  You might consider creating a category for the list to which you refer and set the desired attributes that it contains; for example

  I'm working on a video of LYNDA for Fireworks CS4 training and I try to preview one of the exercises, according to the instructions. If I click on Preview in the dialog box create AIR file, nothing happens. Any thoughts on why it doesn't work? Thank you.

  I have never worked with lists before smart. But, I created a few bulleted lists and assigned lists to chip to the members in the dimension account. But I am not able to see the fall down to the Member from the active list in the form of data. Y at - it other steps must be done to get the show active lists on the web forms?

  Try to go to the order of evaluation tab and drag your accounts through the right dimension.

  Also, make sure that you ve defined the type of member accounts as a smart list of course.

• Strange behavior on Fireworks CS4 preview hotspots

  Hi all

  My students have created prototypes of 10 web pages in Fireworks CS4. Even if they are careful affect the hotspot links that fall below the line of division in the list of links, they see a very erratic behavior when previewing pages in a browser. All links worked views of students before sending me the files. When I consult their files, some work and some do not. I had the students create interactive links on the master page and then create additional pages by copying this master page.

  After that I gave comments to students, they returned to check their links in the Master Page. The links were all assigned to page names above the line of division in the list of links, even if they had initially attributed pages below this line of division. Interestingly, some of the links did not work even after doing this correction on th students files.

  I had the students export these files to PDF, and it worked very well. Can someone tell me why, when I open a file that my students sent me, the hotspots fail? I did the right thing by telling them to build their hotspots in the Master Page, then copy this page? What other variables could affect this result?

  Yes, it was an issue in CS4. It's been fixed in CS5 (I know because I checked). The only solution is to place the layer of hot spots on one of the actual pages. Create a sublayer in the web layer, place the hot spots in this sup layer and share this sublayer to pages. Navigation graphics can stay on the master page.

  I had to create this:

  No matter after checking the ' numbers restart at this level after ' for the second level, the letters second level will not re-start. (The lettering would begin with 'c' to "Organize materials" where I wanted to restart with 'a' as in the photo)

  It seems that InDesign will not recognize a list bulleted as part of a pattern...

  To resolve this problem, I changed the first list to a numbered list level. I assigned just a typical style of numbering (1, 2, 3, etc.), but he gave a character style that is white while the figures can be seen. Then, I had to draw the boxes with the shape tool and align the text.

  I have a bulleted list in a web page that shows no bullets. I also have a horizontal menu that has its own class. It includes a CSS rule to set the List-Style: None which probably had a lot to do with this problem...

  The potential for a conflict that I have created a new CSS class called .bulletlist to circumvent the obvious problem.

The problem is that some of our bulleted lists use a picture for the first line and then the following bullet under should use the standard round ball.   The problem is your CSS and the reason why you see only in browsers, it is that they are unable to handle errors. Here's the relevant bit. Your paragraph style (P.Steps) contains a list of style and your style of list (Li.p - steps) does contain not all list definitions.

  In this case, I removed the style list redundant in the paragraph (highlighted in blue) style, but the fix was the other line highlighted. You had applied a negative margin within the list, then the browser moves text 10pts left and then he hit the number.
