crash when exporting

We have CC first. We strive to export a file. He arrives at the bar to 100% and just hangs.

We erased the cache

We have reset the PRAM

Tried another different computer

Tried to use Adobe Media Encoder.

No dice.

Any help please? The children are on a deadline.

And just to be exasperating, problem solved itself without known reason. Thank you!

  • First Pro CC crashes when exporting h.264

I have shot some footage in AVCHD using a panasonic hmc80, edited two sequences in the same project, a short about 8 minutes, which I exported to the fine H.264 format and a second in 36 minutes that crashes when exporting h.264, exporting to approximately 8 to 10 Mbit / s.  I have tried mpeg2 and exported correctly.  I updated from the first and windows and checked drivers such as Nvidia, all of this to date.  I use a matrox mxo2 as an e/s has no MAXIMUM.  Same Setup worked well with first cs6 for about six months without any problem. It is a windows system 8 I7 with 4 disks in raid zero for media and a separate player previews and export.  I also tried the FLV and it also crashed.

The error message Windows "Adobe Premiere Pro CC has stopped working" collects more information about the problem.  I press cancel on the error of the box and first stop.  In fact the same thing happened once while I was sitting right on the timeline, take a break, he did the same thing and stopped, I was not made or export or do anything.  I have closed all the programs, including my anti virus software to make sure that wasn't the problem, but kept stopping.  I used to do some audio adjustments on a few clips I've done in the past with CS6 hearing...

I tried to open the project in CS6 but received a message that the project is damaged and cannot be opened. However, the project opens and plays fine CC where I created it originally. I have inspected the timeline and made the small part of locations that it stops the function of percentage completed without problem.  He stopped at 20 percent, 55 percent and 60 to 70 percent several times.Screen shot.jpg

Finally found the problem.  Hope this helps other casual users like me.  Originally when I started editing I dissociated video audio to audio specific modifications. It's a game of the game session only and talking heads were not in on it.  Once I finished editing I've linked audio video back together.  After I inspected carefully the timeline by zooming in to check every edit I was out of sync on one of my edits and he had a red - 4 video and a + 4 more on audio right on the clips.  After having to separate the tracks again that the red numbers went away and of course had an export successful h.264 after at least a dozen crashes.     What is funny about this is I had an export successful with mpeg2 after continuous h.264 and flv hangs until this fix.

  • Adobe first/Media Encoder CC Crash when exporting video for ~ 25 min (Mac)

    Specifications of the laptop:

OS X Version of El Capitan 10.11.4

2.5 GHz Intel Core i7 processor

    16 GB memory

Iris Pro 1536 Intel graphics card

    Problem:

Adobe Premiere and Media Encoder CC constantly crash when I try to export the sequence of a project which is roughly ~ 25 minutes in length, H.264.

The effects are used throughout the project, but only the base dissolves and black-and-white/contrast effects. Images comes from several sources, but all of the same mp4 file and type frame rates. There are also several PNG files in the Assembly, including the one I used to "frame" the movie to make it look more like images from other sources. Yet once, nothing complicated, not even a long dissolve (dissolved all is literally 2/24 frames in length).

Split the video into sections and exporting separately are no problem, even when comparing a relatively short section of 4 minutes for a much bigger and more focused on the effects of section 11 minutes. Needless to say, I really, really, really prefer does not export this video into sections. The intended destination is youtube, and I just want everything in an own mp4, not two 12-minute videos.

After some digging, I found similar problems reported on these and others and was especially deplore the possibility that my power supply is not large enough to cope, but it's still very confused. My MacBook is not 'stop', and as far as I could see, the Iris Intel Pro should have been sufficient even without a graph 5100 graphics adapter Pro 5200 or; as in the past I've already exported MUCH larger files, ranging from 35 to 85 minutes.

solved by downloading latest driver for Nvidia CUDA for Mac - really just a problem with the Mercury playback engine. Guess OpenCL was not simply cut to get the type of work I was doing.

Here is a convenient link to the latest CUDA for Mac drivers for all who encounter similar problems with export in Adobe Premiere Pro Media Encoder CC or CC: drivers CUDA for MAC Archive | NVIDIA

I use the trial version of InDesign CS6 on a mac OSX 10.7.4 that I need to export my document as an interactive PDF. I found that the export works very well as long as none of the objects in my document were a shadow. However, if I add a shadow to any object (text, images or video) InDesign will crash when I try to export. I'm adding the shadow by selecting the object and choosing object > Effects > drop shadow. Is there another method I should use to add shade if I want to export to an interactive PDF?

