    Here's a solution that might work.  It worked for me.

    I suggest to follow the steps provided and check if it helps.

    Method 1: Temporarily disable firewall and antivirus on each machine.

    If you have a known problem with the virus then I suggest to get an antivirus program that you can boot from and run it without starting Windows.

    Another option would be to format your drive and do a clean install of Windows (this would remove all the data of your drive).  If you have a backup of your data, this is the best course of action.  If you do not have a backup, you can then do a parallel install (This installs XP in a different folder if you don't lose any data).     I have problems with digital imaging.  Never been wrong before, so I'm puzzled!  Recently added pix from CD to digital photo Image file picked up but did not display the photos on the page of digital image library - they come just under the icon standard w/o a view of the pix.  I tried to delete these files where the pix would not come to the top of the digital image.  Digital image would not remove them.  I deleted the pix of the computer files.  Digital image still would not remove the files in the library. I went into the Control Panel, I removed & reinstalled the Digital Image, but all files keep coming back.  Digital Imaging tells me I have 4000 photos stored there!  If I do, where are they?  I can't find them!   Is there something else I can do?

    Ideas:

    • You have problems with the icon of the program of programs

    I guess you refer to the program shortcut on the desktop.
    If so, here's a brief non-technical explanation...
    A shortcut on the desktop is simply an information centre. He has a card for the program. When you click on the shortcut, the system will follow the plan and get the program.
    If you deleted or uninstalled the program, the system will not be able to find the program. He comes back and gives you an error message like "article not found" in this sense. For this reason, the systemis unableto do anything with the shortcut. Regarding the system concerned, the shortcut not there.

    Others will give you more ways and methods to solve your problem.
    My suggestion has always been... re - install the program > remove the shortcut on the desktop > uninstall the program.

    When you try to remove the drivers under properties of the print server, I get the following message:

    someone knows what's the problem?  the prnter is not yet connected.  Must not be in use.  The problem I had was that the stuff sent to the printer seems to sit and take 15 ins to print a test page.
