Create an Extension of the trial?
I was wondering if anyone has experience with this. I wish I had my extension in a 15-day trial mode. I know there are ways people can work around this problem, but I think that most of my clients would not have a clue.
All recommended resources would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance - Sam
Sam,
change this:
var daysLeft = Math.ceil (timeDiff / (1000 * 3600 * 24));
to do this:
var minutesLeft = Math.ceil (timeDiff / (1000 * 60));

I had a trial of InDesign CC and used to create files, but my trial ended. I didn't know when I made these files would not retro-compatible with InDesign CS6 who my company bought, so I was wondering if there is a way to get an extension of the trial, even if for one day only or if there is any way to convert the file to be backward compatible, without access to InDesign CC.
Thanks for your help

Extension of the trial subscription?
I own CS6 Premium Production, recently reformatted my drive, and installing, had a few questions then in the middle of a project. I downloaded the demo for spend me the last days of a project; Meanwhile, the my key problem has been resolved. Fast forward a couple of weeks and now I would like to explore the other features of the CS6, such as Dreamweaver, InDesign and fireworks - but my trial expires in 2 days. I now really want a trial for the software mentioned (which seem to be the only difference between two packages), but do not know what to do. BTW: I have Acrobat XI must not not 10. Any help, support or suggestions would be appreciated. In addition, I would am not a fan of cloud subscription apps so consider always rather a standalone solution. Thank you.
Hi John,.
You are right. My trial subscription was a stand alone, and 30 days. Due to a technical problem and be in the middle of a project, I had to click fair trial because my key was not be accepted, although reinstall on the same machine. Back w/Adobe problem solved. As we are discussing this, my point actually may simply to communicate with the person who helped directly and see what they can do. Thank you all very much for your discussion and taking the time to post.

How to remove the watermark of the trial of an existing video project
Hello
I created a video using the trial version of the software (first 11 elements), which of course put the banner of the trial in the middle of the video. But when I downloaded the demo, it was clarified that this can easily be removed after buying the license.
I have now bought and unlocked the software, but the banners still appear in this video project. After reading the other questions here, I went through the process of deleting the files from rendering, and re - make the project, but this did not remove the watermark as planned.
Must I remove and re add all media to remove it? If so I'm pretty bored because it took me 6 hours to change this video so far and I'm happy with it (other than the banner of course)
Thanks for your help
Ed
Once you have purchased the program, you also need to remove your rendered files to erase watermarks on your video, as described in this FAQ from the list to the right of our forum.

Can I create a 'real' file to test the trial version?
I use a Mac and the free trial right now. I'm trying to save a file as those that I'm going to need to create so I can test it fully before buying this product, but the program does not let me. I think I read in the FAQ that I can't save a PDF file with the trial version. Is this correct?
If so, there is not much point to the trial version if I can't fully test what I have to do.
You aren't the first person to make this mistake, but it is a big mistake and a bit difficult for us to have our heads autour, sorry to say. But I'll try to explain. You will know that the line at the top of the Mac screen (with file, edition, etc) is just the menus and is not part of the PDF file. And the bar at the top of the document, with three color buttons, does not part of the document.
If open in a different application or on a different computer, it will be different or may not be there.
In the same way, the toolbar above and tools to the right are not part of the document in SOME way, and nothing has changed your PDF documents. It's just what you see. That's what anyone with Acrobat Pro DC see. People with CD player see something different but similar. Other applications, other computers, different again. It is vital that you understand the difference between the document and the application, or that you will get over and over again.

extension of the 3 day trial?
I got an email from Adobe, saying: I had the opportunity to try InDesign. When I click the link it takes me to a page "3 days of the trial of the extension. When I download InDesign, it says "trial has expired" and won't let me 'upgrade' to use the free 3-day trial. Any suggestions?

Yes, you can access the project that you created after the trial is over, but you need to back it up.

I created an adobe account and I am currently trying to install creative cloud in order to try the trial version of photoshop and lightroom, but I can't get insofar as the process of checking e-mail and adobe is sending the e-mail to my email from hotmail to nephews who is not associated with this account. What you need to do is to get him to sign with the cloud on your computer, uninstall and clean all Adobe, then login with your account
Disconnect the TWO accounts... Uninstall... to run vacuuming...
-http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/help/install-apps.html (and uninstall)
-using the vacuuming after uninstalling and before reinstalling is often necessary

The trial version will not let me create a PDF file
I am trying to create a file of cover of book in PDF format. I created the file in Photoshop, but the 'Save AS PDF' function does not create the type of PDF that I need for the publication of a book through IngramSpark. So I downloaded the trial version of Acrobat Pro DC. It will not open a file I have Photoshop Save as PDF. When I save as a Jpeg, it takes me to the subscription, purchase of the page online. Only, I downloaded the demo yesterday, so I should rest 29 days. Help, please. Thank you!
1 ok, that makes sense. Yes, you can use the preflight in Acrobat Pro to make this conversion.
2. the sounds as if something went wrong to make the PDF if Acrobat is not yet open. For example, this can happen if you click on save to JPEG, but type .pdf on the name. Am not saying that it happened, but it's an example. Can describe you step by step how you save the PDF of Photoshop, including the choice of that you pull down. Still, sounds as if you may have fixed this.
3. the two apps: Acrobat Reader - and - Acrobat Pro. It is a potential mine field. Make sure that you recognize that you are running.

I created a project with the first 14 and now subscribed elements trial version. However, when I open it there still the band "created with the trial version...". "in the middle of the page. How can I get rid of this?
SAMT
Removal of watermark Adobe Premiere elements 14 test of the project file... Open the project file of 14 trials in 14 items purchased and then first Expert rendered workspaceTimeline Menu/delete the files. Then restore the timeline content.
You can not remove the watermark from Adobe to an export of the trial even after you bought the product.
Some of us have found that just opening the project of tryout in removes it from Premiere Elements purchased the Adobe watermark. Determine the way that works for you.
Please let us know if everything above worked for you.
Thank you.

the things that I create within the trial period can be used for commercial purposes, otherwise if I buy CC who will give me the right to use the things I create for commercial purposes
While there is really no way to stop you using the trial for commercial purposes (and to be honest, it's probably the best way to know if it works for you, in any case) you need to keep in mind that, after the 30 day trial period you will not is no longer able to work the same day or any other project unless you register it.