  • What can I do to stop Adobe Premiere Pro CS6 crashing when exporting?

Without worrying about whether I have a new project file or an existing one, changes or no retouching, whenever I click on export, Premiere Pro simply crashes.  Same for Media Encoder - cannot open this same one.  I have all the latest updates installed cs6, the computer is new for two weeks - OSX 10.9.1, NVIDIA GeForce GT 1024Mo of 650 M.  The only way I've been able to export is through a back door: I use the dynamic link in After Effects and then returned to my sequences it.  Help?

  • InDesign crash when exporting PDF

I'm trying to export a PDF of high quality for my editor. It is an Indesign book with 14 chapters. I exported it several times before for the preview. It always crashes on the same page; every time. I tried to change the illustrations on this page of AI to PDF. Same thing.

More funny is that when I export the chapter separately, it works very well.  What else could be that originally is this book to stop smoking to be exported on the same page every time?

If you are able to export into pieces (as in chapter only exports), but not all together, it is more likely is a problem of system resources. It sometimes works to close ID and reopen, then perform export as the first operation. You can also combine PDF files into one file using Acrobat.

  • Pre9 crashes when exporting

I just finished a 17-minute video on pre9 on my sony vaio, which runs windows 7, has 4 GB of ram and over 700 GB of available hard disk space. I went to export it to dvd and it crashed in the middle of several times, but in different places. I tried to export to files after, to see if that will change anything. I tried flv, avi, mpeg and telephone mobile format... whatever it is to get it exported. each time, he crashed, never making it to 50%. I recorded it in different places, but has not made a difference. I tried to save it to a drive external hard, but that produces the same results. I kept track where it has stopped responding, but changed each time. I've never had this problem before with my job, so I don't know why it does this now.

I closed and farm all other processes that might be the problem and followed all the suggetions in the troubleshooting faq.

all my files are rendered and there is no gap in the video.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to fix this?

    Thank you very much!

The color overlay, or a form of color in the Titler, shouldn't be a problem.

A closer look at files Audio, just to try to exclude them.

If PCM/WAV 48 kHz 16-bit WAV files, they must be good. Even if they are, say 44.1 KHz 16 bits, they will have been complied with 48 kHz 32 bit floating point PCM/WAV for editing.

A test, I convert the files WMA wav/PCM 48 kHz 16-bit, in the great audio, as editing programs and free Audacity. Then import them those, replacing of the AMM. Test. As WMA can contain a broad range of Streams, up to 6 Audio channels, they would not be the ideal format. This test will be either get your project burned in a folder, or make any change in the situation and depart from the AMM, as being the problem.

    Good luck

  • InDesign CS4 crashes when exporting to PDF

Try to export a file from InDesign CS4 to PDF. That's always worked before but one file won't work. Program seems to stall or take so long, I think that it is broken down.

There is a progress bar that tells you what the program actually does? I remember seeing it in earlier versions, and it helped identify problems.

If not, is there a troubleshooting procedure I can work through?

    Thanks for any help

Well, dkd. alkje; olhp [oihjl, there isn't really a set-loans troublesome documents troubleshooting procedure. If you are not yet see the dialog ongoing export with the bar of progression, there is something seriously wrong with your file or your InDesign.

Yet, no need (yet) to resort to drastic measures. Try this: the first half of your export document. If it works, export the second half of your document. If this also works, you have a problem and the two halves. The two halves can be supported by Acrobat, just stick to the other and you have a single complete PDF, but the problem still persists.

    If one half of your document exports well and the other half does not, the part without work again in two halves to export. Repeat this until you have that one page left who does not - export and it's caused trouble. It could be a picture, an image, one placed (PDF or EPS<- hint:="" trouble!),="" or="" even="" something="" like="" a="" single="" space="" in="" a="" font="" that="" indesign="" does="" not="" particularly="" like="" --="" at="" least="" you'll="" have="" a="" clue="" to="" where="" to="" scan="" for="" troublesome="">

If this results in nothing, he can point to a messy file. Sometimes crass and undesirable add up in the corners of the ID files, and save under could clean it up for you. If this is not the case, go to more drastic step described in the present:

INDESIGN TROUBLESHOOTING 101: THE MOST COMMON ADVICE WHEN THINGS DO NOT WORK
