Costs of cancellation - you'LL LOVE IT!

I love Adobe and their products.  Thought it was a good idea to use CC and CC Adobe... HAHAHAHAHAHAHHAAH oh man what a waste of money.

Not only it costs me 16,94 US dollars a month, I just didn't know that we would use it to its full potential.  So I went to cancel and low and behold I have to pay termination charges $59 for HALF of the annual subscription.  Wow.  You guys are sneaky.  I have many subscriptions I can CANCEL at any TIME.

Shame on you, Adobe.  Really?

Why the cancellation fee is a surprise for you? It is clearly stated in the General conditions.

I had assumed that since I signed up for an annual contract about 15 months ago, I'd be in the clear to cancel without penalty, I didn't know that the auto-renew terms were quite unreasonable. My mistake.

    So I went on the livechat and eventually the customer service agent decided not to apply cancellation fees if I subscribed to a cheaper package for the contract of a year [Photoshop and lightroom £8,57 per month].

    It felt a bit like blackmail, but oh well, that's my only option... I was worried not to lease with an unexpected hole size £109,56.

    So I waited for 2-3 days, nothing. Two weeks later and I get?

    We will add days to credit to your plan of creative photography of Cloud (one year) instead of repayment of 12 months on your account.

    How is that acceptable? I want a refund, I was promised a refund. But it turns out that I was just being lied to keep me on the hook for another year?

    After this nightmare is over I'm NEVER reuse adobe products. It is a horribly to treat paying customers.

    Nobody here can help.  If you read the license agreement that you had when you first purchased the software about 15 months ago would have seen that you are bound to the subscription for the duration and a termination will result in a penalty of 50% the cost of the unused subscription.  As far as the offers that may have been struck to draw back you, nobody here can help you with that.

    You should probably try to contact the support again and see if they are willing to work with you to solve it, even if it is likely to not going to your satisfaction because you did cancel prematurely and is not on them to do something beyond the terms of the license agreement.

  • How to cancel subscription (annual) of Adobe Creative Cloud without hidden costs or cancellation?

    I'm having a very difficult time, cancel my annual subscription of CC.  Any help would be appreciated.  I want to apologize to come for the long rant.  I have already contacted Adobe Customer Service and they can do something to help.

    First of all, I contacted Adobe Customer Service earlier this year to cancel my subscription and was informed that if I cancel my subscription at that time there I would be charged half of my subscription cost.  I learned that my subscription is going to complete its annual plan on May 10, 2016 and to cancel, then to avoid cancellation fees.  Because it was almost over and my younger sister remained until here, I decided to keep it (and they offered me a free month).

    Out of curiosity, I tried to cancel my subscription again around May 6 to see if I would still have to pay any cancellation fees.  I did, so I contacted Adobe Customer Service who, the same day to ask when can I cancel my subscription to avoid any charges since I was perplexed after that because my next Bill date was May 10 and my renewal date, was on 10 June.  I was informed I would avoid any fees if I cancelled may 11 (a difference of day, by the first representative I spoke with).  I was ok with that and waited for days.  I had affixed date on my calendar, so I don't miss and have to spend another year to pay for it.

    Yesterday, on 10 may, I received an email notifying that my annual subscription would be auto renew on June 11, 2016 (PT).  I didn't, so that after the consumer service representative statement today (11 May) I went to cancel my subscription, I was shock to find that my account has been suspended and I could cancel is no longer.

    Seeing as reviews, I checked my account to make sure that there was no problem with my credit card.  My account indicates that the payment is always processed currently, which puzzled me because Adobe said that there was a problem with my recent payment and asked me to update my payment details/credit card.  At this point, I can't find the Cancel button and cancel the subscription on my own.

    Because I could not cancel on mine, I contacted once more Service customer to let them know that it's May 11 and I want to cancel.  This time, I learned that I or they can cancel my account because he was suspended.  I was told that I have to change my credit card information before they could cancel.  Of course, I didn't want to do that since my account rings which he dealt with, I would not be charged twice (I informed the representative of the EC).  The only advice that the representative had to (1) update my credit card information so that they would try to cancel my subscription or (2) leave what he and the subscription will automatically expire (if Adobe cannot take payment).

    Now, I KNOW there is no problem with my credit card (it's a debit card) and the payment will clear without any problem (Yes, I have enough funds in my account to pay).  What should I do?  I do not want to update my credit card and get billed twice or interrupt the payment of current treatment.  Also, I don't want to just wait and do nothing to see if the subscription expires on its on.  We all know that Adobe automatically without renewing an option does not automatically and I really DON'T want to spend to pay for another year of a software that I don't don't need or use, renew the annual subscription!  I will appreciate any help really or suggests.  Thank you!

    Thanks, Ned.  Last night, I received a message from Syed Rizvi on my account.  My account was apparently in a "SUSPENDED state" due to some technical problems on end of Adobe.  Syed assured me that my case was up to the relevant team from Adobe and will ensure my account back to a normal state then personally stop my subscription so I will not be charged more far.

    Currently we do not have a way to cancel the merger a phone number with a participant (this is why we give a confirmation message that you really want to merge this number with this user...)

    Anyway, one is to disconnect the user to phone and re - join the audio conference and then re - merge with the correct member.

    I have an AdvancedDataGrid (ADG) with the feature manually drag-and-drop in. The user can only and drag within one ADG. I do this in order to validate the elements that can be moved, and where they can be recessed. I ran into a problem, however. In my dragEnterHandler() replacement, I call DragManaged.acceptDragDrop () if the user drags an item on a valid element. However, be they don't drop off the item and continue to drag the element around the ADG and roll on an item that is not valid, there is no way to undo the drop.

    Does anyone have any suggestions?

    I thought about it... I use the itemRenderer to the dropIndex like the acceptDragDrop() target and add a dragDrop event handler/listener to the itemRenderer.

    Works like a charm now.

  • Button cancel LOV shows "No Data Found"

    I have 5 fields in a form where users can search for different information based on what they type in the search fields. Once they have their search criteria, they hit a "Search" button, I have a trigger button when_button_pressed on the search button. This trigger I have logic to build a record group dynamically, after the General receiver gets filled dynamically I use the bulit SHOW_LOV to my LOV to the end user. It all works well, however, there is a new requirement in where the client wants a message "no data found" displayed on the screen when users type information arbitrary/no valid on all areas of research. I could accomplish this by simply putting the following code in the ELSE part of my IF statement main to my LOV.

    ON THE OTHER
    IF SHOW_LOV ('LIAB_LST_LOV') THEN
    display_message ('no data found');
    END IF;
    END;

    The preceding code displays the message that they want to see when search users research on invalid criteria. So finally, here is the question, when their research on VALID criteria that the LOV appears of course without any problem, but if users click on the button 'Cancel' in the LOV window they get the message "No data found" above too. They only see the message, if there is data invalid sought.

    How can I make sure that after the LOV gets filled my code does not return the message no data found when they press the LOV Cancel?

    I do ' t think you can disabled the button cancel on the LOV. This is the default functionality of forms.
