  I know that a break has been discussed, with the idea that you can use a clickbox (tiny/transparent) to pause the slide in CP4.

  My problem is that I have a few buttons to show/hide a scenario/question in a slide that is suspended with a clickbox.  I would like a particular button to advance the slide (for example, the button 'Next').  Currently * any * button will UN-pause the slide even if all the buttons use advanced actions and are not defined for advnace slide to the click.

  What's you point to one of my articles? Oh, I see now you are intrigued by the little film. It was created with Captivate 5 and CP4 is a little heavier.

  I just answered a question similar, but explained by adapting the user file. He wanted to have several areas to click that showed a text caption and offer the user the opportunity to click as many times as he wanted to in order any on those select boxes.   You must press the Add/Remove button, to add pages additionla scanned to the existing file. If you do not see this button try decreasing the analysis DPI setting. Let me know if this helps you?

  You can print a report or an entire page of dashboard, but unfortunately you can not print a section 'reports' with 'click '. Users will need to print each report separately.

  A slide with a map of the world, some of the buttons as target-markers. If you click on one of these points, a button with some information (its all about visibility). A simple click in this button close itself. It is possible to click on any target so many times that the user want to. It is also possible to open all the buttons text by pressing all the orange dots. Audio slide is 22 seconds long, is so the slide duration.   Not sure if that's what you want, but the event manager Widget would allow you to each timed display legends of success for a given number of seconds, or perform advanced actions to SHOW or HIDE captions when users click on the points.  You can set preferences in the widget to reset pass/fail criteria after Action to allow users to click on an object as many times as they want to repeat the action.  Set break preferences to permanently stop the slide until the user clicks another button to move to the next slide.

  I'm 9 Essential Training on Lynda Captivate, and the teacher showed me how to use a form as a button to enable / disable subtitles.

  Will not start ranting about the lack of comprehensiveness/good practice courses for Lynda.com Captivate (I like and I use it all the time, for other applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition,). The essential to know is the chronology (in basic training I always spend at least half a day for this feature), and you won't find much about it in training. For me, it's basic training!

  Go to the properties panel for this form button and turn off stopping there.

  I see you are using this form to a normal slide button. Why not put on the master slide main if you want for the whole project? Let me also indicate that your form is a break at 7 seconds, preventing several images to appear. The button will disappear at about 13, 5seconds, which means that the user will no longer have the ability to enable/disable CC? Longer life for the rest of the slide (CTRL-E).

  I have 4 buttons set in place on the last slide of Film1, functioning as a simple menu, sort of.

  First button goes to Movie 2, second button jumps to 5 film, third button jumps to 8 film, with a last button SHOWS ALL from 2 film as well. All these movies are related to each other (ie. 3 movie begins when ends the movie 2).

  How can I get the Film1 stop on the last slide, with all 4 buttons remaining active?

  In my published exe, the buttons work if and only if I click on them, until the project stops.

  Please make sure that the buttons have activated pause. (It is possible to disable)

  Assuming that they have activated pause, they should pause and wait for the user to click on them before you continue. If a break has been disabled, probably made in the box Inactive playhead of the button and it no longer works.

  My laptop started throwing up blue screens of death at random, usually after a minute or so, I have not installed new hardware or software recently, but I accidentally download a virus of frostwire (I know, dumb huh?), that's the problem (at least I think in any case) as what all started after I downloaded it. My laptop has started to go very slowly as take 5 minutes to initialize and my software norton anti-virus has not picked up something on the scan, but since the analysis, he took and destroyed two files I think that they were named hki292.exe or something like that. The blue screen is still but that occur. That's what he says about the error in safe mode, at the beginning it says ECCode has but now its changed to 1000008e.

  If you have columns and rows, why not use a table instead of subform...

  Check the setting of binding to "repeat the line for each data item.

  Add the button 'Delete Row' to each line in the last column.

  Add the button 'Add Row' under the Table.

  Add text fields to the columns that you want the data displayed / modified by the user.

  I use 6 Captivate.

  I have a zipper opening for my demo that introduced the demo. This slide contains 1-3 minutes of audio. On this slide, I have a standard button named 'Start', that the learner must click Start the demo (which is on the next slide). I also have a PlayBar with rewind, Play/Pause, Back, Next buttons and Audio.

  Once the project starts, the Play/Pause button on the playback bar turns into mode 'Play '. This, I believe, is an expected behavior because of the presence of the 'button '. However, it causes me problems because, if the learner clicks on the 'Play' button (instead of the start or next buttons) after the end of the audio to the slide of the opening, the progress on the playback bar bar moves for the duration of the audio, so that nothing changes on the screen.

  Is it possible that I can:

  1. Move the progress bar with the button Play/Pause in "Pause" mode when opening, slide audio playback and switch to 'Play' mode once the audio ends? In this case,.

  a. If the learner pauses the audio by clicking Pause and then click on Play, it must continue with the audio.

  b. If the student click on the play button after the audio ends must take sound to the next slide.

  2. turn off the Play/Pause button so that the learner will not click on it?

  He just moved the point to pause the start until the end of the slide button. Now, the progress on the playback bar bar moves with audio and the Play/Pause button passes in "Play" mode when audio stops at the end of the slide. On clicking the play button, the project will move to the next slide.
