setup of the ATM is a 16-bit program that simply does not work on these 64-bit systems (same is true with old Adobe Universal PostScript Printer Driver Installer). Can the ATM code itself run - Andy Engelkemier claims it does, but don't count on it properly interfacing with Adobe Creative Suite applications properly or the multiple user environment. Because the other fairly competent font manager software is readily available at a reasonable cost, you must carefully assess the value of your time by continuing to run an ancient font manager, unsupported, low functionality without future compared to the migration to the products are still developed and supported by their developers.

  A leagcy systems is to be replaced by a new system and so any change in the data/database model. Now, we have to rewrite the code complete interface as well on the new system and also on the side of Oracle Apps. The current mode of communication between Oracle Apps and the old system is through DB Link and so these 2 systems are tightly coupled.
  Now, in the advent of the substitution of the old system, it is originally a work any re-development next to oracle EBS so applications.

  I just finished a project all EBS using ODI implement interfaces and there's a cutting expressive time cost of development and most importantly, change impact assessments once ODI draw each column (as source or target) through the whole of the project.

  If good ODI architecture is deployed, it is possible to break the rules if necessary, and then just change the "connectors" for each model if they change, leaving the main intelligence in the Middle, there means that, in a process like the one described you, could be possible change only the code that connect to the model once it has been changed.

  Do not use Extension Builder 3, it no longer works.

  An extension is just a bunch of files (mainly of the web files (html, css, js), jsx files and a manifest file) that you copy into a specific folder (when you're developing) and then the package and install it.

  You need not pay tools for this (and adobe does not sell, as much as I know (I don't work for adobe)). You will need some adobe tools (for editing jsx and the signature of your extension... "I think that's it), but they are free.

  I'll build a test bench and you want to use LabVIEW as a control and a monitoring system.   Choose the right package for you depends not only on the requirements of your current project. This is what you will use in the future and what tools need you to do.

  As example, let's take the LV Application Builder. It is part of the professional package, but not of database development. When picking the one-based, so you'll need this toolkit as addon separate if you want to create an EXE file on your request later. Or you upgrade your Base of professional who will create additional costs.

  According to the engine, you might be interested in NI Motion or NI Soft Motion. You can learn more about this here. If the engine (or external motor controller) does not require you to work/use defined control circuits (for example, the PID), it is possible you don't need those.

  As a recommendation: download an evaluation version (evaluation) and looking for the functions that you will use (coming soon). Using of each function, it is listed package that you need in order to access this feature. If all are "Core development", this is the perfect package for you (except maybe above mentioned Application Builder)!

  Hello everyone, I want to install an application to the University, I built on a laptop computer for use at another University. The application uses the driver NOR-IMAQdx for acquiring 2 USB, as well as various screw cameras since the vision development module. I know that there is no legal issue with Labview Run Time of distribution engine, but I would like to know where I stand with the side of the vision of the things. To install this application on the laptop I need to purchase the Vision Development Module Run Time License and software Acquisition of Vision for this laptop, if yes, how could I inculde it in installation? I noticed that the GUI installation gives me the possibility to include engines of execution and drivers, but I don't know how it works without the permit? Also, any idea on the cost?   First the license covers the Module's development of Vision so should cover all the required drivers.

  You will need the license to activate it on the installation.

  Whether if it is a better idea completely, it depends on how you want to distribute your application.

• Low cost brushless three-phase amplifier

  I use cRIO to request control phase brushless motor three specialty.  NOR has a NI 9505 module for control of motors brushed.  I have not found one for brushless motors.  There are a lot of controllers of third brushless motors integrated in the market.  Will not work for me.  I need to directly control the cRIO output transistors.

  I guess I'm looking for a low-cost three-phase bridge amplifier.  The low cost is necessary because it will be part of an OEM product.  The engine is rated at 40 volts and 10 amps.

  Does anyone have any suggestions?

  Here files gerber and the source files of origin for the Council that I built.  It was designed by EagleCAD, and the final design is drive1.brd.  I don't think that there is an error with this review of the Council, it should be good to go if you built it this way.

  Others that some of bridge-on-chip solutions that I found, there was no option for the units silent, low-power (disks without built control logic in).  Because I wanted to do my own development of control algorithms, it meant that I had to either crack open a trade route or build my own.  Of course, I went the second route.

  I use the 'hot - fix"code technigues and am able to avoid restarting Simulator (finally!) but I still spend a third of my day waiting for something (debugger setting, project, whatever). It's too inefficient and costly, that we charge our customers every hour!

  Proposal for a new Machine: Sony VAIO series Z, 8GIG memory i7 Quad Core Windows 7 64 bit with all the bells/whistles.

  I'm all for spending money (above is $2 +) on the latest hardware equipment provided:

  1. it has a significant impact on the reduction of the above-mentioned waiting time. (On a 9 hour day, I spend a good 2.5 hours waiting on something. This corresponds to $250 / day or $1250 / week, I have to charge my clients to look at different progress bars, attaching debugger..., etc.! It is difficult to compete with that.

  2. it does not introduce any new problems (some positions are a little scary when it comes to simulators and Eclipse).

  Missions, it seems that the best way to develop on the 64-bit environments must run in a virtual XP environment. My concern there would be limits on the size of the memory, which is the machine a 8GIG but still only have to WHAT XP can answer? I could certainly live with the virtual environment, as long waiting times mentioned above are reduced and I have other new questions!

  Is there additional information, for example a white paper, forums, discussions that are more recent or that I simply missed?

  Sure.

  I do not install under program (x 86) because on Win7, it is a protected directory and you will need to remember to run it in administrator mode or things like etc updates may fail. By default, he really wants to install in your home like c:\User\\AppData directory... that is so stupid just because this is a protected directory and who can remember where it is. So I just make a new directory Genuitec (the company that develops my Eclipse) and use that as a basis for my installation directory.

  Also make sure that you are using the 32-bit version of my Eclipse and a jre 32 bit as 64 JRE has some limitations.

  I have install the simulators in the default directory for example "Smartphone of C:\BlackBerry 7.1.0\7.1.0.98 simulators (9900) \9900.bat" and use the Blackberry Update site to install the jre BB etc.

  Do not use the XP mode for this, I have never found the need

  Use it throughout the day in this way.

  I will probably reconsider during my free trial of Flash Builder is in place.

  (3) just hard give a license to any developer showing a showcase app and/or a very popular app, be they free or paying.  Apps that show the platform and that users want it are probably well worth the wholesale price of a license.  Numbers of high download for a soft, free or paid, are the votes of users say they want more applications of this dev.

  and I don't know that some creative thinking could give more options that are fair to all parties.
